I got a new deck and fence through ACE in the fall of 2024. The process went splendidly!The demo team was great! They cleaned up and took extra care. The fence guys worked over 12 hours and well after dark to make sure I had a fence up overnight. The next morning at 8:30 (on a Sunday) they returned to complete the final touches.Based on my experience and the level of professionalism, I would certainly use ACE for any future projects

Ive now used them twice, once for fence repair and once for a plumbing issue. For the plumbing issue, I had used somebody else before and the said that I needed a $5k new line put in. A few months later I was having the same issue, so I called Ace as I had just used them recently. They came out and said, lets try to clean it out first before we think about putting in a new line. In a few minutes, they had it all cleared out and working. So they saved me a ton of money.

Exceeded expectation on fencing installation. High quality materials, professional staff. Well informed during all processes especially installation day. We received several calls letting us know progress of installation. Very good job cleaning up and even went as far as to spread dirt in low lying areas of our yard. Would recommend to anyone. Ace completely demolished an old tiled bathroom including the removal of a very heavy cast iron tub. All of the debris had to be carried out over new hardwood floors. The workers were careful not to damage the new flooring. They completed the installation of the new bathroom within a reasonable period of time and arrived as scheduled for each work day. Throughout the job Ace was very professional and took precautions to keep the mess to a minimum. We are very pleased with the work. An inspector from Ace came out to inspect the completed job. Follow up work was completed during the same week to take care of a couple minor problems.

When we realized we needed a new roof, we had a difficult time finding a contractor to do the job. Our house is a large historic home and many companies did not have the expertise or willingness to do the job. We chose Ace because they gave us a detailed list of what they were going to do and a fair price for doing the work. Robbie was patient and understanding as we worked out financing and made our commitment to the job. Once the work began, the crews were prompt, professional and hard working. The foreman checked in with me before they began and offered to answer any questions I had along the way. The crew ran into some unexpected problems and pulled in workers from other jobs who knew how to address each issue. We are thrilled with the final product. Our house looks amazing and we dont have to worry anymore about cleaning our gutters or water damage. Ace Construction cares about doing a quality job for their customers. We will definitely be working with Ace on home projects in the future.

We had a leak in the basement and wanted an estimate on the gutters. After finding rot behind the old gutters, we quickly decided to replace the roof. Robbie got everything organized and the roof replaced on a Saturday. Worked on the gutters on Sunday. We couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend this company.

Sunday we had a large tree branch fall and knock a hole in our roof. We called Ace on Monday morning. They came out within a couple of hours to give us an estimate to fix it. They price was competitive and they showed up early the next morning to make the repairs. They did a terrific job with the repair and the fellow who came was very polite. I felt bad for him as it was awfully cold but was grateful that Ace made getting our roof fixed before the rain came a priority. I would not hesitate to use them and will definitely call with any roof issues.

I saw one of their employees changing a flat tire for an elderly couple. He does this kind deed and then wouldnt accept money for his time. It says allot about a company when their employees treat streamers this well.
