I had a clogged septic vent pipe. Called and Mike was able to come out that day. He arrived about 2 hours after I called. He unclogged the vent pipe and asked if I wanted him to run the camera to see if I had any other issues with my septic. He ran the camera and let me see what was going on and explained what he was doing and what I was seeing. He gave me suggestions and what he thought was best to keep my septic running smoothly. He was professional and I would definitely use his services again.

He was able to come over the next day and within 30 minutes he had fixed the drain and packed his stuff up and was out the door. Very pleased. He cleans up after himself so well that you cant even tell that hes been there. I refer everyone that I know who needs a plumber to him. I have never had a better plumber in my 60 years. He was here today for a clogged kitchen drain 9/10/2022. He was out a couple of months ago to replace toilet rings in both bathrooms. We were doing that as a preventative measure. Again, we cant say enough about what a good job he does.

He unstuck our toilet, put new insides in, which we needed as ours was broke, and replaced our broken handle. Do to their very hard work, and professional and technical experience, my toilet and sink issues has been resolved. I would certainly and most definitely will use this company in the future for my plumbing issues. I will also recommend A 1 Redi Rooter to my family, friends, and anyone who needs plumbing work done. I was very impressed with the quick turn around time with the customer experience I received. I called Mike on a Saturday fully expecting to have to schedule a time in the next couple of days. To my pleasant surprise, he came out to the house the same day and no extra charge for a Saturday. Our toilet has had issues flushing all of the way. After coming out to review the situation, Mike said he would not put another nickel into our old toilet (it was very old) and that likely it was just not flushing well anymore due to age and recommended it may be that we need to buy a new toilet.We ended up buying a new toilet that same weekend and just installing it ourselves just to save some cash, but I would have called up Mike for the job if we needed it. Our new toilet works like a dream and no issues anymore! I would recommend this business for plumbing needs!

He answered and came by within an hour to start working on our issue and managed to alleviate the clog to an extent but discovered more clogged up areas and roots with the camera. From there we planned for him to come the next day for additional work. He was on time and quick on the job! I’m really satisfied with how up front and honest he was about our issues! He showed and explained what was going on and what our next steps could be, and overall we are beyond happy with the service provided in this stressful time.

I called Mike around 4pm on Saturday with some (in my opinion serious plumbing) problems. He eased my mind about it all and quoted me way lower than other leading companies in the area. I mean I’m talking 3-400 dollars cheaper. At first I was skeptical as anyone would be, after having a botched job already with my plumbing. I’ve had my lines derooted and cleaned out multiple times before, and leading companies never even put in a clean out for jobs up to $700! Let’s just say I have had my fair share of plumbers come out & they have quoted me so high even for just adding a clean out! I even had one who I suspect took my chainsaw, since then we have installed security cameras. I was really relieved to have Mike come out today and be so genuine & down to earth about the whole issue. I let him know who I’d gone to before & that I didn’t know what I was going to do financially (especially after the Christmas/new year holidays). He ensured me he could help & would be over in the morning on Sunday. He is all about helping others & using his many years of knowledge to keep the price as low as possible. He treated my lines for roots, cleaned everything out, and within the hour I had a house of drains nicely draining. Can’t beat the price either. I paid well under $500 today for a ton of drain work, derooting treatment and he did it all in the pouring rain, mud and all. This was crazy to me considering how much other places charge especially for a Sunday job of plumbing. He prepared me for an $1,100 bill but got done quicker and only charged me $520. While the cost to get the camera through to verify was not cheap it certainly was a great call / investment that saved us from having to cut down a massive tree and replacing a sewer line that was still in good shape.
