I talked to Mark on a Thursday about a plumbing job I needed at my house, and the job was finished the next Monday. Service was great. The technician walked me through everything, and made some suggestions that I went with that ended up saving me some money! The areas where they worked in my finished basement was very clean when they left. Great experience!

Mark took care of a radiant heating leak that we had at a home we were selling. He did an amazing job getting everything operational. Mark was incredibly courteous, very knowledgable, and was honest and upfront with us the whole time. His costs were very reasonable too.I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing or radiant heating needs.

I had always loved my previous interactions with the crew at Howard C Johns, but I had to call them again for a new emergency. I was losing 500-800 gallons of water a day, but couldnt figure out where. I checked the toilets, I shut off the main value... but still heard water moving. I thought maybe the shutoff was bad, but of course they found out the real reason was a 58 year old pipe just outside my wall. I had figured not only would this be a big deal tearing up the yard, but then Id have to redo my landscaping. But no, they did an AMAZING JOB of finding the exact spot, digging it up and repairing it and putting everything back like nothing ever happened. He didnt even pivot the backhoe because he didnt want to damage the yard. I doubt others would have put that much thought into it as they did. I didnt have to redo my landscaping and other than a pretty new pipe and shutoff, you would never know anything happened. I was amazed by their hard work on not only getting me a temporary divert (waiting on the 811 people to mark the gas lines) but then the precision work that saved me a lot of money. But the biggest part, that crew is just nice as can be, caring and courteous and they feel like friends Ive known all my life. Thats a special thing to achieve and Ill never use anyone else. Thank you for being amazing!
