Kernel Wood with M&R services came to our home late in the evening to trouble shoot our furnace . He did an awesome job locating the problem and was careful to explain to me what was going on. We have to order replacement parts to finish the job and I am certain he will accomplish that. People scheduling were patient as we needed to reschedule a couple of times. Trey and Jalen were courteous, professional, quiet, picked up well after themselves and explained things. Will definitely use M & R again for plumbing and electrical needsWe had a couple issues with the initial install. However, Kory coordinated a huge effort and there were many guys (Alec, Justin, Jimmy, Morgan, and a couple others who’s names I didn’t get) who came out, accessed our cistern, the electric, the pump, our water heaters, and switches. They were here a lot of the day making everything right. I’m so grateful they stand behind their work and make sure clients are happy 🙏

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a home maintenance/repair technician. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify our issue quickly and accurately, and took the time to thoroughly explain and ensure my understanding of the factors that caused the situation and our options to rectify it. He also clearly explaining pricing options and the excellent customer service policies of this business. Work was performed exactly as discussed in advance, timely, and and for a fair price. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and professionalism shown by Jeremy and the whole M&R Service team. Fingers crossed there are no more leaks or other plumbing troubles in our near future, but when the next one occurs, I will absolutely be calling M&R with confidence in their ability to fix it! Would recommend to anyone looking for fair, fast, and quality service in the Farmington NM area!Edit: We had a follow-up issue about two weeks after our initial service call. Sam and Andrew came out and spent several hours ensuring the matter was fully resolved, and were extremely gracious and technically skilled in doing so. I am consistently impressed with the quality of this business’s customer care and honorable business practices, specifically in this instance by honoring a warranty on previous work to completely make things right with our plumbing rather than just replacing the one part that had failed again. The heat at my house had already been out for a week and I had called several companies. M&R was the only company that answered the phone and made me an appointment. The technician, Kenelm, explained and showed me his diagnostic process. I appreciated him taking the time to explain and it gave me confidence in his conclusion. A part had to be ordered so the repair had to be put off but he saw that I was sick and that I had kids at home and he went out of his way to ask the company to provide some space heaters. I had a couple but they were old and barely giving off heat. Someone from M&R delivered them within the hour and my kids and I are so grateful. I have to wait on the heater being fixed but so far M&R has had excellent customer care.

Nice guy who came..We got quoted $2200 to put in 3 bathroom faucets which we have now found out that it was a mistake... but we did end up going with another company because of that mistake...We got another guy out here from a different company who was also knowledgable and kind and gave us a cheaper quote. Anyway, obviously we didn’t go with this company… again, the guy was really nice… and we later got a call from the company apologizing about the mishap with pricing-- they definitely are professional- just run a little higher in their pricing even DESPITE the mistake in the quote.

We hired M &R Plumbing to come out and clear our bathroom sink drain. I used my hand snake but it didnt clear the pipe. Cade and Q came in, with some better equipment and had the drain cleared in about 20 to 30 mins. They were an excellent choice to hire and clearly communicated what they did, what the problem was, and how they fixed it. No doubt in my mind, Id hire their services again and recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing services.

I called M&R to have our HVAC/mini-split system inspected after our recent enrollment into the company Diamond Club, and a technician was dispatched the same day.👍🏻Tito responded to the call and notified me via text so I would know the details of his arrival. Tito’s demeanor and business acumen was very courteous and professional. He walked with me to all three levels of our townhome, listening to me and asking appropriate questions. He was always very polite and courteous.After discovering all components of our HVAC system, Tito ran tests to determine any performance issues. Once his inspection was complete, Tito took the time to explain the results and answer my questions. He was very thorough and thoughtful throughout his visit and I would seek his expertise again when our membership entitles us to an inspection in the spring, as well.Since enrolling in the M&R Diamond Club, I’ve been very pleased with the performance of the technicians, the rapid response to my calls, and most of all, the solid results.

The guys were great! Five electricians worked all day fixing my electricity, which was old outdated and scary. They also added smoke detectors where there were none. I am very happy with their work. These guys went beyond doing what needed to be done. I even saved money on the final bill. I forgot I needed to reset the plug-in and thought I didnt have electric power in one of my rooms. The guys are always so kind and patient with me. If I could give them a 10, or a million stars, I would. There was a giant miscommunication with my parents services and my parents blamed M&R Plumbing. However, I called them and not only were they incredibly nice, after being mistreated by my family, but also extremely knowledgeable. We needed to pass code and they went the very next day and completed a full days worth of work and kept me updated and answered all of my questions. They communicated with the inspector and didnt let me pay until we passed. Totally worth the extra for the quality of work and outstanding customer service.

However, the furnace decided it would be a good idea to stop working in the middle of the nite before Christmas Eve. Called M&R and they were there in the morning, problem fixed. There was a very loud squeal in my Pressure Reducing Valve. I called M and R and they were able to come out later that same day. To start off, the call taker Brooke was super awesome and very polite. Parker was the technician that showed up to install my RO System and was very polite to my mother in law who showed up to let him into the house. Parker called me throughout the job to inform me on the status of the install. Once job was completed he left the work area clean and did not leave any trash behind. I highly recommend M&R.

We had purchased a new kitchen faucet and requested M & R Plumbing to install it and remove the old one. Andrew arrived at our home and proceeded to remove the old unit and install the new one. He did this in a timely manner and let us know how he was progressing. Andrew was very polite and respectful of our home, he also did a great job of cleaning up after installation. Andrew also took away all the old faucet pieces which was a help to us.As we have mentioned in previous reviews that we recommend M & R Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Norman was amazing. I have made this repair in the past and it is one of the most difficult I have ever tried. I have reached an age that just won’t allow me to do this kind of work and Norman jumped into the job without hesitation fixed everything that needed repair and never complained or grumbled about anything. Was very helpful and had a great attitude from start to finish. I will be calling M&R services again.

We had to get a new hot water heater today. Several weeks ago we used your drain service. He was competent, helpful and kind and were very pleased with his service. Its a bummer to have to spend so much, but at least M&R is a good value and we can be confident the work has been done correctly.
