    Thank you, Nick for doing an amazing job today. He came out to service our air conditioner to check to make sure everything‘s running properly. He was here for sometime, very thoughtful, kind, considerate to cats in the house and everything else. He went over the needed items. He went over everything in way we could understand it! Gave many helpful tips for cleaning and maintenance ! We will definitely like to have Nick back for the furnace inspection in the fall.

    Greg The plumber from AJ did phenomenal job replacing a regular toilet two bathroom faucets and a bidet toilet. He was so knowledgeable about other plumbing related issues in the house. I trusted him right from the beginning and he did not let me down. Great guy, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This company really hires good people.John, the electrician came out also to help with the bidet toilet and he did a great job too. He’s able to make a whole new outlet near the bathroom so that the bidet would work. It took a little bit longer than we had anticipated but he just He did it right. That’s all you can ask for they were here. There were a couple hiccups along the way but nothing that John the electrician couldn’t figure out.

    After deciding to replace our old furnace of 46 years. The whole experience with danboise was amazing. From the first employee to the last. Their team was very professional. Did fantastic work and left my house as clean as when they arrived. Did I also mention this whole job was performed on Christmas eve. Will be recommending danboise to all my family and friends!!!

    Technician arrived on time was very friendly and courteous. I had already a good idea of what the issue was, and he confirmed it took some pictures to show me fixed it and kept the area spotless. I didn’t have to do anything when they left. Very quick turn time from the time that I called to when they showed up. Original install of the flange was missing two screws to screw it down to the subfloor, allowing the flange to warp and then leak. Gregg fixed it and did it the right way. Thanks!

    My furnace stopped working on a Sunday. The next morning, AJs agent said she would schedule a tech for that afternoon. Martin quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation, and walked me through the steps for getting the new motor. He made all his calculations and provided a price for what would work best for our house. He did not oversell us or try to sell us something we did not need.

    Gregg is an excellent plumber. Replaced a leaky water valve and associated piping. Also removed a second older valve that wasn’t needed, but could become a problem later. Definitely would ask for Gregg to handle future plumbing needs

    Worked with their technician John Fox to get a drain fixed when the old (70+ years) pipe fitting sheared off the wall due to corrosion making it too thin. In and out in about a half hour, the sink once again has a solid drain connection.He made his singular corporate-mandated pitch for their Always Here Plan, and aside from that he didnt waste any time trying to convince me I needed more done than was necessary.Work was done at an acceptable volume, and did not interfere with my own work-from-home environment.Ideally I wont have any more pipes collapsing, but if I do, AJ Danboise plumbers will be my first call.

    Chris Ladanyi came out to do an annual a/c inspection. He spent a lot of quality time educating me about competitive hvac suppliers and what to look for. He also installed an a/c electrical booster that should extend the life of the system. I have had Chris come out many times in the past, and he always does great professional and high quality work. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I enjoy working with him, and highly recommend him for his HVAC work!

    Although I have a contract with another company, they could not come the same day a leak developed under a sink. So I called AJ Danboise @8am and by 9am Steve was knocking on my front door.     1st Visit:Cary showed up for our scheduled appt as expected to address a plumbing-issue involving my Moms irrigation system.He was professional and courteous.He seemed tolerant of my ignorance and addressed each question and concern that I constantly bombarded him with.He never gave me the impression of impatience or irritation as I hovered around him while he did his work. He gave us helpful and additional info, based upon his experience, regarding the issue that we were dealing with.I actually wanted to go with a different plumber company because I liked how they were able to give me a quote, without a service-visit, based upon pics I sent and description of the issue, and they were less expensive. But, its my Moms house and she wanted you-guys becuz youve been in business longer.2nd Visit:Bathtub faucet leaks in 2 bathrooms, bathroom sink repair, leaks in basement plumbing.Steve is awesome! Although the first, plumber, Cary, was good, Steve did a great job at assuaging my Moms anxiety, and patiently allowed my Mom to voice her concerns. My Mom can get very wordy but Steve never rushed her or interrupted her. His honesty was refreshing when my Mom was asking for recommendations beyond his scope of skills. He was very clear in what he proposed to do, then the actions after my Mom accepted his estimate, and what we now need to do before he can complete his plumbing repair. Will post another update when he comes back to finish the job.After all work done:Steve finished the job. It looked great! All new and shiny parts. As he had explained, he could not re-tile, re-grout the wall after doing all his plumbing work, but, thats okay. My brother is very good at tile-work, and finished it up.

    Danboise installed our furnace a few years back and has prepared us for the winter season in the fall of each year since. They call to schedule, send reminders and notify you the approximate time that their employee will arrive. We are always well informed of the day and time. This year Nick Spohr came to the house. At my request he reset the thermostat for daylight savings time. He then prepared the furnace for cold weather: cleaning, changing filters, testing to make sure the thermostat worked properly.He was polite, friendly and pleasant. Once again, danboise took good care of us.

    My Annual Electrical Inspection was scheduled for January 2, 2025You have the ability to go about your business on the day of your inspection to have AJ Danboise contact you to see how long it will take you to return home and inform the Technician which is great! Maher Kasshamoon, Electrician conducted my electrical inspection.I was impressed regarding how through Maher was. When he finished the inspection, Maher provided me with a verbal, as well as, a written review which was sent to my email address.Overall, my inspection went well. One recommended upgrade was to update my installed smoke detectors which were installed when this house was build which would make them 27 years old!     DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasnt a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasnt sure they could do it. His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts). Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. Theyre a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the guy everyone knows when theyve got a guy but youre paying for professionalism and quality. Ill definitely call them again.

    John was very personable and friendly. He is knowledgable about the business and his profession. He explained everything before and as he did it. He also offer some suggestions regarding possible future work, which could improve a recurring problem. He also recommended a couple other businesses for work they did not do. I was very pleased with the repair and he left the work space very clean. I highly recommend him for plumbing work and would be happy if he were dispatched on any of my future projects.

    John Fox came out to so my plumbing inspection. He was amazing. I still had my water hose attached and he talked me through the importance of removing it and how to turn the water off from the inside so it wont freeze. I was really grateful for this information. Thank You!

    Im grateful for coming across your site during my Google search. It just so happened that I needed repairs on 3 different home systems and you provide full service to all of them! I had the pleasure of being serviced by:-Jeremy to diagnose and repair my whole home humidifier--John to install a junction box and upgrade my electrical panel for my dishwasher hookup--Cary to diagnose the source of a tub leak, install plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen as well as installing a new garbage disposal. He also provided knowledgeable solutions to my rusted out bathroom sink but did not pressure me into purchasing something that I was not comfortable with. -The service level of all 3 men was exceptional. They were friendly, thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. I also felt like they were being fair and honest in their assessments.     This is great company! Our technician, Steve Dobrick has done a lot of work for us, including a new hot water heater (which City inspector said was excellent). He is very pleasant, kind, and explained everything he did. He showed pictures of all the areas he inspected, and carefully reviewed possible things that could help our home. He seems extremely knowledgable and talented as an electrician. He is going to replace smoke detectors that are too old, and possibly not working correctly. We would absolutely recommend him, and believe he is another example of the excellent workers we have always had from Danboise.7/16/24John Harvey is the electrician who came out (along with an apprentice, Alex) today. He is a master electrician, who is so knowledgable, personable, and kind. He fixed my electrical problem, all the while explaining to his apprentice what he was doing.As always, for many years now, i highly recommend A J Danboise and am relieved and happy when they come to do any work for us.

    Martin showed up on the stated time. He quickly and accurately found a couple issues. He clearly explained the issues, corrective actions, and cost, providing me with 3 repair options.
