Felt like I needed a water pressure regulator replaced. Called Tri-Town, and even though it wasnt an emergency, they were here within an hour. Jeremy was fantastic... very helpful, explained everything, very friendly. After determining that I did need a regulator replacement, Jeremy ran over to their shop, came back, and fixed the issue immediately. Ill definitely call in the future if I ever need service.

Abe was absolutely wonderful, he did an extensive repair to our leaking downstairs bathroom, full pipe and fitting replacements in shower with all new hardware, as well as our bathroom sink and on/offs under the sink. Everything was done fast, we had a leak in the wall and their emergency response when our water was off in the whole house was fast and reliable. They sent two gentleman, Jeremy and Abe to get the leak fixed so we had water again, we had to pick out some replacement parts they got in quickly and on second appointment set it all up like new. Beautiful work, great team, I finally found an honest plumber that we hope to work with them any time we have a need!

We do work with Tri Town Plumbing often and we are so appreciative of their knowledge and expertise! Recently our AC unit went out on a 90 degree+ day. Our house was so uncomfortably hot! The owner, Jeremy, was able to come out that day and help us get it working again. I so appreciated his prompt attention, good work, and friendly personality. Tri Town was assigned my service request through my home warranty provider. My water heater needed to be replaced and I was uneasy about how long it might take to get the issue solved (you dont realize how much you need hot water until its gone). From the moment I was in contact with them they were nothing short of fantastic. Christina made sure everything was covered by calling the insurance company directly and confirming. Rueben came to the house and did the install fast and efficiently. Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them if I have any other issues. Even if the home warranty company didnt go through them I would still seek them out.Thanks again guys! You rock!

My recent experience with Tri Town was great. I moved into an apartment and instantly noticed there was practically no air flow for my heating and air conditioning. I was running my a/c on full blast, but the temperature in my apartment was rising all the way to 80 degrees. Tri Town sent Ruben over and he really went above and beyond to help me out.Ruben walked me through everything, did what he could to fix my situation and make the place bearable to live in, and laid out a great plan of what we do next in case this current fix isnt sufficient during the hot part of the summer.He was able to do a quick and thorough investigation to find the root of the problem. My situation isnt particularly simple because my apartments air flow issue stems from bad decision making when the vents were installed. In its current form, we couldnt get any flow to the master bedroom and bathroom of the apartment because the air was getting lost along the way due to numerous openings. Ruben identified this issue and went down to his truck and cut a piece of sheet metal to create a diversion for the air flow, which he installed. Since then, Ive finally had air flow to all rooms.I would confidently recommend Tri Town to anyone. They did a great job and I was left impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of their work. I am grateful for their help, especially to Ruben, who really went above and beyond.

Our air conditioner stopped working and I called many companies to try and get it fixed. I could barely get anybody else to call me back and the ones that did couldnt get out for nearly a week. Tri Town had somebody out the same day and had our air conditioner working not long after. Our neighbor was having the same issue and we recommended Tri Town to him. I appreciate that the service was great and quick!

Lester was super helpful, informative and courteous. Much, much better than another plumber we had over. He’s clearly been in the trade for a while and knows his stuff. Within short time, he was able to find and fix a slow leak under the kitchen sink that had been difficult to diagnose along with cleaning out multiple drains, etc. Would definitely call him again!

Of Note: The few bad reviews here primarily track back to the mention of a home warranty claim. Home warranty jobs are bound to the language and constraints of a limited home warranty contract, and limited contracts commonly create frustrations for the contract holder who may have thought they had coverage beyond the contract purchased, or by the processes and procedures of the home warranty company, and in some cases by mishandling of a claim by the warranty company itself. Although understandable, those frustrations and disappointments related to the home warranty contract or warranty company processes should not be projected onto the contractor assigned to do the work. At a minimum, the reviewer should disclose at the beginning of a review that it is first a home warranty transaction involving the specific contractor - as a point of reference and to offer perspective.

Jeremy came out and found the culprit for a septic smell, which happened to be a pea trap, or a lack thereof. He installed one, correctly, and solved the problem. Then he quickly installed a toilet for us as well. He took a look at a few other things he was suspicious of, like our heating and cooling and our water filter and gave us some money saving tips. Polite, smart, fast. You won’t find a better plumber, let me know if you do. This guy has it together. I recommend and I’m picky.

I have had used Tri Town Plumbing & Heating twice now for two separate leaks. They have sent out a different technician each time and I was please with both them. They were both on time, very respectful and found the problem and fixed it right away. I was also please with their prices, I would say they were the best in town. Although I hope I do not have any plumbing issues in the future if I do I will be sure to call them.
