I have no affiliation other than hiring for complete mainline replacement. Outstanding professionals. Top notch work and very fair prices compared to competitors. I highly recommend. The owner art is a honest professional knowledgeable and clear concise with his bids. No hidden surprises that wasn’t discussed prior to work. They have all the proper equipment for any job big or small. His crews are hard workers and do not waste man hours and are very efficient. The best part they take excellent care of their employees. Once in contact, tech was here in 30 or less. Showed up and was very professional. Went straight to work, and didnt stop until my septic problems were solved. Price on point, and the service provided was professional. Highly recommend them. I couldnt find anyone to fix my problem at an emergency level, but they came through that day. Cant say enough good on them. Jake took care of it with style and professionalism. Would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat.

This company found the problem of a sewer line plugged up and broken pipe that has been a problem for years. The response was very fast from the first call and found the problem within a few hours. The other companies before never solved the problem and cost hundreds of dollars. I want to thank Art the owner, the office staff and all the hard working employees that came out in the rain and mud to fix the sewer line. I will be happy to recommend Drain Raiders to anyone. Quick service and the affordability is appreciated for those of us whom are living on a single income. They have a good thing going and Ive used them 2 times now. They are now plugged into my phone for the next time I need them. Raising a 6 year old boy, to not use too much paper, has its hardships. These brothers are very friendly and you will not regret your choice. Dont hesitate they know what theyre doing.

Had a clogged shower and sink. They were super easy to use. Found them via a good review on google. Called them early Monday morning and had my issue resolved by same monday at noon! Super friendly service tech. Tidy no mess no fuss. They snaked both drains and fixed the trap on the sink in no time flat. Id highly recommend this company for any home plumbing needs/issues.

I wanted to verify that if you need ANY plumbing work done, Drain Raider are the guys to call, for jobs small or large. I had Keith and Art help us with a home remodel that included an additional one and a half bathrooms, and expanding our drainage pipe outlets. I called 6 different plumbers to compare prices to clear my drain. I wasnt sure if it was clogged or frozen, as we have 8 inches of snow on the ground and have had below freezing temperatures for over a week.Drain Raider was the least expensive quote, so I hired them. The receptionist was very nice and I felt good about calling them. Levi Dunlap came out - driving on icy roads packed with snow. He was very kind and went straight to work. He discovered that the water inside my pipe was frozen. He suggested that I could pour boiling water down the drain and proceed to unthaw it myself, or I could hire him to stay and do it. Being currently under-employed, I was elated when he said he would not charge me for the house call if I wanted to do it myself. He also added that if I decided I needed to call them again, if ice was not the problem and if my drain was still clogged, that it would be $79 regardless if he worked an hour or 5 hours on it!I would recommend and call them again in a heart beat! We had a bad clog somewhere in our drain line and our wash machine, kitchen sink, and dishwasher were all affected. I tried to get it out myself but wasn’t able to. Excellent service. Highly recommended. I had a backed up toilet and clogged mainline. I called Drain Raider at 5:30pm and they were out at 6:30pm, sooner than they estimated. Even though I had to pay the overtime rate, they seemed more interested in fixing my problem than making money off of me. And it was a challenging job. Thanks, Drain Raider!

I tried everything, multiple brands of drain cleaner and even used a 20 foot snake but had no luck with my kitchen drain. So I had a guy from roto-rooter come out to give me an estimate. But when I called Drain Raider they told me 85$ flat. When the roto guy said 165$ was the best he could do I quickly said sorry I am going to have to go with Drain Raider. They got to my house in 2 hours and only took 10 minutes to fix a very stubborn drain and clean up.Highly Recommend! You cant beat 85$ flat for drain cleaning!

I was really dreading having my backyard ripped up to fix our sewer line. They were going to have to tear down part of my fence and drive a backhoe into my backyard. I assumed the entire yard was going to be a muddy mess. When they came out, they laid thick plywood so the backhoe didn’t leave a single mark on my yard. The backhoe operator was like a brain surgeon with x-ray vision, digging exactly over the pipe that needed to be replaced. They replaced the section of fence so that it looked better than when they started. There is just a small mound of dirt to indicate that they were there. And all through the job, they explained everything clearly. What and incredibly competent team! I can’t recommend them any higher.

After calling various plumbers who wont work on mobile homes, or would take a week with a leaking Garbage Disposal, and another company giving me nasty retorts over the phone (Hey, we were going to hire them), we called Drain Raiders. The receptionist was compassionate, the worker was ahead of time and put in the proper garbage disposal, with several tests to make sure it worked. Their prices are excellent and no drama. We will be hiring them again to take care of any of our pipe/water heater issues. They guaranteed their work and easily solved it in ONE day instead of two weeks.

Called at 7:20am and Hunter was just around the corner and had the rooter cable in the clean-out within 20 minutes. We were lucky on the timing, but he was very professional and had good attitude. He was gone by 8:10am. Did not know how prices would compare. Happy for the great service.

These guys are the best! My toilet and bathtub backed up and wouldnt drain. Called Drain Raider after doing some research and after getting estimates by the national rooter company and some larger local companies. Drain Raider got the job done the same day for 60% cheaper than any other estimate I got. Ive never called a plumber before. Doing research and looking at as many reviews as possible are what I believe saved me bucks and resulted in a good outcome.
