Surprisingly, the technician was able to show up the same day without a big fuss, just a couple hours after we made the call. He was polite, thorough, professional, communicated what needed to be done to diagnose the problem well, and made sure we received all of the discounts we had coming. He tested his work when he was finished, then cleaned up, and put things back in order. No one likes to unexpectedly fork out a few hundred bucks for the privilege of flushing the toilet, but we still feel we received our moneys worth given the service we were provided. Kevin Cohen Plumbing will be who we call next time if something like this comes up again.

They were very clear about how they charge prior to scheduling the appointment. The first technician was pleasant and professional, but was not able to address the thermostat issue on our water heater system. We rescheduled a second visit with Rich, who was very professional and clearly had the experience to determine what needed to be repaired, which he did with expertise. They applied the first home visit fee to the second visit and repair, which seemed fair and made the cost reasonable. We will use KCP for our plumbing needs in the future.

They were able to get a plumber out right away for a tricky repair job. The plumber, David, was one of the most friendly, professional, and hard-working craftsmen Ive ever had in my home. Plumbing is never cheap but they took care to charge a fair price for a full days work, and were able to help me get in touch with other contractors for follow-up work on the repair. Just a great experience overall, if you have a leak then I encourage you to get in touch with this outfit.

I needed a water filter placed for a tenant and I was referred to Kevin Cohen Plumbing by a friend. Cassie researched what filters were available and described in detail how they worked. She was knowledgeable and prompt in response to all my questions. Scheduling was easy and the installation was thorough. I had some questions about the bill and the technician returned my call within a half an hour. I would recommend them for their professionalism, integrity and service.

KC Plumbing is great! The hot water went out in our shower. I called these guys because Id seen their quality of work at a former place of employment. Brandon B., our technician, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain all of our options in a clear and concise manner and we were able to find a solution that ended up saving us a chunk of money. He got our showers warm and cozy again in no time at all. Cassidy, the service manager, was really cool as well. She got the work scheduled quickly and she made sure we were satisfied.I truly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing issues, whether it be residential or commercial.

Efficient and professional. Also reasonable rates. I had them out to fix a drain and they came in the middle of the window of time given to me. They cleared the drain, offered a few suggestions, and took pictures of a future project to save me time on getting a quote. They also informed me of financing for large projects. So far l have only good things to say about this company. They were professional and thorough on phone, they sent text reminder the day before appointment, they sent name and picture of technician that was coming before appointment, they called the day off the appointment and said he could come earlier if I was available. The technician was super nice, took off his shoes at door without being asked when he saw thats how we roll, fixed all that he could on the spot, showed me how to drain my hot water heater myself to save me money, and cleaned up after himself. Ill probably have them repipe the old galvanized pipes in the near future and replace the hot water heater if needed, so Ill update after any more work I have done by them.

Jason D from Kevin Cohen Plumbing spent the entire day at my house. I had several things that needed to be done. I expected it would take more than one trip to get it all done. Saturday night, we experienced a leaky water heater at our home. We called Kevin Cohen Plumbing, and their 24 hour service responded immediately. Evan asked me to text him a photo of the issue, so he could evaluate, and familiarize what part was required before he showed up. When he arrived, He went up to our attic to trace the lines in the house. . Very impressed by his friendly nature at 10PM on a Saturday, especially after working all day. The fees were more than fair for the weekend. Evan & Brandon helped us get to know more about our water heating system, answering all of our questions. The best plumbing experience we ever had! We just came back into town from vacation and by chance walked out to the garage for something and noticed a major leak in the hot water heater tank. The last thing we wanted to do was deal with a plumbing mess.We called Kevin Cohen plumbing and spoke to a very nice young lady who was able to schedule us same day, but not until after hours. We had the plumbing for our entire house updated. On the scheduled day Anthony and his crew were on time, efficient, thoughtful and courteous to my husband and me, and to each other as well. Very professional and respectful. They protected our home by wearing booties over their shoes whenever inside. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns. A second crew joined in the next day and the job was completed in only two days. Everything was cleaned up -sweeping inside and outside, hauling away all the old metal piping. Also the crew that did the horizontal drilling from the meter, under the driveway, to our house did not disturb any landscaping. Amazing! We are very happy with all the work.

Thank you Kevin Cohen Plumbing for taking care of the emergency so quickly! If you are looking for a company that will get things done quickly and professionally, there is no need to look elsewhere. I called 2 other companies and they said they would call me back. By the time one of them returned a call, Jason of Kevin Cohen Plumbing (and very knowledgeable) had already taken care of the leaky PVC Bushing. In addition, Jason attached a turn off valve that was more direct for our system. They are the BEST!

Mike the drain expert saved the day! Answered at 2am, gave solid advice but we needed landlord permission. After getting that he came and didnt stop until the job was done! Huge main line clog 16 ft down towards the sewer line, took 3 hours and big gun equipment and was so well priced. $500 for all his hard work! We are so incredibly grateful and although I hope never to have to call a plumber again, if I do I will be calling these guys!!!

Outstanding customer service. I havent had hot water since I purchased my house so I am EXCITED!They installed my new, tankless (gas) hot water heater (re-routed all pipes from old). They did a very professional job & put the heater inside a box, to protect from the elements (which is not something the competition had quoted).Very happy with their work, absolutely recommend them. Jay will take good care of you!Also, when it turned out the problem was with the previous owners bad plumbing skills that made me not get hot water, Jay sent someone back out to take care of my faucets. Love these guys.

First of all, I called KCP and was treated with so much kindness, which was so awesome! Then, someone was able to come check out the issue within the hour- even more awesome. Jessie H from KCP Drain Service did an excellent job on servicing timely and efficiently on a clogged toilet/shower repair at my home. He was very friendly, fast, and remained super positive even though it’s a gross job and he was suffering from allergies. (He’s a trooper for sure!) I appreciate the hard work very much! Jordan came over, he was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He was quick and efficient and friendly. I wasn’t happy about paying 149 for an hour when it took him 20 minutes. I also wish I’d been told on the phone that was the case and that Jordan was not qualified to do everything I needed done. So the main thing I needed done didn’t get done today and I’m not sure when it will be done. Also and this is probably nit picking but I really didn’t like how Jordan smelled of cigarette smoke.

We had a very difficult and messy (and toxic) shower drain clog--called Kevin Cohen Plumbing first thing in the morning and they set us up for a noon appointment. Wade arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. The liquid drain cleaner we had tried using had not only failed to work but had backed up the drain further with a poisonous liquid and was giving off noxious sulphuric acid fumes. It had also eaten away most of the metal in the drain screen! Wade was patient and persistent, tried several things unsuccessfully (snaking and other big machinery) before finally figuring out how to solve and resolve the situation (coming at the clog from the other side which involved cutting and then replacing a section of pipe under the sink). He answered all our questions, gave sage advice, was totally professional and competent. We are happy to know that Kevin Cohen is there should we ever need a plumber again. Wade was wonderful! Great reliable local service. Five stars. Thanks!

Kevin Cohen Plumbing has been and always will be my go to plumber. Whether it’s a pipe bursting outside on my property, a water heater acting up, a water leak under my sink, a garbage disposal acting up or a flooded kitchen because of a refrigerator malfunction! They’ve always stepped up to the plate, come to my rescue, fixed the issue in a very timely matter, making sure I understand everything they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They also educate me as they go in order for me to keep all my water issues to a minimum! I’ve learned what to do when it comes to maintenance of my appliances and what to look for and listen for when it comes to frozen pipes, sump pump‘s malfunctioning or even actually working and what sound I should be listening for. They go above and beyond and they’re always available 24/7. I must say those working in the office as well as on location do a fantastic job… Always friendly on the phone and able to put me through to the right person to talk to about my needs. Technician Nate came out to inspect a bathroom faucet pipe that had rotted out and lost its thread. After giving us a thorough synopsis of best case to worst case scenarios, he was able to successfully swap out the old pipe for new with no hassles. Upon our bringing other problem areas needing attention to his attention, Nate continued in his work- going over and beyond- in an effort to leave our home free of plumbing issues. Would highly recommend this company for quality of work and value at a very reasonable cost.

I called at 810am this morning and got an appointment for today between 1-3p, the plumber showed up at 215p and had determined where the clog was and had it removed in less than an hour.
