After getting into the Winter Heating Season wanted to give an updated Review. This past Summer had a complete new Carrier Heating & Cooling System installed, replacing a 22 year old system. During the summer the Refrigerated Air was so nice and comfortable vs the old Swamp Cooler that at times just didnt get the job done. Now that Ive used the Heating side of the system, its just as nice. The Heat is so much more consistent and comfortable than my old system. Recently an Icon popped up on my Keypad indicating time for Filter Change. Even though I had changed it just recently it was a neat feature to have as a reminder that I didnt even know was there. Thanks to RA Biel for my home comfort at anytime of the year.

Very rarely do I give out a 5 star review because I am the kind of person that believes there should always be room for improvement. Michael Riley, the plumber that was dispatched to my residence was very fast and very efficient at his work. I had called to have an outdoor leaky water-spout eliminated. I asked to have the line closed and sealed up, no more spout. Apart from 5 inches of standing water and 3 feet of drenched clay-packed soil, and my dogs incessantly barking (he did not mind) his work was fairly simple and very effective. What impresses me most is the level of customer care he expressed, he helped out what he could with pricing and clued me in on a $30 coupon I could redeem. He back-filled the hole with fresh dry dirt from around my yard to help protect the line patch. Very cool guy, and very kind dispatcher. Unfortunately I forget her name though. I would definitely recommend R.A. Biel for plumbing needs. I will absolutely be calling again, but for some HVAC services next time.

These guys are awesome! We just bought a home in Aztec in September and when we started using our heating system our house began having a persistent odor of dead animal. We called these guys for an estimate to clean our vents. They discovered the problem quickly and the smell In. The office contacted me to schedule the fall heating and AC checkup and maintenance. So I let dispatch know that there was also an AC repair to be done while they were here. These tasks were completed just fine. But I was disappointed that I was charged a Standard Service Fee - call out fee? - when they were doing a scheduled trip out anyway. Perhaps the invoice should detail time on each task, parts used, etc. to give the customer a clearer understanding of the charges.

They did an excellent job. They replace an old brittle, rusted through and leaking cast iron sewer line. They had to cut out the existing wood floors in the both the bathroom and hallway to get to and replace the old cast iron sewer lines with PVC. At the same time they replaced an old cast iron bath tub with a shower and installed a new sink. The work area was very limited but they manage to do a great job considering the size of the work area. They did a great job. I have used them on several other jobs and have had the same great experience. Also, if they notice a potential problem when doing the work they would always make me aware of it and provide me with recommendations.

I searched around town with all the heating companies and this one was the only one that was on time and , they didnt fix the appliance but told me what was wrong with it and the other places couldnt. With that said the heat bowl was leaking coolant and I needed a new bowl. They have integrity to tell you what is wrong and offered to fix for a $185 cost of buy it on my own for $36 on Amazon. Many businesses wont tell you the problem and give you an option. Easy fix we did on our own and they diagnosed it when 5 other companies couldnt and I was cold in the winter for 2 weeks of waiting to find the right people. All my neighbors use them too. I see their truck at different houses every few weeks.
