    Great job come before the storm, professional, courteous, quick serviceGary, the service tech came out and Mann this guy was amazing. He showed me things about my unit. Show me how to turn the blower up and these guys are amazing. They looked at my service breaker and are going to adjust the electric box too. You cannot go wrong with Brian heating and cooling. Trust me please don’t waste your money nowhere else. This is the best crew. I’ve never in my life been so happy as I am today. Thank you for your service and thank you for these guys. They are amazing. We got a big storm coming today and they were at my house within two hours.

    We were very pleased with the concern, professionalism and proficiency of Paul who came to our home for a water leak. He was genuinely concerned for us and although the problem was not one he could solve, he directed us to those who could. He stayed and helped me answer all the questions appropriately so the next company knew what needed to be done. Bryant is a very good company. There was no charge for this service. We had another issue earlier in Fall and we called Bryant and 2 gentlemen came out, Dakota and Chris. They flushed out our hot water tank and refused to charge us for their service. They were very kind and professional, and really cared about helping us. Bryant employs people who are truly good, kind individuals and we recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    Our air conditioner went out overnight. We called and Mark came out within a couple hours. We had an informative discussion about our 22 year old system. They had it all replaced with a Carrier system by 3pm the same day. Quality service and products at a competitive price. Thanks Bryant

    Allen had been scheduled to come to my house between 9 am and noon, he called me at 10 minutes before 9am and said he is on his way. He showed up promptly at 9am. Im highly satisfied and highly recommend.

    Dakota arrived exactly at the time of the appointment. He completed the plumbing work quickly. He was very friendly and willing to discus the details of the job with me.     Mark always does a good job cleaning my AC and my furnace. He even checked my exhaust vent to make sure it was safe even though it was rusting on top of the roof. I would recommend Bryant to anyone.

    My furnace decided to quit working, and the service technician Charles came right out to see what the problem was and fix it. He was fast, thorough, efficient, and friendly. My whole experience lasted 2 1/2 hours from the time that I called to the time he left. I would highly recommend!

    I always go to Bryant for all my heating and cooling needs! Charlie was very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond on my servicing by showing me how everything powered on and waking me through what everything meant and the efficiency of my equipment. Also provided additional information on how the heat flowed to some problem areas of my home after setting me up with a much need new thermostat!

    They are the absolute best. Paul is one of four I believe who came out and did all this in one day. They were so nice and curious. I had old clay pipes and cast iron inside. They remove the broken and replaced everything.They even called me back when they left and the water wasn’t working right in my bathroom and kitchen sink. Turns out the rust from the old pipes collected in the screen of the faucets. 100% will call them anytime I have plumbing problems. Oh they also replaced my heat and air unit awhile back ago. Just amazing! They do it all. 10/10 recommend. Also they do financing and are fair in their pricing.

    We are thankful for the great service from Bryants. I called them about 9:30 on Sunday night, the air conditioner just quit running and is was already 80 degrees in the house. Our service provider today was Mark. He was very efficient, found the problem right off, fixed it, and was on his way. He was very courteous, and was friendly. He knew his job and had lots of knowledge about these furnace and air systems, because I do ask questions and he had answers. A job well done, and thanks so much for your prompt service call this morning. Also, thanks for the Veterans discount!

    The electrician came out within a day or two after I called. Allen discussed what needed to be repaired. The appointment for the repairs was scheduled two days later and done. Wished I would have called them sooner. The repairmen were friendly, knew what they were doing. I would definitely call them again if I needed electrical work done. A little pricey but a job well done

    We contacted Bryant about our furnace the other day and decided to go ahead and replace that and our A/C. The team was very professional during both visits and answered every question and concern we had. During installation of the new units the team ran into some difficulties with the house and how the old units were installed, but they worked hard to get the job done and my wife and I are very happy with the results. Our house is so much more comfortable and quieter than before.

    Our AC went out on a very hot weekend evening. First thing Monday morning, we started calling AC companies for repair. Bryant was the company to have a fantastic repairman at our home within half an hour. He quickly found and repaired the issue.     Mark, the service tech did a great job. He cleaned, tested my heating system and took a camera to looked inside the the heater to see if I was going to have any carbon monoxide problems, he recommended a type of carbon monoxide detector and lastly he told me how to get additional savings on my next service appointment. This was the first time using Bryant Heating and Cooling and will use them in the future.

    I would like to start by saying if I’m rating the technician alone then I would have to give him a 5-star rating. He was absolutely amazing, very professional and friendly. He made sure to check everything and once the problem was found he made sure to explain exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do for the repairs. The only reason I have chosen to leave a 4-star review is because we had a little difficulty with setting up the repairs. I wont say it’s the fault of the company exactly but as a business it is important to have a system that works and to not tell your customer “We have never been to your address” after they installed the system and already repaired a leak a few years ago. Overall I am happy with the way things turned out and thrilled with the work the technician did. Thank you.

    Gary was fantastic. He arrived with in an hour of me calling. Although I has to replace my entire unit. He explained the process and made the entire ordeal easy. He helped us get through the weekend until the unit could be replaced.Updated.....Logan and Cole came out and replaced my unit in record time. They estimated 3 to 4 hours. They got here at 9:30 and and was done by 12. They were very professional and my house and now cool.

    My husband contacted Bryant about an issue with our furnace and they were right on coming out and checking on it. After inspection they informed us that our unit was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced. The gentleman that came out to give us our quote didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need and told us the replacement would be here within 2 days. The gentlemen that were here to replace it were very friendly and did not leave until it was up and running even through there was some issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    I just bought a house and per the inspection report, the air conditioner needed servicing. Mark did a great job and even knew how to approach my dog who is nervous with strangers.     I was amazed at how fast Bryant was able to come to the house on a Saturday to evaluate my air conditioning problems. They gave me three option of how to deal with the problem at three different cost levels.     Had Bryant come out to check over our air conditioning system. The technician Brandon was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He tested everything in a timely manner and went over everything with me once he had finished in a way that made sense. Down to earth, and was very honest and well spoken in a way you could tell he knew what he was talking about, and was happy to explain anything I had questions about or didnt understand. Sometimes when calling on a residential contractor, they can be unprofessional, late, unwilling to help you understand whats going on, or even flat out unhelpful. Brandon from Bryant was far from any of those things, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

    I’ll make this short and sweet.Quote for service submitted on a Saturday morning and received a phone call less than 24hrs on Sunday at 9am. We set an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday.They no longer offer duct cleaner services but they did take the time to recommend others that do and answer questions about the service even though they no longer offer it. This is why I decided to use Bryant for the other services needed.But wait… there’s more!I was given an ETA arrival of 3p-6p. Like always, I had to adjust my day based on this time window which can be frustrating. I pulled into my driveway around 2:30pm and received a call from the tech before I was even in park. He arrived on time if not earlier than the ETA. First time that’s ever happened to me!During the service I asked several questions and took the time to answer even though it was outside of the scope of workWell done. Very well done. I’ll use Bryant for my personal and business needs moving forward.

    We had a blower motor fail on our air conditioning system., to add insult to injury the delivery of the part was delayed due to a communication issue.. The temperature was 95+,and we are old and have health issues. Bryant authorized express delivery on the part, and provided me with tracking number. The service tech they sent to install blower motor was “top of the line”. Not only was the service technician knowledgeable, he was a genuine pleasure to have in our home.

    We recently purchased a new ac unit from Bryant. Yesterday we came home and the unit wouldn’t come on. We called and they got out to us promptly. There was nothing wrong with the unit. It ended up being a blown fuse likely from recent storms. Charlie A, was our tech. He was insightful, helpful, and thorough. He ended up fixing a few other issues he saw while working. Overall excellent experience!

    My cooling system stopped working properly on Thursday, 9/19. I called Bryant Heating and Air on Friday morning and they arranged for someone to come the same day. The unit was inoperable due to bad initial installment prior to my purchase of this condo three years ago. Charles Davis quoted me the cost to repair (definitely not a planned purchase), and charged the unit so I would have AC through the weekend. Early Monday morning the Bryant team of Kyler and Yun arrived to make necessary repairs, which included them having to pickup a part and return. NOTE: this repair took place in driving rain!! The unit is now working properly and I cannot express how absolutely grateful and impressed I am with Bryant Heating and Airs work and service. I purchased a unit from them at my last home and received the same excellent service as I received today. I refuse to use any other HVAC company in Evansville.Maria Laughlin

Since my AC unit was a 1998, parts were not available, so I had to get a new AC unit.     We had a great experience with Bryant Heating and Cooling! Our AC stopped working on the first hot day of spring and inside reached an internal temperature of 86 degrees! Thankfully, someone was sent out to assess the situation within a couple hours of us calling. Since we needed a new AC, they set us up to get a new one installed the next day. Now we can enjoy our new AC for the rest of the warm season! Special thanks to Brandon for coming out quickly to look at our AC and then getting us set up for a new one, and to Joel and Logan for spending the day expertly installing our unit.

Mark left me much more educated on our Heat Pump and tips & tricks for future use and possible changes/additions to make our home comfort better for even the hot months.     We were very pleased with the service Bryant Heating and Cooling provided. We needed some plumbing work done for our bathtub, and Dakota traveled to our home (appx. 40 min. drive) and assessed the problem that day.     Kyler and Charlie were amazing!!!!They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly.     I had my furnace checked out last week for winter. Mark done a great job, was very nice and had the job done in a short while. This week I had Allen come and install new porch lights on front and side of my house. He even answered questions about future jobs. I will continue to use this company for all my projects. Pricing is good and the people are professional and they do it all.

    Paul and Kyler were very friendly , courtesy and professional. They came over right away after my husband called saying we needed help with the water heater pilot light the day after vectren put in a new gas meter... They explained things to us in laymans terms and there was no fee., and they didnt even mind our attention seeking fur baby trying to get their attention..lol. will definitely be using Bryant again when needed.

    Brandon was very professional, apologized for late due to extra long on prior client.Went over & beyond cleaning, using own tools & reapplying winterized cover on a/c& water faucet.Happy, talkative, reviewed all he did on 26 inspections., to where this Sr citizen could understand it. Clean cut & a non smoker a plus.
