I called to have my pipes cleaned out and ended up needed them replaced. Andrew came out and looked at everything. He was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was so pleased with his customer service skills and really enjoyed talking to him. The guys that came out to replace the pipes also were amazing. Andy and Harley got the job done fast and they seem to work really well together. I was impressed with their willingness to help me out once I told them I had an issue with my washer pipe inside. They sent someone over right away and they got it fixed quickly as well.I will use Hydromax again and will 100% refer them to anyone needing these services!!Thank you Hydromax for having great employees that represent your company!!

Fantastic service on 12-26-24 in Oakland City, IN. The young man (Sam) who unclogged my drains (2) did a great job. Sam was very polite and a hard worker. Sam also utilized their video service and showed me what issues I have in my drain pipes that need to be fixed to correct those issues. I am very pleased with HydroMax and I plan to have them remove and replace my old plumbing very soon as some of it is old clay pipe that must go. Very satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend HydroMax if you are having plumbing problems.

We had a major issue with our drains and it was getting so bad that feces was coming back up in the shower. Buds plumbing pretty much said there was nothing they could do and it would cost thousands of dollars. Bryan with Hydromax came out on the weekend had a superb attitude even when he had to deal with my dogs. He put in actual work, did every method he knew to find the problem and eliminate it all by himself with a smile on his face. Hydromax should know they have a hell of an employee and need to give him a raise. Very happy. Thanks Bryan!

My wife and I moved into a flip home by Angel Mounds over a year ago. Mid-June, I noticed something wrong with our septic system. I called American Grease and Septic and they referred me to this company. I worked with Josh and his team; we discovered many parts and components needed fixed, replaced, and sprayed out. Thankfully, our septic system is now fixed.HydroMax was wonderful to work with. They were friendly, patient, and flexible. Josh was easy to talk to and his team taught me how our septic system worked and provided me with all necessary information so my wife and I could make the appropriate decisions. Above all else, they were honest. I cant recommend this company enough. Reasonably priced and they will take care of you.

I woke up Monday morning, and a decoration fell on the pipe that brings water to my toilet, busted the old pipe. Causing water to flood my bathroom. Unfortunately, its the only toilet in the house. Once we got the main water shut off, we started calling plumbers. Several were booked out for weeks to a month. Roto rooter got me on the schedule that day between 2 and 4.Jonathan called me at 9:45 a.m. saying he worked for Hydromax. I was a bit confused because that isnt who I called. He reassured me that they are connected with Roto Rooter. He headed our way, I was so relieved how early Jonathan got here.He was extremely professional when he was here and got the pipe taken care of in less than an hour. He even took a look in my crawl space for me to make sure a few of my concerns were addressed. If I need a plumber again I would give this company a call. Thank you Jonathan!

We called originally to get shower faucet cartridges replaced. The hard water ruins them. AJ was the guy who came out and we ended up having him come back to install a water softener. Also replaced a couple of faucet trims that were in bad shape. Everything looks good, and we have water pressure back in our shower now! I would trust AJ to come back and do more work if we needed it 👍🏼

Its never a good morning when you wake up to water leaking from the basement ceiling. What makes that day better is when you find a company ready to roll out with a great plumber right from the get-go. A.J. arrived on time, was personable, was friendly, and was efficient in his work. When my wife and I had questions, he had answers. Nothing will really dull the sting of a sudden, unexpected plumbing issue taking precedence over your day, but A.J. and Hydromax definitely made the whole experience more bearable. I would absolutely recommend working with Hydromax.

We sprung a leak on the Fourth of July of all days. Our local plumbers did not get back with us by the morning of the 5th, so we reached out to Hydromax, and actually spoke to a person instead of having to leave a message and wait for a call back. Jonathan called to see what the issue was and started heading our way within minutes of our phone conversation (he was supposed to be off, but on-call). He was extremely polite and professional and got our leak resolved within less than an hour at a very reasonable price considering he drove about an hour, one way to get to us. He also educated me on the importance of not cracking the pressure release valve on the hot water heater unless absolutely necessary as the valve could stick open from all the calcium build-up, which I was not aware of. I would definitely recommend using Hydromax, and will again in the future.

Rich and his crew did an amazing job rehabilitating our 100-year old propertys junction with the city sewer main. Just on the city side of this junction the pipe was cracked and forming a void/sinkhole from the sewage leak.The citys solution was to cut down a 50 year old holly tree (one of a pair that flank our property entrance) and to dig up the concrete base of a 100 year old 55 foot tall flagpole. Luckily the Hydromax crew were able to perform a re-evaluation and repair the leaking pipe side through the inside of the pipe itself. No need to dig up my yard, cut down my holly tree nor tear up my flagpole base.High marks for hard work from a professional and friendly crew. I will be using them again for any similar issues in the future.

I rated 5 stars for 2 reasons. One the gentleman on call the first time I called after hours said he was more willing to come out but after describing my issue he suggested if I could wait until morning it would automatically save me $400. He said he would put my ticket in first thing the next morning if I wanted to wait. Most places would have just sent someone out to collect the extra money for a simple task that I couldnt fix. I got a call before 8am the next morning to have someone come out at regular pricing. Second reason when Carl showed up he was professional, personable, walked me through what he did & what the issue was and even made suggestions on what could help to prevent the issue in the future. He also got the job done in less than an hour and that was great also!!!

Mike came out and gave me a free estimate for my leaky faucets. I was very impressed that this was free. He gave me a estimate said they charge by the hour and the maximum it should be three hours. Andrew came out and did the work for me. He was very nice and professional. The job however took an hour and a half longer because he ran into some troubles no fault of his. When he was getting ready to write up the bill, I told him the price that I was quoted. He said we are going to honor that. I was truly shocked when he said that. I will definitely be calling these guys back out for all my plumbing problems

The morning of my appointment Brett came in the front door to complete the gas line procedure, as he went into the basement he suggested using my back door so he wouldnt track anything into my house or inconvenience me in anyway. I thought it would be an all day process but before I knew it Brett was finished & was asking me to turn the heat back on to make sure the pilot was lit & everything was working properly. Found and repaired a small gas leak on our new stove. Explained the many things the initial installer had done wrong, fixed them all, and leveled the stove. Very professional and pleasant. Also, I had great experience with the Hydromax supervisor who worked with the city on the new gas lines - he came back to our house several times and helped me turn off the gas shut-off the old stove and figure out how broken our old stove was and that we needed a new one. And if I had taken his advice I would not have had a gas leak! Thank you Dave and Terry! I am always going to hire a plumber to install any new gas appliances I purchase from now on!
