    Goff Plumbing is the best! I’m a single mom and have absolutely ZERO knowledge when it comes to plumbing. I have had Goff out to my house twice and each time the experience has been fantastic! They are quick to get you on their schedule, polite, kind, helpful and really clean. They even polish the fixtures before leaving! I’m so relieved to have a plumber I can trust and know won’t take advantage of my situation. I’ll never use anyone different!

    Exceptional experience. I live in Farmington, Utah (Davis County). They gave me a heads-up text before my appointment, they put down plastic to protect the stairs and carpets, they were fast and efficient. It was honestly an exceptional experience.We had two water heaters replaced and we also had a few odds and ends done with our plumbing. They made our piping look so much better than it did previously. It looks a lot more stable and...just nicer. I usually would take plumbing changes for granted, but even my kids have noticed how good everything works now. I couldnt recommend Goff Plumbing higher!

    Mike was great to help with an obsolete shower valve. I got a bid from another plumber that would have cost $400 more, but fortunately he had the expertise and the part to make the installation happen in about 15 minutes. A good-natured, down-to-earth guy that knows his stuff. Colton and Amy and Shaylee were also great. Excellent customer service.

    I have owned residential real estate properties for 49 years now and had all types of plumbing problems and used many plumbers over the years but my experiences with Goff Plumbing have been the best. I have used them for many repairs , new water heaters, water softeners, plumbing remodels in my units etc. for about seven years now. Malachi, the owner, is always very personable, respectful, and conscientious. He is honest and fair with his pricing and reliable in all aspects of getting the job done properly and timely. he has done many of my jobs, and I’ve had at least three of his other employees come to do various jobs at times as well and all of them are competent plumbers and good quality people as well. I have referred them to friends of mine and relatives as well, and they are always pleased with the experience and results as well.

    I can say with confidence I have never had such wonderful experience in customer service than what my wife and I experienced with Goff Plumbing in past few weeks. Malachi and his team are amazing. We had multiple plumbing issues in our home and each one was solved. Perhaps the experience we had with our water heater was the best. Malachi was asked to inspect one of the water heaters in our home that we suspected might be faulty. He could have come back and said it needed to be replaced and we would have not given it further thought. But he found it still had a few weeks warranty on it. He replaced it under warranty! Just incredible honesty. I have no reservations who I will refer any of my family and friends to.

    Goff Plumbing replaced a corroded valve under the kitchen sink, replaced a cartridge in a bathroom shower handle, and installed a new valve handle on the main water line. TJ and his apprentice Jackson did a great job. They were friendly, told me all that they were doing, and got the work done very quickly. The charge was very reasonable. I recommend Goff Plumbing.

    I would not call any other plumber than Goff Plumbing. I have used them for 8 years. They’ve replaced 3 toilets, fixed a leak in the city’s poor quality valve in my basement, replaced a water heater as well as fixing numerous other leaks and replacing faucets.Malachi is my favorite!     Our hot water wasn’t working to our kitchen sink but was working everywhere else in the house. I had Goff come out to check it and they figured out the problem pretty quickly. I’ve used them previously to replace a pressure reducing valve and water main shut off and both times they’ve come out they’ve been on time, professional, and are reasonably priced. I’m so happy to have found a great plumber in Farmington! Would 100% recommend and will use again!

    Malachi arrived promptly and was very friendly! He didnt mind my young kids pestering him with questions and he clearly knows a ton about his industry! He was able to quickly replace the valve on my water heater without causing that area to get flooded again. He also noticed that my water heater was under warranty and he has taken on the process of filing the issue so I can get a replacement water heater.     Bought our house in 21 and today I ran into a snag swapping out an old faucet cartridge in my sons shower. Goff Plumbing was able to squeeze me in the next day. He went into detail what he was going to do and showed me the old cartridge and what probably happened. He even answered questions related to sump pump and my expansion tank. I believe he is very knowledgeable. I do believe we have found our plumber we will be sticking with.

Malachi installed the kitchen sink of my dreams, he repaired the tub drain that the building contractor installed incorrectly, and he also replaced a water pressure regulating valve. When I need a new water heater Goff Plumbing is who I will call. Malachi and Mike go above and beyond to make sure that I am always happy with their work.     We recently had some weird sound and smell coming out of our whirlpool tub and we called Goff plumbing to take a look at it. I suspect it was a clogged outside vent that might cost me a lot of money to get it fixed. Malachi from Goff came and my wife showed him the issues we’re having. He immediately isolated the problem to just the tub hasn’t been used for awhile and needed to run some water to drain. My wife noticed that after running water in the tub it definitely fixed the problem. We asked Malachi how much we owe him and he said there’s no charge since he really didn’t do much. We’re so impressed that businesses like Goff Plumbing still exist in Utah. Honest and customer oriented which builds pleasant relationship with its clients rather than making a quick buck on unnecessary repairs/replacements. I can assure you that next time we have plumbing issues, we’re only calling Goff Plumbing. Also, If you have heating and AC problem or need maintenance, call Bill’s Comfort Systems in Layton. The same as Goff, they are honest and reliable business that take pride of their service and will never scam their customers.

    These guys really came through. We called one of the local big guys (if they pay for radio ads, YOU pay for radio ads) to replace our water heater, and the price just seemed so high. I called up Goff, and without telling them any numbers, Malachi quoted me over the phone for LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. 24 hours later, the man himself rolled up, did a great job, and cut us a deal (I would have been happy at $100s more).Good service, responsive, good prices. There was no downside. Give them a shot, and expect honesty and that rare mix of fast, good service, and a great price.

    Would give 28 stars if I could. We had a broken water heater. We had a big name company come out, quote us through the roof, and treat us like we were a profit number for them. We got a recommendation for Goff Plumbing from a family friend, and we were blown away with their service. The plumber we worked with treated us like family. He came to the house to check the situation for himself late at night. He gave us the best recommendation for our family and our financial situation, not just for his company. He showed up the next day and did the repair quickly and with zero problems. I think my dog even looks for him to come back now! We feel like we have found an answer for all those plumbing problems and from now on, it will ALWAYS be Goff Plumbing.

    Last month we decided to finish off our basement bathroom. Mr. Goff was amazing! His bid was lower than the others we had gotten.     Sometimes you are so blown away by the old-fashioned honesty and service and good pricing that you have to say something. We had two other bids, for the exact same water heater. Goff was $1k less for the same model and size.     Dont trust everything you see on the facebook! A couple of years ago, my eldest daughter introduced me to this fancy new website called the facebook. At first, and like most internet websites, the facebook was very intimidating. There were so many things to click on, and like a small child in haunted hedge maze, I was extremely overwhelmed and terrified that I might mess up my account. However, with some practice and the help of my grandkids, I soon fell in love with world of the facebook. For years, the website has provided me with a platform to do all of my favorite things! I joined a group for old ladies (like myself) that love knitting called the Knitty Bitties, I could keep up with old friends and know when they croak, and of course I could post pictures of my cats for everyone to see! Regardless, and in spite of my years of experience on the facebook, I was tricked!Last weekend while winding down for the night, I turned on my Ipad and began scrolling down the facebook when I came across a video from a page called Lifestyle Hacks. The video said that pouring bacon grease down your bathtub drain will help get rid of of wrinkles as you take baths over time. How wonderful I thought, and it just so happened that I had frozen some uncooked bacon from the week prior. So the next morning, I fried those strips up, ate the bacon for breakfast, and poured the grease down the drain, just as the video had detailed. Big mistake!Once I took my first bath after the incident, I quickly came to the realization that what I had done was a grave miscalculation of judgement. Not only did I smell like the cat food I give to my little Zipper, but the bathtub would not drain! So of course, I gave a call over to Malachi, the best looking plumber in town!Like a prime Clark Kent jacked up on caffeine, Malachi was there in no time to resolve my mistake. The man was not only able to drain the grease from my tub, he looked great while doing it! I could not recommend this company enough!

    Awesome service from Malachi. He really cared about us and our needs. We replaced old steel pipe and cast plumbing with all new plumbing. We even had to replace our main to the road that was old clay pipe. Needless to say he helped a ton!

    Needed to replace the Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) in our house. Called several plumbers and was quoted some pretty steep prices along with a few days wait time. Then I called Goff Plumbing. They were able to come out the day I called them. The tecnichian was very knowledgable and friendly as was the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone. Not only was I given the fairest and best price, but he had the needed parts with him and was able to replace the PRV within an hour.     Mike, who provided the fair estimate and correctly diagnosed the problem, was easy to communicate with and clearly very experienced. TJ, who fixed the problem, did a great job, and the problem remains resolved. Both were very professional and knowledgeable, and I would easily hire them again. As for admin, I did not find them as helpful or knowledgeable, so I went forward with one the jobs I got an estimate for (the necessary one) but not the other. I would highly recommend asking whoever does the estimate all of your questions then and there because getting any additional questions answered later by admin wasnt too fruitful for me. Communication is done largely via text.
