I can’t recommend Pipe Pros highly enough! We had a broken sewer drain pipe in our yard that was causing sewage to back up into our basement, and they came to the rescue when we needed them most—over the Christmas break, no less. Their team was not only quick and efficient, but also incredibly hardworking and professional. They diagnosed the problem right away, explained the issue thoroughly, and got to work immediately to fix the pipe. Despite the holiday timing, they remained focused and dedicated, ensuring everything was resolved in no time. We were so relieved to have such an experienced team handling the problem during a stressful situation. Pipe Pros truly went above and beyond, and we are extremely grateful for their expertise and outstanding service. My local plumber was booked out a couple weeks so I called Pipe Pros, and have zero regrets! Two trips to complete my job (had a sink on back order) and on both occasions Fred and Nick were so thorough, friendly, efficient, professional, and did a great job! Communicated service date and time, texted when getting close, and arrived as expected. Cleaned up after themselves, wiped down any residual water on and in cabinets, and left with all tasks completed - kitchen faucet, reverse osmosis system, garbage disposal, dishwasher, two bathroom faucets - all working perfectly!

PipePros is, seriously, the best! We had a fire sprinkler head connection, burst inside our utility closet. Our wonderful neighbor was able to come in and locate the shutoff for the main waterline running to our house. Leaving us without any running water. My neighbor put us in contact with Fred with PipePros. Fred drove all the way to Farmington from West Jordan, and replaced the damaged pipe in no time at all and got our water back up and running. He was so nice and was able to help us get in contact with a restoration service who would do a free assessment for our insurance claim. PipePros is a rare one! Very responsive and very reasonable rates.

Fred and his team were amazing. They upgraded all of our sewer pipes, including our main line to the outside of the foundation, to new ABS. Work went very well, especially considering I have an older house.They were professional, meaning they were prompt, clean, spoke courteously, and answered all of my questions (which can be a lot). The best part of their professionalism was that they were willing to do work I needed done. This was not a small undertaking and I had called 6 or so plumbers, which only 3 were even willing to come out to take a look at the job and Pipe Pros were the only ones to provide a quote. They are not afraid to get dirty and get it done!The work was completed 6 months ago and I have been absolutely pleased with the quality (no residual issues or punch list items at all). Out of no where on a Sunday night our toilet started leaking. I was panicking and trying every 24 hour plumbing place and everyone said it would be HOURS before they could come out. I ran across pipe pros and contacted Fred. He was at my house in 25 minutes and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes! He even had all the supplies he would ever need to fix it all in his truck so there was no waiting for parts which I was incredibly grateful for. I had a leaking water main that was causing a huge muddy mess outside my home. I called a few plumbers, but Pipe Pros answered the phone right away and got me on the schedule pretty quickly. The estimate was competitive, and I felt confident that they would do a good job. The day of the work, they showed up right on time (and notified me when they would be there), and worked pretty quickly. They found and fixed the line, but also informed me that my line was Poly B (essentially sprinkler pipe) and that it would likely continue to degrade and should probably be replaced. But they were not at all pushy about it, just very informative.I did some research and found that Poly Pipe was considered a good idea for home main lines for about 6-8 years (and of course my home was built right in the middle of that timeframe) before they realized it was not a good pipe for long-term pressurized use (such as a water main) and moved onto PEX. They worked out a very fair price to replace the whole line a couple weeks later. Once again, they showed up on time, the crew was very respectful of my property and worked very effectively and efficiently. My water was only off for two hours at the most and the new line works very well and I feel a lot better knowing I have a new and solid water line. Would highly recommend this team for any plumbing issue, they know what they are doing, and are awesome to work with. I was treated like a person, not just a job.

I like that they save the sod and replace it when they are done so it looks like they were never here. I appreciate the work and will be using pipe pros in the future to replace my homes internal plumbing.

We’ve been having plumbing and water backing up issues for weeks. I paid 3 different contractors to come out and solve/fix our problem, none of which did. We needed an excavation done, and other companies quoted us unreasonable prices with no guarantee of solving the issue. I was running out of options until a good friend of mine in the Real Estate Business recommended Pipe Pros. I knew I could trust them because my Realtor friend owns a bunch of properties and has had to have tons of plumbing work done. Pipe Pros came out and did a thorough assessment of what my situation was. They were great in educating me through the process and I felt great about moving forward with them. The quoted me a fair price for the excavation and installation of the access piping. They excavated, installed the new piping, and flushed us out and got our water backing up issues solved all in half a day. After going through numerous contractors and companies, Pipe Pros were by far the best and most fair to work with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
