Had water heater issues and water connection burst. Call The Bee came out quickly and diagnosed the situation. We got everything ordered. Mark was out first thing in the morning. Got the old one out and the new one connected promptly and correctly. Discussed the new water heater, stuck around to ensure it worked and the water heated up. Excellent work. Great job and customer service. Definitely recommend.

He was very informative, friendly, respected our home, and went above and beyond.Communication from Call the Bee was incredible!I received appointment reminders via text and email. This included a picture and bio of our tech Ben. I felt a sense of security when received. I had a face to know who would be coming to my door and into my home. The company also sent a text with a tracking link informing me of the techs location so that I knew when he would be arriving.In addition, I spoke with customer service from thier office via phone. Latisha was also very helpful and friendly.Once the job was completed an email was sent with a detailed copy of my invoice along with photos of the work done before, during, and completion of the maintenance. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!Thank you for all the hard work, it was much appreciated.

Dave was amazing. The first contractor to actually ask me to accompany him on the furnace inspection. Clearly showed me the good and the bad. Spent a lot of time going over my options and ensuring that both myself and my wife were comfortable with the plan. Clearly went out of his way to make things simple and understandable. Would absolutely do business with this company again!

Can’t recommend this company enough! Called in the morning and had a tech at our house the same day and it was a weekend! James came and was very friendly, professional, and personable. He explained everything in depth and was very upfront about his findings and what his recommendations were. James made sure I was properly informed of my options and made it very easy to understand what I’d be getting. Although this was a large purchase, after speaking with James, I felt very comfortable with making a decision and did not feel pressured at all.

I cannot recommend Gary highly enough! When my hot water heater unexpectedly broke, he was able to come out the very same day to restore hot water in my home. My A/C unit had a moldy smell coming out of the vents. After calling 4 different companies and them telling me closest appointments were for July/Aug, I found CTB. They booked me within the week. Ben came in and quickly identified were the moldy smell was coming from (Evaporator/Blower assembly compartments) filled with black mold. He recommended not turning on the AC until it was properly cleaned. Unfortunatly he could not clean it the same day, however he found me an appointment for next day ahead of the heat wave that is coming. Jason came the next day and did a deep cleen on the system assemblies and the smell is gone. Both technicians were great, knew what they were doing, easy to work with and explain all the steps from start to finish. I do have to mention the Company prices are on the higher end, however I did not have to wait a month or 2 during summer to get my AC unit inspected and cleaned.

Highly recommend Ben Morin from Call the BEE!! Corbett came out 4 times because our furnace wasn’t working after they serviced it. They told us we needed a new oil tank! Ben found and fixed the problem which was some burnt out electrodes. He also found something the previous company installed that was wrong and it’s been running great ever since!! He was polite and professional as well as very informative. We were able to get a next day appt too!

We recently had a leaking shower head in our house attempted to be fixed ourselves. After calling around I landed on Call The Bee and they sent out Darnell. He was very helpful on explaining the problems we were facing and gave us a couple options one how the repair could go. He worked with us on trying to find a more budget friendly route and even took the time to see if it was viable first. Unfortunately it did have to be the more extensive repair option. Throughout the process though he did give updates on any potential issues or what would need to be cut into for approval before continuing on. While the job was more then I was expecting prior to looking for a plumber I feel that Darnell and CTB did a great job to repair the damaged parts and get my house back in order. I appreciate the effort he went through and would recommend this company to others.

I was having issues with my gas boiler heating system, unfortunately at an inconvenient time. Even though it was Christmas Eve, I was able to get a technician to come troubleshoot my furnace later that day. My technician was Ben Morin. Ben arrived when he said he would, and he did a great job identifying the issue and fixing it quickly. He was very knowledgable, friendly and polite; he explained exactly what he was doing and why. He had my heat back up and running at full capacity in only a couple of hours, and he stayed to make sure that there were no other issues before he left. The price was fair and reasonable. Great service, no complaints.

I have a contract through Busy Bee for heating and cooling services. Busy Bee is an excellent company to work with. Starting with Jill and all the office staff to their technicians and the owner! From the moment you call the staff are friendly, flexible and will make every effort to help their customers. They will also work with you financially and have a payment plan if necessary. Dave L. came out yesterday, was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and explained exactly what he was going to do! I have asthma and bad allergies, he suggested having my duct work cleaned. Since my home was built in the 50’s, I thought it was a great idea. He further explained the company Busy Bee partners with (Guranteed) will also sanitize all my duct work! That’s an added bonus! I took Dave’s advice and am having my duct work cleaned. I highly recommended Busy Bee for any of your heating and cooling problems!!

Dave was very personable but above all very knowledgeable. We have a unique dryer vent system that was designed to keep the vent away from the front door. It has 7 bends in it. Dave and his camera went through the entire vent allowing us to see what is involved to get this puppy cleaned out. He answered all our questions with helped us to make a decision on the job that needed to be done. Very pleased to have had Dave come out and take a look at our venting.

Florjan did a great job determining our need to update plumbing throughout the house. He installed the first ever water shut off valve to the house ( how did we not have one before?) and he fixed a small corroded pipe about to burst. We are happy to have had him do this preventative maintenance now, avoided an expensive crisis down the road.Florian was polite, cleaned up after himself and took the time to throughly explain everything to me.

The technician Jason P was very nice and knowledgeable. Showed up at the very beginning of my appointment window which is always appreciated. Had the job done in about an hour (including initial look through). I needed the exhaust hose from my dryer repaired and reconnected on back of the dryer and outside wall of the house. After 3 previous DIY repairs I thought it was best to call a professional. Jason was able to provide a permanent fix. Only criticism is the price was a bit higher than anticipated ($250), especially for using the existing parts. I would recommend the quality of The Bee, but suggest getting some free estimates prior if possible.

Absolutely phenomenal company! Their workers are very professional, efficient, and friendly/personable.When we needed to replace our water heater, we were given three different options and told upfront what each would cost; they were very honest about everything, and they didnt try to sell us the most expensive option, just what was right for our familys usage. They also told us about the different things that would maintain and get the most life out of the new water heater, instead of just getting the minimal of eight years.They installed the new water heater the next day -- quickly and professionally -- and they did an excellent job. Within a couple of hours at most we had a hot water again!I highly recommend Call the Bee! They are definitely worth it!

I had turned on my thermostat, as the weather was chilly. Heat did not come on? I called Call the Bee for an appointment. I was given an appointment and Matt and Gary showed up on time, to trouble shoot the issue. I was informed that my furnace was old and I would be putting good money into a very old, insufficient furnace and was persuaded to invest in a new one. Matt assisted me all the way through with financing and a few days later I had a new furnace. More space in my basement now and the men that installed the furnace were professional, curtious, and completed the job fully. After they left, I realized my water was not hot enough and called again. One of the installation plumbers returned the next day and solved the issue, plus showed me how to set the temperature on for my water, located on the furnace. Im very happy with the service Call the Bee provided.

My kitchen sink was draining slowly and i was unable to remove the closest clean out cap to snake the drain. I called the Bee to have a professional come out and preform a drain clean out for me. The technician who came out, Darnell Hurst, was on time and very respectful. He took a look at the plumbing and gave me a break down of what he was going to do along with different services at different price points for me to choose from. In the end he snaked out my drain two times, once in the basement where it feeds out to the sewer system and once through the P trap under my kitchen sink. The drain was working in under an hour of him arriving. While he was here he discovered a few other issues with my system that I did not know about before you came. He talked me through what the issues were and then showed me the different options for fixing it in the future. Darnell was a great technician and provided me with with quick and efficient service.

He explained the need to clean the scale that naturally built up over the year, and could reduce the efficiency of the furnace. I can’t say enough positive things about Call the Bee! Amber was my contact person in the office, she was such a huge help when applying for the Eversource loan and putting together the required documents for my HOA. She answered all of my questions throughout the process and responded quickly during our correspondence. Justin, Josh and Dorian, the technicians who installed my Dankin mini spit system, were also great! They were all very personable, professional and worked efficiently. I am beyond happy with my mini split, it cools my entire place, is quiet and super energy efficient. I had an ancient central air system previously and my electric bill is so much lower now!!
