Petersen Plumbing has by far the best customer service that I have encountered in a long time. I had an appointment today between 8am-10am, I had someone call me to tell me the plumber was on his way to us, which was a pleasant surprise. Our plumber was very nice, respectful and even cleaned up after himself. Fixed our issues in no time at all. Thank you Petersen Plumbing!

I spent a couple of weeks with Joe Potter. Hes the BEST! He was scheduled to fix my bathroom faucet. Upon his inspection, he realized the faucet was old, and after his initial fix that day, it wouldnt last long. Approval was given to replace the faucet, and Joe spent hours in the jungle I have in the front of my house, looking for the main line to shut off the water. Eventually, it was cleared and Joe was able to replace the bathroom faucet. He was kind, and respectful (taking his shoes off at the front door) and answered any questions I had. I cant say enough to praise Joe. Hes just that great!Hiring PPR you wont go wrong. I promise! I will recommend them to everyone I know! The entire staff was helpful from Kayla to Joe!

This was the 2nd plumber I used since moving to Eugene. Being concerned about cost, I did my research. Wade was dispatched and I cannot say enough good things about him. He went right to work and even pointed out an area in my bathroom he was concerned about. Turned out, it was a concern. A leak under my toilet. Together with another speciality company, 24HR Flood Pros, they addressed the problem Wade pointed out and we all went through my home to determine if there may be any other areas of concern. Thankfully, no. Wade finished his job and was on his way. I was so happy with his skills that I called back and requested Wade for another project I had. Again, he showed up, skillfully completed the job and left me feeling that I have chosen the right company for my plumbing projects. They are about to get another call from me. I am learning that it really does pay to have a skilled licensed contractor do the work.

Greg and Jesse came quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than 3 hours. We were prepared for a much more complicated and expensive repair. I truly cannot say enough good things about Santiago Martinez and his apprentice Levi who came out to tackle a big drainage improvement project at our home that had been horribly botched [twice!] by a prior contractor. The job involved working in the right of way, close coordination with the city, and other complex factors. This job and the fallout from it being done poorly was a huge source of stress for us that took about 8 months of our lives. From Santiagos first visit where he came out to assess the scope of repairs/redoing the entire job, he was thorough and I could tell he really cared. He ensured everything was fully permitted and up to code, took extra care to ensure the work was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing, and made us feel completely confident that the job was, at long last, being done right by someone treating our home as they would their own. I am so grateful to Santiago for his workmanship, integrity, and customer service and I highly recommend Petersen Plumbing. I am also very grateful to Ginny Ward, the office manager, for her coordination and support to ensure all the steps fell into place. Thank you!

I have never written a Google Review for anything before, but I must break that streak to say that Tyler from Petersen Plumbing is my new best friend. I have had an insurmountable number of plumbing issues in my house this past year and dealt with several plumbing companies, but Petersen is by far the best. I even created a contact in my phone for them. Plumbing issues are never very fun, but Tyler is always on-time, happy and very polite. He also explains the issues very well to people who arent well-versed in the plumbing field, and answers all my plumbing questions. Thank you Tyler.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars as today we had Tyler and Justin come out to do a tub install and a bunch of other plumbing work. They were absolutely AMAZING! Tyler came out and gave a quote the day after I called in and fit us in only a week later and added on extra work last minute. He was extremely easy to contact and communicated everything. They got done early and cheaper than expected and did fantastic work. I have no idea how much they make but I hope these two gentlemen get some raises because they deserve it!!! Best plumbing team around...Ive had them do it all from sewer line replacements and water main replacements, so simple sewer scopes and wax ring replacements. These guys bring the best workmanship and customer service to the table while also being the most competitively priced time after time. They came in so quickly once to do a sewer line replacement- about 65’ of it to the street. Had permits pulled and ready in less than 24 hours, kept me updated throughout the process and finished 8 hours in advance of their estimated deadline. Hands down the best around. No one else Id trust more. 110% recommend.

I would like to say thank you to Ken and David. My front bathroom has been giving me problems for over 2 months. Me being the type of person that says, I got this. I can unclog a plugged drain line. Well I am here to say that I was wrong. My main line was so clogged that it needed professional equipment to clear the restriction. I called in to their office and was fortunate to receive same day service. The office staff was very friendly to speak with and before the guys showed up I received a phone call telling me that they were on their way. Ken and David arrived on time and they quickly got to work. They cleared the restriction quickly, they acted professional and the bill was very reasonable.If you have called other plumbers out to your house and you were not happy with the service you received I highly recommend that you at least give Peterson Plumbing in Eugene Oregon a call and see for yourself what customer service is all about. Believe every 5 star review.I called on a Monday to have my water heater repaired and they were able to fit me in that following Thursday.Additionally, I was burned the day before due to a big box store’s appliance delivery team telling me they couldn’t install my new washer due to the types of faucets I used. Petersen was able to help me with that as well.My water heater install ended up being more complicated than expected due to improper installation in the past by another company, but AJ went above and beyond to make sure it was done right this time.I really cannot say enough good things!

We were heading out of town and realized our hot water heater needed replacing. The woman in the office was so nice. She sent a plumber to drain the tank and turn off the gas. We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. Turned out to be where the spray nozzle hose attached. Unfortunately they did not have the replacement part. They were able to cap the leak, and suggested we call delta for the part. I was a bit peeved at this point, didn’t seem fair that I would be charged for another service call after the part arrived. I spoke with the owner, and he personally came and installed the new spray hose. He even had to go back to his shop to get a small piece to make it right. Most definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Peterson Plumbing! We have used your services for years, and will continue to do so whenever the need arises.

I had a leak on the outdoor faucet of my house and the plumbers were able to come an hour after I called. They worked impressively fast! They went under the house in the crawl space and replaced the leaky faucet in less than an hour! They also used the part I bought when I thought I could fix the leak myself. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They were also lower priced than the first plumber I called that didnt have any schedule openings. It was a great overall experience in a stressful situation. I will definitely be calling Petersen Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Because all the employees had gone home for the holiday, the owner of Petersen Plumbing and his son came out late in the afternoon of xmas eve and installed a new pump. We left a message with Petersen Plumbing and heard back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning and the gentlemen from Petersen arrived on time and ready to go. In spite of the fact that all I could tell them was that water had been seeping out of the wall, where it meets the floor in the garage, they managed to identify the issue (a problem with the tub overflow) that caused the leak immediately. Additionally, they noticed that our toilet was about to give us some real problems (due to shortcuts taken by the previous home owner) and fixed that as well, before moving on to the guest bathroom to fix the same issue with that toilet.They were also kind enough to show us exactly what the issues were, walk us through the repairs they were making, and let us know what should have been done differently in the first place to prevent these issues.When it was all said and done, they fixed three potentially catastrophic plumbing problems in under 90 minutes and for significantly less than we expected to pay.If I could rate the service higher than five stars I absolutely would.

The customer service was great. I knew what work I needed and they explained the potential costs ahead of time well and clearly.They asked if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled the day of. They completed the work faster than I anticipated and a week later everything still seems fixed as hoped. I just had a PRV replaced and they made sure to ask that I wanted to have that work done. Cant think of any reason not to give them a five star review.

They were so good. TJ, Santiago, and AJ. They came when they said they would, explained the options I had for fixing the leak, and wrote up an estimate that was reasonable and better than the other companys bid. They returned and fixed the leak in the time they said it would take them. In the process they found a broken pipe under my house that would have caused major problems. Thank you, AJ, for working in that terrifyingly small crawlspace! If they made any mess while working I didnt see it, they left everything looking better than when they came. Great company.

When my tub started to fill with back-up from my dishwasher from the nights dish load, I had a restless night worrying about the extent of the clog that could cause such a thing (google: main drain line!!??), when I could possibly get it addressed (it was the Friday before a holiday weekend), and the doom and gloom expense of it when it would be said and done (friends warned me to brace for $$$$). Petersen Plumbing was quick to respond when I called them on Friday morning, had a team of plumbers available the same day, addressed the issue with aplomb, and I was very happy to pay their bill, which was reasonable and affordable. Im a happy customer. I would highly recommend Alex Bobst.

I have never contacted this company before, but after last week I would highly recommend them for quality work & attention to detail. What I assumed would be a simple plumbing issue turned into something far more complex. It was expensive but far less than it could have been. They walked us through a complicated plumbing situation. They were understanding & very knowlegable about helping find the source of our plumbing issues and even recommend companies for necessary next steps. We have paid less for plumbers over the years & they occasionally fix the problem, but generally show very little care beyond the task at hand & arent always successful... but sometimes you just get what you pay for...We will use Petersen Plumbing again. Recently came through for us in emergency situation that many plumbers would have just scheduled us off to their convenience. Not Petersens they took care of business timely. First of all, they have Saturday hours. That is a HUGE deal for dual income professionals that cannot be home M thru F from 8 to 5. Second, They came out and fixed a toilet that another plumber could not get right in two attempts. Lastly, Costco made a delivery on the front porch while they were here. In the process of going in and out to their truck for parts and dye, they saw it needed to be brought in and they just picked all of it up, and brought it inside just inside the door. Not a huge thing but they are customer service oriented, which seems to be a dying concept. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I wont hesitate to use them. Highest Recommendation!

An old coupling broke yesterday and we had to shut off our water. We called Peterson Plumbing yesterday and they arrived early this morning.Their men (Walter and Alex) were friendly and fast. They quickly found the source of the problem, cut out a section of paneling and fixed the coupling. Then, they put everything back like they found it. The bill was very reasonable. My wife and I could not be happier with Peterson Plumbing.

I had Peterson Plumbing reseat a toilet and repair a shower head at my rental house a few months ago. They were on time actually they waited for me, I was on the way. They had to drill new posts for the toilet and installed new wax ring, screws and replaced parts of the shower head. I had put the toilet in some time ago and wanted to have a professional do it right. The cost was a little more than I was estimating but not by much and I was pleased to get the work done. I will be calling about replacing the water heater soon.

NOPE. Not only did they miss-scheduled my call, when the gentlemen did come, he took 5 mins disconnecting the sink, turned and looked me in the eye and said it would be 129. When I brought up the return visit he said that would be another 129. I told him about the conversation I had over the phone and he responded She should not have said that, I talked to her about that before. I did not feel like fighting over the price, as they already lost my trust so I just paid the 129 and be done with it. BEWARE! Crazy stupid prices for little amount of work.

The plumbers who Ive dealt with from Petersen have seemed genuine, knowledgeable, and caring. I have an odd sewer setup with a basement bathroom that uses a floating switch to pump sewage out of a plastic holding tank up to street level. They helped to replace that switch which was a very dirty job as it basically floats in a big bucket of raw sewage. Yikes! And then the switch broke a couple months after it was installed, not their fault, it was a bad switch. So they had to do it again and only charged me a fraction of the actual cost. The guy who came also spent a lot of time looking at my basement pipes and suggested some alternate ways to route the piping so that it could improve the system and bypass the need for that yucky float switch. Point is, they seemed to take the time to check out my specific needs rather than just doing bare minimum.

I decided to give Petersen Plumbing a try because I learned that its a family business with generations of plumbers (and a cute little kid with an embroidered company shirt sure helped!). The level of competence is amazing -- something that isnt easy to come by. Ive used them on a rental and my own home, three separate calls. Today, they fixed a kitchen sink faucet that a different plumber told me I was going to have to just buy a new one. I cannot say enough positive things about Petersen plumbing. After receiving an estimate from roto-rooter to fix a pipe which has burst in our bedroom wall we were in absolute shock at the amount it was going to cost to repair. Roto-rooter said it was a significant job and that the repairs would not be easy estimating the cost between 500-800 dollars depending on how many hours it took. We decided to get a second opinion and Petersen plumbing fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged us 129 dollars. THANK YOU SO MUCH, PETERSON PLUMBING!
