    There are so many greedy plumbers out there these days. $200-$300 just to show up at your house!Im VERY pleased to say Platinum is NOT one of those companies!Jeremy was very professional, very thorough, very respectful and the prices were downright REASONABLE!Im very satisfied with the work he performed repairing a busted line under the house for us last month.Its still holding strong and the work was quality.Oh, and they actually answer the phones when you call on the weekend!     I really liked that Platinum Pluming was able to get to my house as quickly as they did. They put me priority, as I had been without water going on 5 days. Office staff was very friendly as were Jeremy and his young apprentice had mywater leak fixed in 48 hrs from when I placed the call. I also appreciated no charge to come give a estimate. I feel charging someone for an estimate is not right, especially if its big job.Only thing I have to say I didnt like is billing. Im old fashioned maybe, I like to have a bill with itemized detail of what charges went to what. How many hours, labor, parts etc 🤔 I did feel $1,756.00 was a little steep, so thats why I like everything in black and white. I had already dug a 6 hole, wonder how much it would of been if they dug that as well.I would definitely recommend Platinum Plumbing to anyone I know . Their work was great.

    Very Professional fixed the problem on our boiler that another company came out and told us it needed to be replaced.     Initial phone call and all subsequent interactions were very professional. From the person who answered and gave me appointment time to the plumber himself, all were honest, polite and thorough. I appreciated all the updates via email. Although plumber had to leave twice to get parts, he completed a relief valve re-install in record time and with minimal interruption to my day. Overall, a very positive and painless experience. I will definitely call back when I need any plumbing.

    Great experience working with Platinum Plumbing services. We purchased a new hot water heater in 2021 that began leaking and was still under warranty. Justin and his team were diligent in finding the right tank replacement, then went above and beyond during installation. They communicated well through the entire process. They found some additional issues when doing a boiler deep clean that couldve meant carbon monoxide poisoning for my family but remedied the problem before it could get to that point. They replaced a valve for our in-floor hearing that had never worked properly since weve been here and had been hearing our house all year long. I would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing to anyone looking to get their system serviced or issues resolved. These guys are knowledgeable and explain everything very well.
