I called Baxter Plumbing in a bit of a crisis; both toilets, upstairs and downstairs, started leaking at the SAME TIME. Paul the plumber came immediately and was elbows-deep in the problem in no time at all. He was so thorough and so effective, and also super polite and amiable! He told me that the downstairs toilet had been leaking for quite some time and showed me the spot where it had stained the floor, and explained what he was doing to solve the problem. He also fixed it so that now it flushes as soon as you depress the handle rather than holding it down for 3.5 seconds exactly. He showed me how the problem was the same upstairs and what bits and bobs he was replacing and why. Despite the embarrassing state of both bathrooms, he remained meticulously professional and never displayed any kind of disgust or judgement. And the price was great, too!!! All in all a 10/10 experience, would recommend.

Baxter has been our go-to plumber for two decades. Most recently they repaired a broken water main for us. The job took only about half a day and the workers were friendly, efficient and responsible. We had to wait several days to get them here, but thats common with all the trades in our area. Baxter will always be our automatic choice for plumbing services.

We had scheduled an appointment and then were pleasantly surprised when we received a call telling us that they had a plumber that was in our area that had finished a job early and they wondered if they could send him right over. Aaron arrived within 15 minutes and did a masterful job for us. He was very professional, polite and engaging. We are impressed with the whole operation from the office staff to the technical work. I had the best experience with Baxter Plumbing and will not only use their services moving forward for my plumbing needs but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the Eugene area.Booking the appointment was super easy and the woman who helped me (I think her name was Kelli) was so kind and efficient. The plumber showed up on time, immediately went to work and solved the leak immediately. The payment process was easy and the fee was affordable. Its always such a pleasant surprise when you find a good service, and Baxter has proven to be just that. I called them out when a minor remodel proved a tad bit more difficult when the walls of a closet I wanted to move hid piping. The office staff was polite and able to get me on the schedule quickly. Aaron came out, spent a good amount of time discussing options and telling me what prep-work to do, later came out again and once more provided more advice by phone - all without charge. When he and an assistant came out to actually complete the work a week later, they were polite, did the work quickly and well, explained what theyd done clearly, cleaned up before they left, and the final bill was less than expected. Fantastic service all around and I highly recommend.

Woke up this morning and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We only have 1 bathroom in our house. With a 3 year old, that is potty trained, we needed this fixed today. I called 10 places, and when I called Baxter Plumbing they were able to get a technician out this morning. I was expecting them to come out around 12 or 3, and they were able to show up an hour after getting off the phone! Travis was very professional and explained everything in terms that I could understand. The price was very reasonable too! I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services!!

The leaking pipe was found under the house today, two days before Thanksgiving. The 9th phone call to local plumbers, and Baxter Plumbing had a cancellation and were able to come today. (Everyone else was at least 1 week away). They called to confirm they were en route to our home. Noah and Colby were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. They identified the problem, and got it fixed, within hours, at a reasonable price. They are our new favorite plumbers and heroes. Thanks so much Baxter Plumbing. We couldnt be happier.

I called Baxter Plumbing after having a sewage smell in my laundry room. They were very thorough on the phone, asking questions to make sure the person who came out would have the tools necessary to find the problem. I have had several backups in my sewer line previously. Travis came out, he was on time and explained what he would do, had me run water at every faucet, bath and laundry and went under the house to check for leaks, ran a camera back up the line under the house, and down the drain to the city sewer. Found a break and several offsets in the drain. Made recommendations concerning needed repairs, and suggested that I have my water lines insulated, and gave me a copy of the video he took. He was very professional and thorough. I now have a plumber I can trust to put in my contacts.

Main water line into house was cracked and leading badly. I shut the water off, and dug the hole (2+ feet deep by 3 ft diameter) to find the problem. Called Baxter the night before, and again at 8 am. They were about to call me...were going to try to make it out in the afternoon, but had the opportunity to come earlier. 10 AM. Plumber was knowledgeable, pleasant, & explained things when I had a question. Would call them again if I needed help. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Baxter sent Travis out to clear a clogged sewer line in our small commercial building. He worked for 3 hours getting the line cleared, including hydro-jetting the line 5 times. He also put a video camera into the line to locate several places where this old sewer line was broken. I was very impressed with his hard work and the thoroughness. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Eric and I can’t remember the other guys name 😬. They came in we chatted for a minute and they got right to work and fixed the problem. Great experience and I will be recommending them in the future. They were punctual, polite, much more knowledgeable and better equipped than the discount plumber Id hired the day before, yet hardly charged any more than him (and unlike him, they actually fixed the problem, AND cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving splattered drain filth all over the floor!)

Baxter plumbing came out same day to clear a main line clog that was more than 25 from the drain. The 2 guys that came out were quick, chatty and professional. When my facility needs plumbing help in the future we will be calling Baxter.

Scottie came out to address a backed up sewer line. This line from our building to the city sewer has backed up mulitple times in the last decade. We have spent thousands of dollars over that time with clogs. Each time it clogs, it has required a jetter, sometime the expensive, trailer mounted type, to clear it. Scottie made some suggestions for repairs and even followed up, contacting the City public works people for us, without charge. Long story short, The City came out yesterday, repaired the section of line in the alley and the tap, at no charge to us. City staff person said we shouldnt have any problems in the future.Cant say enought about how much we appreiate Scotties help. No idea why the dozen other companies that have worked on this line over the last decade never mentioned or maybe never thought of possible long term solutions.Thanks again Scottie and Baxter Plumbing for great work! Wish I could give more stars!

Great customer service. Emily was prompt in getting in touch, after my email inquiry. Travis answered all plumbing questions I could had, and really helped us make an educated decision. I can’t speak to the quality of work (yet) because our decision is to wait on current project, but I can say when the time comes we will be calling Emily to have Travis come do his free onsite bid for us. Just based on the customer care received, they are the first on the list to call. If you’re calling around for a plumber, I’d highly recommend giving them a try.

I had a weird problem, water on top of counter, and some under the sink, called and they couldnt see the source, actually wondered if I splashed it. The plumber put grout around the back, behind the facet. Seemed to take care of it. Fast forward 3 months, I got up and lots of water, same place. I could see it was coming from the facet. Called to have them fix it, and then no more leak before they came. I just bought a new facet, and had them replace the old one. There was no sign of a leak inside of it. I soaked two towels from the second time , top of counter, it was a hard one to figure. But they tried. Not totally happy but water leaks are difficult.

We had a broken pipe under our house and were quoted $1200- $1400 from other plumbers for the repair. One even said we would have to jackhammer through our cement divider under the house. We are on fixed incomes so it would have taken us months to save. Eric Ostrander came out, repaired on the spot and also saved us $1000+ . We will call Baxter Plumbing first next time!!

A pipe had suddenly disconnected in a very tight space, and we had to shut down water to our house completely. Baxters was super-fast and friendly in arranging a crew to come by for a repair... The crew arrived right on time, and was equally fast and efficient with a tricky repair in those close quarters. They had us back up and running in less than an hour from arrival, with a better-than-before fix. The fee for services was very reasonable, and well worth it. Thanks for the great and fast service!!

Scottie was amazing. He just never gave up until he discovered the cause of my problem. My asphalt driveway has a sink hole right next to the concrete floor of the garage. We (I say we because he kept me informed of all that was happening.) could not find it but small rocks kept washing out. He could not get around the bends of the pipes. He persisted and eventually we (he made me feel as if we were a team) found two breaks in the pipe. He added cleaning out the sewer line to the street as well. I was stressed because I did not know what to do if we did not find the cause of my problem.Scottie went the extra mile to help solve my problem. Baxter seems to hire employees that goes the extra mile and that is why I call them when I have a plumbing problem. They are helpful and supportive.

My second post.Baxter pluming showed up and did a great job. The Plummer that arrive was very nice and professional. My first impression was not so great because of how they schedule there appointments but as far as quality of work go’s I can’t complain. I would recommend them.My first post ;I had my first appointment scheduled for today after waiting a few weeks for an appointment. Baxter would not give me a appointment time. When they called today on the scheduled date for the fix I was in the shower but I was able to call them back within 10 minutes of the missed call. Yes only 10 minutes. When I talked to them I was told that because I did not pick up the phone when they called they rescheduled the plumber to another job. By doing this they make the costumer feel as if they are now being punished. So we had no idea what time they would be showing up and if you miss there call they bump you off of the appointment. Not very professional. Not a great way to build relationships with there customers. I was told that they will try to send someone out to our job today if they have time and if they don’t come today then it is many days out before they would have time again. Let’s see if they show up and if they do a good job. Stay tuned for part 2.

Emily was so wonderful in listening to our problem (no hot water) and arranging for someone to come out to the house today. Water heater was about 20 years old so we were prepared to replace it eventually, but it was really inconvenient to happen so suddenly on a weekend, especially 4th of July week. Mike came out to discuss options (the same day we called!) and I was so impressed by him. Really knows his stuff. In any case, problem solved - hot water heater replaced, and at a reasonable price. Very professional. We are happy campers and would highly recommend Baxters!
