Our water heater quit the day before Thanksgiving. I’d called a few plumbing contractors before Ready Rooter & Chapman, all but one didn’t return my call and the one that did said they could schedule an appointment 15 days out. These guys not only answered their phone but took the time to come out and install a new water heater the same day. We live 60 miles east of Eugene. It was well after dark when they finished (I called mid-afternoon). Very professional, friendly and quality workmanship. Thank you

This is the third time I’ve used Chapman plumbing and I couldn’t be happier. They are responsive, showed up the next day exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced the hot water heater. The plumbers are polite and courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend.

I just bought my house and knew of a few minor issues... until mine and my neighbors houses plumbing started backing up. Scottie (?) came out after a good recommendation and was so friendly, worked fast and effectively resolved the issue until I could afford a more permanent fix. Ive used them twice. Probably didnt need to the second time but he still came with a smile on his face was straightforward and even showed us how to handle a couple minor repairs so were didnt blow tons of money calling him every time we had a leak. Now, 3rd time and I actually kinda look forward to knowing that regardless of how big or small, theyre willing to help and its affordable. Plus, I know theyre going to listen and work on what I need, inform me of what else I may need and work with in my budget. I know hes going to be pleasant to work with every time. Youd think having them out here non stop would be a bad thing but... trust me, its the houses fault not theirs. :) I highly recommend.

I have hired Chapman Ready Rooter a couple of different times to snake my my line and they have always done a great job.They are reliable,quick, friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good Rooter service.

I called and Chapman had a plumber out at my house the next day. The plumber ended up ahead of schedule so called to see if they could show up early, which was great. I had them install a pressure reducing valve at the meter, since our home water pressure was too high and causing issues. Tyler worked quickly and efficiently. He patched up the yard nicely after the install, and cleaned up all the scraps. I have no idea what normal pricing is for this type of job, but they charged $450 parts and labor. Ill call them again for future projects.

Ready Rooter was able to respond the same day that I called. The office staff was friendly. Dave climbed on the roof with a 75 lb snake and cleaned out our kitchen clog quickly after determining that running the garbage disposal for a longer period of time would not clean out the pipe adequately.

Cleared my drain blockage, replaced a couple gaskets, tightened up my wobbly Insinkerator, and gave me a hard time about my failed attempt to auger the kitchen pipe myself--all in less than an hour.Had to schedule ahead two days, because theyre pretty busy. Their rates are low enough that I might just skip the DIY next time and call them first. These guys rock. Highly recommend.

The guys where guick, professional, courteous. The price was very reasonable considering they had to get through a mess of different types of material and overcome whoren out pipe. They even restarted my water heater for me. Im definitely calling thease guys again.

Had an overflowing septic tank, most other people wanted to pump the tank, Cody at ReadyRouter took the time to diagnose the situation, found the problem in the distribution system to the field, fixed that, and all was good. Saved me a wasted tank pumping, and fixed the real problem. Knowledgeable, and charged reasonable rate.

Thanks to Colton from Chapman Ready Rooter! He did a great job advising me on different styles of water heaters and made sure things were straight with my Industrial sized tank with all different options it came equipped with. It is working great and I intend to call them back for Sump Pump installation in the future. The office folks were very helpful as well setting things up. Seems like a very solid business.

I had a sewer line that needed replaced, I called another local company and got a bid of $8400, a friend suggested I call ready rooter. The guys came out on time,scoped the sewer And gave me a bid of $4200 HALF the competition!! I had them do the work and it went perfect. Dave and Cody did a excellent job! I strongly recommend them.

I had them out twice, once for an outside water faucet leak, then this year for a new toilet, a leaky shower, and a leak under the sink. They fixed it all the same day, and everything is doing wonderful now. NO MORE LEAKS!The service man that came out was very nice and did a great job!!!
