We discovered late at night that our A/C unit wasnt functioning properly. I gave ProService a call immediately and left a message on their machine stating what was going on and left my contact info as well. At 7:30am the following morning I received a phone call back (they dont open till 8am) and they said they would immediately be over to our house to take a look at it and get it fixed. Wayne arrived at our home just barely after 8am. Checked the system and had it fixed within an hour. We are back up and running before the temperature outside starts climbing. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs help with thier H-Vac system. They are amazing, quick, and sufficient. Thank you ProService for your outstanding customer service.

My experience was great service! Morgen in the office is on top of it and she’s fast and friendly. I didn’t have to wait four days before they come to my home. Fred replaced my hot water heater and we upgraded to a larger hot water heater. The work was completed the same day that I called in the work order. Pro Service is very competitive on their pricing. I was very pleased with my service! I will be using this company again!

Had to have sewer work done and this team was very easy to work with! Morgan made sure to call me with progress updates so I was always in the loop. Dewayne was very knowledgeable and called to give me updates the day of service as things progressed. Despite having to dig up half my yard in the mud JB and ken did a great job making sure to cover up the excavator tracks in the yard and putting everything back how it was. The entire team was respectful and knowledgeable.

Chris, our repairman, just left after fixing a broken outdoor faucet that my fiancé and I couldn’t get to stop running, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Once this was done Dwayne & Kenny dug up from the water meter to the house. We also had them replace a water faucet and add a shut off valve. They both were very professional and friendly. Got a call from the plumber when he was on his way letting me know precisely when he would arrive. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They came out on he same day I called, which surprised me. Christopher called to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. It was a simple job but a job we didn’t know how to do without maybe breaking it. The plug in both sinks were too tight so the plug wouldn’t come up high enough to let the water drain. It only took maybe 10 minutes so I was a little shocked on the price. I knew it was going to be at least $72 but I really wasn’t expecting $55 in labor and $10 for the disposables(mask and gloves). I’m just glad both my sinks are working, thanks again Christopher.

They bid it under budget with a contract that states it would be completed in 2 weeks. Every work day,they came smile on there faces, extremely nice to my family,petted our 3 Boston Terriers. Got it completed in 9 business days. Top notch. Gary, I think is the main electrictrian exceeded what we wanted.Oh ya, while this upgrade was happening, our garage disposal went out, called Proservice...... no problem. Let me start off by saying this is the only place that answered their phone late yesterday night! Left voicemails for other local businesses yesterday, not even a call back the next day and half the day is over. Pro-service was able to help unfreeze my water pipes quick, and came over earlier than expected. Ken was assigned to tackle on our frozen water pipes and he was spectacular! Not only did Ken get the job done, he took preventative measures to help reduce the chances of it happening again, and he educated me on what other steps I could take to prevent this from happening again. Pro-service will be the first place I call from here on out!

We have used Proservice for a total bathroom remodel, which was amazing, and a small kitchen renovation. Adam treated our old home as if it was a his own. He would uncover a problem, and come up with a solution! He really knows what hes doing! That is why we called them again to do a simple flooring installation, and ended up needing to change out an electrical outlet so that our refrigerator could be on a dedicated outlet. It took a little longer, but it is now done right!I will be sharing pictures on Facebook, later! I will be calling again in the near future once I pick out countertops and tohave a new sink installed! I cant wait to have Adam and the Proservice guys finish my kitchen... and slowly bring my old house into the new century!

LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I turned on my air conditioner on Tuesday afternoon. It was not coming on. It was time for a new one. I was not prepared for this expense, but Proservice helped me get financing and were affordable. I have a brand new Trane air conditioner this afternoon and it feels great in my house. Guys cleaned up and showed us how to use it. Great company for plumbing too. If you need an air conditioner or have a leak call them.

I knew the exact problem causing the backup and explained the reoccurring issue to Eric. He believed my words and we went to work at the manhole 200ft away from my house, at the intersection. Eric had water flowing and my basement draining in no time. For the service charge I paid, and the time in which my problem was resolved, I am extremely happy.

January 19th 2022110% SATISFIED CUSTOMER IN FARMINGTON.My mother, who lives on Pine Street in Farmington, is not computer savvy so I had to locate (via Google maps) & make an emergency call (all the way from England) to any company that I could find on short notice, to help find her (age 73) and my dad (age 85) someone, who could locate the source of a water leak in their bathroom and fix it , same day, BEFORE all the icy weather set in. THANK GOD FOR PROSERVICE! Not only did, SARAH, at customer service take all my mothers information from me but she contacted her as soon as I hung up and set up a time between 2 & 4 p.m. the very same day to have someone come and look. KENNY, showed up BEFORE 2 p.m. and found the source to be a, problem with the water pressure valves and FIXED IT ASAP... SAME DAY!! He was very informative, professional and did not make a mess all over my moms house and the price was reasonable for two retirees. MY MOTHER, NEVER EVEN KNEW, PROSERVICE WAS THERE and she lives virtually right down the street from them BUT SHE DOES NOW and will be referring all her friends to Proservice as well, from now on so ... COULD NOT ASK FOR ANTHING MORE FROM A COMPANY AND THE REPAIR MAN (ERIC) !!! When it comes to customer service and taking care of the issues i had with my A/C not working this company is FANTISTIC and professional and even courtious respeciful. I Called at 7.45 am on Saturday morning and gary answered the phone on the second ring explained my problem and he said he would have Eric the repair man on call for the weekend to call me in a little bit it wasnt even 5 minutes and Eric called and said he would be to me between 9 to 11. This was fantastic he actually showed up around 10 am. Diagnosed my problems because i had several. He walked me through the repair and explained everthing even showed me the bad ( melted) electrical breaker in my shut off box . We really went above and beyond to fix my issues fast and went throughly over several issues to make sure they were all correctly addressed. He even discused my options to try to help me save on the cost on repairs He also had to go to the warehouse to get parts and was only gone a short time and right back. Another thing that impressed me was he didnt even try to sell me on replacing things that didnt need to be replaced. My A/C was back working shortly after noon. FANTISTIC. Thanks again Eric, ill only use this company from now on and hopefully if i need repairs in the future i can ask for Eric.

We moved to Fredericktown in October, 2019 and didnt know a soul. I guess we were lucky to find Proservice. We have had numerous problems fixed in the two mobile homes that we own as well as a bathroom remodeled in our house. Adam did a stellar job on the remodel pretty much by himself and worked with our schedule very well.There are two problems that made this a four star review and not five. I believe the repairs we have had done were fairly priced for the work that was done but I think the bathroom was somewhat overpriced. Also I went back to the website to do this review and realized there is supposed to be a senior discount that was never mentioned by anyone! That being said the people at Proservice are the best! No doubt we will be calling again in the future.

The electrical wiring in our house was a mess. The house had been a do-it-yourself job constructed by the owners back in 1967. We were having frequent brownouts, constant flickering and several household items were fried by surges despite having surge protectors on them all. We called ProService and my wife and I have been extremely pleased. The job wasnt cheap but neither was the quality of workmanship they provided. The team has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Since completion of the project we havent had a single brownout — not one flicker of the lights. I intend to use ProService in the future for several other projects we have in mind.
