    AGS was super fast to get out to our place and were very nice on the phone. Keith Ommart came out and not only emptied our tank but also educated us on the schedule to do routine maintenance on our own. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about our system. This is the second time we have used AGS and will continue to use them in the future.

    I had a great experience with American Grease & Septic in servicing a rental property on the Westside of Evansville. They were quick and efficient. Steven the technician, was knowledgeable about my septic system, provided maintenance tips, and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. His customer service was outstanding—friendly and professional. Overall, I recommend their services.

    We experienced our first septic emergency on a Sunday. After trying to reach our original septic company multiple times with no call back, we decided to reach out to AGS. The technician on call, called back right away and thoroughly explained all of our options as well as what could be the issue. By this time it was already Sunday evening we told the technician on call that we were ok waiting till Monday morning for someone to come out.Keith Ommart came out the next day with another employee he was training. Both were so amazing! They pumped our tank and sand trap efficiently and made a great team. Their work ethic was above and beyond! Keith was very detailed and extremely knowledgeable in how our system works and gave his best educated guess on all the possibilities of what was going wrong with our system and what our next steps moving forward should be. I learned more from Keith in one visit than I did any of the other times we used our previous septic company. Keith was so easy to talk to and genuine and a wonderful mentor to the employee he was training. Happy to say, AGS has our business for now on!

    Our septic tank had not been pumped out for close to 10 years. Donnie came out and was very professional and easy to talk to. Went to the office and bought septic tank monthly maintenance tablets. Staff was responsible to all my questions. Will be using American Grease for all my future septic/plumbing issues. Thank you!

    Keith was a fantastic guy to chat with as he cleaned out our 56 year old septic tank for the first time ever! He was happy to share info about how best to maintain it, and he answered all of our questions honestly and in a way that was easy to understand. We cant recommend his services enough! Its always a shame to meet someone who does such a great job in their work, yet also hope youll never need the service again! I will recommend American Grease and Septic to anyone needing septic pumping.

    Cant recommend enough. Pricing was extremely reasonable, scheduler and technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. Technician wouldnt drive on my grass after I gave him permission, just in case, which made the job harder for him. Outstanding customer care. They did my non-emergency job the very next day. The reviews are correct!

    AGS is great. I had been having issues with my residential septic system and I could not get my regular company to answer the phone so I called AGS to pump out my tank and investigate. I called Monday (10/23) morning and explained my situation to their dispatch team, who were super friendly and helpful. The dispatch team sent Keith to my home that afternoon. He pumped my system and started investigating. I had many issues my regular company failed to look at and notify me. To fix these issues, Keith called another company, explained my situation and how serious the issues were. Keith has many years of experience and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He worked with me and the plumbing company to get the work scheduled the next day. Keith was thorough and told me AGS inspects the system every time they have to pump out. AGS is now my regular company and I will contract them to clean out my system in the future.

    Stellar company with stellar service. They provided porta-potties to the Zoo near the Master Gardener’s Family Garden and throughout the facility. Visitors to the Family Garden were grateful for the close locations and even more appreciative of just how sparking clean they were. Great job AG&S!!

    I needed my Spetic Tank serviced, little did I know my Spetic System was in trouble.Keith came out and spent time explaining the issues I was having and how to correct them. He serviced my system and saved me from thousands of dollars in repairs.The issue was a year and half ago I had my tank serviced. They only removed liquid and did not clean the tank.     I had not just a septic problem but even a clog far down the pipe from my toilet and I called these guys and Keith came out and literally coordinated everything that was needed & got the job done.     Keith was friendly and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time to notify us he had a cancellation and asked if he could come early which helped with my schedule.     We had a filled up field bed backing up water into the house. We called a different group who did a terrible job and days later still had water backing up. American Grease showed us the difference from what the first company did and what the septic tank looked like after they pumped it out. Donnie did a FANTASTIC job, fixed our problem, gave us advice for the future, and was very friendly and fun to talk to (made us laugh)! Highly recommend!

    After buying my home, I needed to get the septic pumped. American Grease and Septic was able to get me in within a couple hours, which is great for a non-emergency call. They were not only on time, but ahead of schedule. The guys who showed up were prompt, professional, polite, and did a great job. They went the extra mile to ensure all the contents were cleaned out, and even provided an opportunity for me to inspect afterward.     We just purchased this house, i called this morning because the water in the toilet wouldnt go down when we flushed. We are on septic.
