Excellent place to work with! Next day service on a non emergent plumbing issue. The work was quick, clean and efficient. The plumber knew exactly was he was doing and what needed done. I ended up paying $700 less than a previous quote from another company, mainly because he fixed the actual issue and didnt try to make it complicated and price gouge. I will absolutely be using George Winston for my future plumbing needs.

I called these guys last week to be sure another plumbing company wasnt fibbing. Dave who answered the phone took the time to explain the situation a lot better, very professional and friendly. He said to call if I needed anything else. Fast forward to today, I needed my new faucet installed. Instead of calling the other plumbing company I first used, I called these guys. Said what I needed to have done, took my information and let me know the technician would call when hes on his way. Honestly I was expecting to be a late afternoon appointment or even tomorrow. Nope, about an hour later Ken called, validated my address and came over. Very professional and friendly. Wasnt phased when I jumped on a conference call and in no time I had a new kitchen faucet. But he didnt just install it he took the time to explain that if the touch on/off stops working, check the battery first and if it stops working altogether, showed me how to remove the touch on/off mechanism and make it a regular faucet. He didnt have to do that but he did. Very impressed with the customer service, quality and price of work. Now I get to wash pots and pans again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Had an issue with a floor drain in the basement backing up and called our home warranty. They sent a plumber (not Winston) who looked and said they thought the pipe was broke and it was soil and sh*#% backing up AND breaks weren’t covered in the warranty. I had visions of jackhammers in the basement while we dealt with sewer repair. They said this was a home insurance issue and they couldn’t touch it. Long story, short I called 3 plumbers in area who all said they were super busy due to Covid and couldn’t get to us until next week. Called George Winston. He was on another call but called me back himself (late on a Friday afternoon) within a few minutes and spent a lot of time on the phone understanding the situation. Said they were super busy too but would have someone out the next day (they work Saturdays regularly) if I couldn’t find anyone that day. He called promptly at 8 am the next day (Saturday) to see if I found anyone. Told him no so he said he had two guys on the way. Ken and Bill had the entire problem assessed and solved with clean up in less than 2 hours for a very reasonable fee! Clog was 75’ out close to the main. I found myself my new go to plumber! Highly recommend!

While doing renovations, we found leaking pipes. Other plumbing services were much more expensive and could not do the work for several weeks, which would hold up our renovations.Shane came out on Thursday to evaluate the work, quoted a good, fair price and scheduled us for Saturday! Shane completed the work in a professional manner, cleaned up after himself, and even repaired some other repairs which we had been putting off. I heartily recommend Winston Plumbing and Shane!!!

Great company!!!! They are friendly, courteous, and fast. They show up when they say they will!!! Me and my wife wont use anyone else, and most importantly the rates are reasonable!! They gained a new customer in us 3 years ago and we have called them back for more jobs.

I called George Winston Company because my furnace stopped working. I called them a little after 8am, told them the problem, and the guy who I was speaking with said that all the guys were currently headed out to other calls for service but that someone would get back to me soon to set up a time to stop by. He asked if I had no heat at all. When I said that I didnt have any heat (was in February), he said he would divert a guy and send them over right away! A repairman arrived about 20 minutes later and had my furnace running 20 minutes after that. The cost was extremely reasonable and the repairman was polite and efficient. I never expected service to be so fast! I will absolutely call these guys again!

Said I needed a wax ring. If that didnt last then its either the pipe underneath or need a new toilet.Well it leaked the same day so I need a new toilet. Just wish I knew that at the time and didnt have to make another service call.However, they are the best plumbers Ive used yet so thank you for good service at reasonable prices George.
