    Ben and the other two guys did a great job replacing the sewer line under my garage. They were professional and got me back up and running pretty quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves i would definitely recommend.

    I was doing laundry and came out and my garage was flooded. I called PPR after hours and immediately got a call from the on call tech Hunter saying he would be on his way in the next 15 minutes. He arrived quicker than he said and after diagnosing found it was further into my line than I thought. He was quick, clean and thorough. I cannot recommend them or Hunter more. Thank you!     Tanner/Conner did amazing work for us. They worked harder and longer and figured out problems that were very complex with our well and system. Not only were they excellent at the work theyre also really friendly and kind people. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for high quality well, and plumbing work. Im sure well need more well work in the future and we will always call them. We trust them completely.

    Tanner was quick to get to work when he arrived. He tried simple solutions first. He checked under the house to understand how the drains were piped and made a decision based on that for how to tackle the issue. Tanner was professional and left the area clean. I appreciate his work ethic.

    These guys are always fantastic!!! Very punctual (I’m talking if they give you a noon-2pm arrival time, every time they’ve arrived at noon on the DOT, and one time even a little early, with a phone call first of course), and very courteous and knowledgeable. Tanner Adams did a great job diagnosing and fixing a blocked up underground rain drain for me, and Jed Ramirez, Joe Potter and Hunter have all been wonderful in various kitchen/bathroom repairs and replacements. Hunter has been to my house several times and is so kind and personable. Thanks for being so sweet about offering for me to let my dog out! She was very excited 😆 And thanks for offering to take my old sink faucet with you guys for disposal. You guys rock!

    The plumbers from Pacific Plumbing and Rooter are professional and very hard working. They fixed the rotted out sewer line and also re-lined the existing sewer line that was pretty old and was ready to have a complete failure. They are honest and always take the customers needs into all of their decisions that they make to get everything done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend PP&R.

    Called PPR this morning because we had a leak ‘somewhere’ under the house. Emily was able to fit us into the day’s schedule. The plumbers were on time and immediately went to work.     PP&R are my new heros! They have deep and wide bench strength, from a high tech lining of of my deteriorating 1950s sewer pipe, to a down and dirty (literally) refit at my septic tank. Tanner Adams fit himself into a small crawl space and chipped away at a piece of cement that was preventing a tight fit. He was very knowledgeable and kind too. He could see the terror in my face and sprayed everything down with lime to eliminate the smell from the leak. These guys are my go to for all Plumbing and Rooter needs.

    This company replaced all fittings on water lines a few months ago & we had another leak called them they were here in bout an hour & found pipe they didn’t notice before fixed didn’t charge us.     Had a running toilet and a leaking garbage disposal. Joe P. came in and fixed the problems right away. The office was timely in their response to my request for service. Joe was super polite, took off his shoes before coming in (no outdoor shoes indoors home) and took the time to explain why the toilet was running. Discovered this morning that the garbage disposal was broken and leaking and he replaced that as well. Great service from a very nice man.

    Christian came out today 8/5/24 and fixed 3 leaky faucets and replaced that rivet cap that covers a kitchen sink sprayer thats been removed. (Idk what is called 😅) He was professional, respectful, QUICK QUICK QUICK! He required no help with anything and even put everything back where it was after needing some room to work under kitchen sink. Left nothing dirty or wet. I really didnt even need to be present at all lol... He got it!I cannot speak about pricing as Im only a renter and my management is covering this since I just moved in. I called Pacific Plumbing and Rooter, also referred to as PPR, and a very sympathetic woman promised their plumber would call me back within 1/2 hour.     Hot water heater pipes exploded and water was going everywhere! Called the first plumber on my list but they had no one available today. Called pacific plumbing at 8:30 and they were able to schedule us today between 10-12. Joe Potter showed up at 9:15 and had us all fixed up by 10! Excellent service and very professional, answering all my questions. It wasn’t even considered to be an “emergency” call so the charges were reasonable. Thank you so much for getting the issue resolved so quickly! You’re on my speed dial from now on!*update* Joe replaced the water heater in record time! Added a shut off valve to the heater so it can be turned off as needed now instead of having to turn off all water to the house. Explained how to empty and flush when needed. Carted away the old heater too. Thanks again!

    05/07/24-Yesterday my wife received an email from EWEB stating we had a small water leak according to the new smart meter they installed. She made several calls and found that not many plumbers were available on such short notice. That was until she called and spoke to Kelly with PPR. This was a great experience as Kelly was very friendly, helpful and real nice. PPR was able to send a crew out ROW, which was a day later.Today, Jed Ramirez and his co-worker Christian arrived at our house not only on time but early. They were here for a minimal amount of time,and found we had no water leak. I cannot say enough about these guys as they were very professional and informative 👏 👌. On top of being one of the best plumbing companies in town Jed told my wife service call was free. I highly recommend these guys for any and all plumbing jobs as they go above and beyond to please clients.     I bought a new refrigerator after the old one leaked. I paid extra to have the refrigerator hooked up upon delivery but at the time of delivery was told I needed a plumber. (I did get a refund.) So, I hooked it up myself, but was concerned there may be problems later. Don from PPR came out gave it a look and it is totally fine. Took less than 5 minutes. Instead of just rushing off he asked if he could help with anything else, so he fixed a couple slow drains, and showed me a great way to keep the pipes to the kitchen sink clean. Great piece of mind and extra tips! Would definarely recommend.

    We had a Waterford outdoor faucet that had burst as a result of not removing a hose during a freezing spell & using it with a pressure washer afterward. Joe of Pacific Plumbing & Rooter got back to me right away when I contacted him and was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He came out prepared for every contingency & knew exactly what had to be done, had the correct size new faucet with him & replaced it in less than 15 minutes.     We had a catastrophic plumbing incident occur Monday at midnight. We called PPR Tuesday late morning, Jim showed up at 1 pm that day and alleviated our problem to get us by until he could come back and fix it the following day. Our plumbing is now running smoothly and efficiently. Jim helped us to minimize the cost by by locating where the problem was and instructing my husband to dig down and open up the access point so that when Jim came back he just snaked it to remove the large obstruction.     Wow, just wow...!Of course it happened on a weekend after I had a total redo of all the insulation under my manufactured home. It all went awry when I found water leaking out from under my house and it turned out the major drain line had been destroyed and popped up and out and was now draining everything directly under my home and into the carport.I called many places and most were either not 24/7 or totally booked. Pacific Plumbing (a call out to Joe P.) came out that day and diagnosed the problem, which eased some of my anxiety.     Pacific Plumbing and Rooter came to our rescue twice this week — once for the kitchen sink and once for a toilet and flange replacement. In both cases they called to ask if they could come earlier than planned, communicated clearly about the issues and potential fixes and gave us options with fixtures and parts. Both PPR staff were friendly, knowledge, and worked very cleanly. The repairman for the sink (I’m sorry I don’t know his name!) came out on a Sunday at a minimal extra charge and was funny, cheerful and quick. Jed gets huge points for having knowledge about and experience with the type of fixture we wanted, sourcing it quickly and getting it installed the same day (kudos to the parts person who made the pickup and delivery happen, too!). I really appreciate that Jed, representing PPR, was conscientious about our needs, thorough and came up with a quick solution when our floor wasn’t what he expected.     Thanksgiving weekend, and as we started with morning showers, we had no hot water. Called several known plumbing services, none of whom had service on weekends, especially holiday ones. I saw PPRs reviews and took a chance. Within 10 minutes of our initial call, a technician called back, gave me suggestions to troubleshoot ourselves. Dustin came out the first time later in the evening and arrived at the time he quoted me and was able to finish the job sooner than he expected and save me some time and money. Rian came out months later, on a Sunday, and called me immediately after I hung up with the call service used on weekends. He was quick, thorough, polite, and took care not to damage the bushes around my clean out while he was snaking the line. These guys are great and I highly recommend them!

    Pacific Plumbing will be my go to from now on! Not only did they get me in same day, but Jim was early! He did a fantastic job with what was some major sludge in my kitchen line! He showed me everything he did, replaced some pipes and also suggested some additional repair for the future.     Unbelievably FANTASTIC Service! Top shelf knowledge, professional repair, advice & even pristine clean-up! Dustin & Rian were so easy to work with and they did such a great job for us especially since our issue was two-fold. Plumbing leak + well issue. They fixed our plumbing quickly and then offered us a referral for the well issue. Highly recommend these gentlemen!

My technician, Tanner, was very professional. He showed up when he said that he would, listened to the issue I was having with my plumbing, and got right to work.
