I called Hudromax about a clogthat another plumber could not unclog with his snake and had suggested a clean out be put in. Carl and Sam came out the next day and rotor rooted my outgoing sewer line with the Rotor Rooter machine. They cleaned the clog and helped me save a lot of money. Couldnt be more pleased with our experience. We had roots growing in our sewer line and had a poor experience with another plumber so called Rotor Rooter, and Sam our plumber was so helpful. He cleared the roots and scoped the area to make sure everything was clear. He was very patient and friendly. We will be using them again in the future if needed.

Carl and Sam called before making the trip up from Evansville, something I asked them to do as I have two dogs and wanted them put up. As for their work, I couldnt ask for it to be done any better! After explaining the details of my problem, I had a clogged vent pipe for a main drain, they approached the problem methodically. First they tried to clear the clog from above by flooding the pipe with water and fishing with a pipe snake, this didnt work. Secondly, they approached it from the basement, this did work. In the end their service was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A reasonable person couldnt ask for more

I had a plugged sewer line and had a different plumbing company come out and they spent a total of 8 hours trying to clean it out but gave up. So I called Hydromax / Roto-rooter and they sent Carl and Sam out the next morning. About 2 hours later Carl and Sam Roto-root through the pipe and cleaned it out. They scoped the pipe to make sure it was completely clean. Thanks again to Carl and Sam.

Roto-Rooter is the only plumbing service you will ever need! We have a 1930’s home that has a mix of original and remodeled plumbing that were causing us issues (and money!) AJ went above and beyond- even building a special tool and searching for matching replacement parts (appropriate to the time period of the house). Great experience all around. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day (my issue wasn’t an emergency), and the service tech who came out (AJ) called ahead before arriving. He was able to clear the drain and replace the sump pump in under an hour, which is nice, as they charge by the quarter hour. Easy recommendation.

Terry came out to unclog my tub drain. After trying multiple options he couldn’t unclog it and needed to access my crawl space. My craw space is a NOT a fun place to be as it’s extremely small, 2ft tall at the entrance and it gets smaller the further in you go. Usually anyone I have under there has to be the littlest man they have or they won’t even attempt it. Terry didn’t hesitate to TRY even though half way through he could no longer fit. He gave his best efforts and trouble Shooted a solution to still get the job done correctly.While he was here he mentioned water in my crawl space, something I’ve had looked at 7times and I’m always given random reasons why there’s water but no one could ever fix it or find the real issue so I gave up trying and have only ever been offered sump pumps to correct it. Terry, who was not here for this issue figured it out! He did not have to and was not asked to do the extra work. I appreciate it so much. Most people do the task/job at hand and then move to the next paying job. Not everyone takes the time to do their job above and beyond. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. And thank you Kyle for finishing the job!

I was having problems with our sewer line, so my dad called Roto-Rooter for me since I was at work. The guy came out immediately even though he was already off work and drove about 25mins to my house. He gave my dad a quote and agreed to come out the next morning at about 8am. They arrived about 830am, and they was able to get the job done in about 4hours, the total he said was over the amount he quoted but he would keep his word on the quoted amount. I am very pleased at the time it took them to come out and complete the job. I will definitely use them again and I will definitely recommend them to others
