Ryan, Darnell, Luke and Danielle are all so great. They are all fantastic to work with and very professional. The men all did great work on a basement bathroom including rough in and water softener. It’s beautiful and huge and my kids are super thrilled with it as much as I am. I had an unrelated sewer line break during this time and they also installed a sewage ejection system which proved a little difficult to get in due to the water table but they were confident and successful and I am so thankful.Danielle is very friendly, has great customer service skills and I feel like we could be friends. I won’t hesitate to call again, but I’m also really hopeful I’m done needing plumbers at my house for awhile.

Id like to provide a statement of how very satisfied we are with the services of Labrash Plumbing in our home. We were very happy with Ty, and the whole Labrash team with scheduling and delivery of services. Ty carefully and expertly installed an improved laundry water delivery system and drain to the room. Ty also installed a new faucet in our guest bathroom sink. Its very comforting to know that a firm of this caliber is out there doing an outstanding job for customers. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbings needs. It has been an outstanding experience and you can tell Ryan Labrash the owner has hired and maintains extremely qualified employees in his firm.

The entire team at LaBrash has been awesome to work with. I was doing due diligence on several options for a large plumbing project for my home. The LaBrash team responded very quickly to my request for a quote. They visited my home without charge to provide the most accurate quote possible. I’ve called LaBrash for a variety of things. Every time a technician comes out they are the nicest down to earth people. They’ve always been able to fix my issues. Further, they take the time explain what they’ve done, answer my questions, and even provide detailed (idiot proof 😂) instructions on how to operate/maintain certain systems. I never have to worry about being charged for additional work or replacements that aren’t necessary. It’s so refreshing to work with an honest company that employs good people.

I called yesterday because I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling. They were able to send a plumber, Dillon, to my house at 8 am this morning to check it out. He quickly determined that it was likely caused by water escaping my shower and advised to monitor and take care of that before potentially unnecessarily cutting open walls/ceiling. Dillon was very nice and didnt even charge me for coming out to take a look! Great service

I highly recommend Labrash Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Ryan installed a water softener for me. He was on time, professional and didnt mind that I had a few pets that wanted to get to know him before he started the job! Ryan made sure that the softener was in the location that I wanted and routed the copper lines so they were not in the way of anything, just in case I ever need to work on something else. Ryan took the time to show me how the new system worked and cleaned everything up before he left. Five stars!!

My water main had a small leak below the cut off valve. It wasn’t doing any damage but it put us in a panic because we had no way to turn off the water if it became worse. I called several places and no one would come out. Everyone was at least two weeks out despite the danger to the house. Labrash Plumbing made the time and fixed it right away.3 Weeks later we were having new floors put in and when the stove was moved it damaged the gas line. Even though they were just as busy they came out the same day and fixed the gas line. Two near misses in a month and Labrash took care of them both for a fair price. I think it’s pretty clear who I’ll be calling if I need any plumbing work done in the future.

So happy with the service, I had an 16yr old water heater that went out on a Sunday and I had same high-end brand installed by noon Monday. The installer was very polite and consciences of my home. After the install my mechanical room was clean and orderly. The service call was VERY reasonable and if I have any needs again in the mechanical room, I know LaBrash Plumbing and Heating will be top of my call list.

He was understanding and willing to correct problems on very short notice, and Danielle was super understanding during a stressful time for my family during a move. Could not be happier. No nonsense straightforward approach with fair prices. While other places ask you to send pictures of a standard electrical heater and ask you to wait for hours for a callback, this place does it all in one call. Here is how the conversation went.-Hi, I need a 50-gallon standard electric water heater installed in place of a broken one. I have pictures if you need me to send them.-No need for pictures if it is electric. We can do it for $X. Price includes a new heater with a 6-year warranty, installation, and haul away of the old one. You also get a year of the labor warranty. We can do it as early as tomorrow.

My water heater expired Friday November 1st. While searching for quotes from plumbers, my co-worker recommended LaBrash Plumbing. After talking to Aimee to learn about their services and getting a quote for a 50-gallon 57.5 tall atmospheric water heater, I immediately booked with LaBrash for Friday November 8th.We were assigned master plumber Alex. He was phenomenal, pleasant to talk to to pass time. The customer service all around between him and Aimee was very pleasing. Unfortunately a short task of installing a water heater took longer than expected. This is no fault on LaBrash, but the builder of my 1960s townhome who decided to cram everything into a small area in the laundry. We had to remove the laundry sink and I helped (I did wanted to) Alex maneuver around the overhead plumbing and HVAC. Because my old water heater is so old (we only lived in the townhome since 2018), years of sediment built up inside prevented the water heater from draining. Kudos for teamwork in putting the muscle in to get the water heater out. I enjoyed rolling it out of the garage and seeing how much grossness Alex got drained so he can hull it away.Alex is actually coming back Thursday November 14th to finish reinstalling the laundry sink; I let him leave after the install of the new water heater as there is a scheduled client he had to be at.Again overall, kudos to Alex for tolerating the chaos of a 1960s townhome, all the customer service and great conversations.

We had an issue with a ghost plug (not a real ghost but a nightmare to fix for us!) in our drains, and after a week of me trying to figure it out -- and a few days of washing dishes in a bathtub -- we called our local plumber that moved an office into downtown Farmington, LaBrash Plumbing. Within a few hours, Ryan showed up. He was professional. Top notch. After a while he almost had it fixed and then he ran into the same ghost issue and was about to refer me to one of his camera cleaner guys. But then he said Im going to try one more thing and he got it. He was conversational when needed, but did the job fast and quick, and we were so relieved. So appreciate Labrash Plumbings prompt service!!Their team of professionals shine from the point of first contact over the phone through completion of their services. They came to my rescue in less than on hours notice and installed a new water heater within a few hours. Darrnell was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. He did a great job explaining how he identified the problem with our water heater and even provided instructions for ongoing maintenance.My brother referred me to Labrash Plumbing who provided the same great services in his home. I actually called two other plumbers prior to Labrash Plumbing. One was too busy to provide any services and Im still waiting on a return call from the LARGE, well recognized company.
