    Called Brackett late this morning due to furnace not working. Weā€™ve used Brackett previously and have always been pleased including installation of our upstairs system. By mid afternoon Dustin let us know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and respectful. He was easy to talk to and explained our options and answered all of our questions. We chose to replace our downstairs system since it was over 30 years old. We trust Brackett Heating, Air & Plumbing with all of our HVAC needs and appreciate their quality service.

    I went with Brackett based on reviews and I wasnā€™t disappointed! We used them to have our vents cleaned in a new house. They did a great job and provided excellent customer service. Iā€™m not sure of the technicianā€™s name. He was a young guy but acted with more professionalism than most people Iā€™ve dealt with. Weā€™ll be using them again in the future!

    We were having an issue with our furnace. James was able to come out within a few hours and provided us with options for repair or replacement. Damien, Bryce, and Kenny were at our house within a few hours to install our new furnace and AC. Everyone was polite, professional, and informative. They were done in a few hours, did not leave any messes, and checked to make sure both units were working before leaving. Would definitely recommend!

    Bryce came out today 2 years since my last clean out. He did a great job getting me back in business. He was very professional and thorough. This company has been very responsive coming just a day after I called.My dryer had not worked properly for weeks. I called Brackett and they sent James and Ryan out and within 30 minutes cleaned out my dryer vent duct and got everything going great. These guys were not bothered by the cold even though they had to work from our roof. They were the most professional and courteous techs I have ever worked with. I would be honored to have either or both of these gentlemen back when I need them..

Bryce Brackett and Beau Dickerson spent a lot of quality time with me discussing the right units recommended to be installed and answered all my questions.     I would recommend Bracket to everyone. They are always so nice. I have had them for my heating and air in my new (old) home. They take very good care and their plan is affordable. I had service today for a clogged kitchen drain. Don, the plumber, was so nice!! Most companies only care about how much $$ they can get from you. These guys are honest. Their attention to detail on the install and explanation of the generator and transfer switch functions was much appreciated.     I moved into my new house and discovered that I did not have any heat. I called Brackett Heating in the morning and within the hour a service technician called me to discuss the problem I was experiencing and to say he was on the way. He fixed my problem quickly especially considering my HVAC unit was in the attic. He waited to ensure that the heat cycled through another rotation. They offered a maintenance plan that was very reasonable.With just moving here, it is hard to know who to trust. I am very very pleased with the service!

    I recently had a whole house generator (General) installed. Initially Beau Dickerson came out and did a review and provided a quote. He was very knowledgeable & professional.     They put in a new furnace recently, but I had to call them back because a condensation issue developed with the exhaust; I called and they asked if I would be available Thursday after noon and I said yes. They called at 9:00 AM and said they would be there in 45 minutes. I said OK, but when they started work they found a serious problem with my exhaust collecting condensation. Had to re-work the exhaust, but it seems to be working correctly this time. Other than that they were professional and courteous.

    I called on Brackett today for the first time because my furnace had stopped working. Allen was the service provider and was at my house within a couple hours. He was extremely polite, quick to find the problem, and took the time to explain the mechanics of the malfunction. He was back at my house in no time with the needed part and was quick to install. He did a quality check afterwards and asked if I had any other concerns. I was impressed with his polite and professional demeanor.
