Had a leak at my main water shut off. Called and spoke to Sarah who was so helpful and nice. They called my water provider (Erie Water Works) who came the same day to confirm the street level shut off was good. Sarah promptly called me back and scheduled a plumber for the next morning. Plumber arrived 15 min early (I got an automated courtesy text) and he promptly went to work and was finished within the hour. After the job was done he walked me through the job and even showed me an easier shutoff valve I could use in the future. Overall experience was very professional and convenient for me, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. I cant imagine a better experience and if I have a larger job in the future I will go to them first.

The technicians are very polite and efficient. They are so good about taking off shoes/boots upon entering my house. I always get text messages about their ETA or delays especially in this bad weather. When I originally called about my problem they were able to get out on the same day and give me a temporary fix until they could get the part for the necessary repair.

My water heater died on a Sunday. I tried for two days to find a plumber who would install a new tank for me. On the evening of the second day without hot water, I sent a request to Jackson Plumbing. Karen called me first thing the next morning. Karen was awesome. She calmed me down enough to obtain all the information she needed to quote me the installation of the new water heater. When I asked how soon they could install, Karen told me that afternoon. I was thrilled that I got such fast service.Then Matt and Seth arrived to install the water heater. They were so professional and respectful of me and my home. They patiently answered all my questions explaining things about the new heater that I did not understand. Before they left, they cleaned up everything. When they left, the area where the heater is located was cleaner than it was when they arrived.I HIGHLY recommend Jackson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I have been lucky and have not needed a plumber, but I have their magnet on my refrigerator for easy access the next time I need a plumber. Was very pleased with Seth from Jackson Plumbing! I had an outside faucet that was dripping even though the water supply to the faucet was shut off inside my basement. Seth installed a new frost-free outdoor faucet, updated my shut off to the outside faucet and updated my main water shut off because it was leaking. He explained everything and showed me how to work my new shut-offs. I would highly recommend Seth and Jackson Plumbing.

My sump pump went out on a Friday. I called Jackson as they replaced it a number of years ago. I was told that they didnt have any appointments until Monday as they still were getting caught up from the recent snow storm, however theyd prioritize us if there was any time or cancelations at the end of the day. Less than an hour later I got a call letting me know that there has been a technician that got freed up and could help us out. Less than an hour after that call the technician showed up and installed a new pump in about 45 minutes. A+ service and professionalism. Wont ever call anyone else. You shouldnt either.

Called this morning for a Water Pressure issue in a new house we bought. Told them it was NOT an emergency. The lady on the phone was. Incredibly kind and personable. She had someone out in 30 minutes.Upon Arrival, a young guy hopped out of the car. Introduced himself as Andreas. He was personable, kind and most of all knew his stuff. He had our problem fixed quickly, and explained everything as needed.Lastly the dreaded price. With such good service I was thinking this was going to cost an arm and a leg. Jackson Plumbing is the best of the best! There’s a reason they have so many good reviews!!! Four months ago our shower stopped draining and because we live in a town style home, our plumbing is connected to the neighbor. Scott Jackson personally walked us through the entire process by assessing, trying a small repair first and then when that did not work he and his team took on the job of replacing our entire plumbing stack. This was a three day project and quite involved. His team was AMAZING! Scott replied to emails very promptly. They went the extra mile by reinstalling backsplash in our kitchen, reinstalling our cupboards, and reinstalling our flooring in the bathroom. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are professional, kind, HONEST, and thorough. Look no further than Jackson Plumbing, they deliver quality service!

From the initial call for the work to the completion of the work, Jackson Plumbing was courteous. This was our first time using their services. The cost for the installation was stated up front in the initial call. They were very careful when bringing the old water heater out and bringing in the new water heater into our house. Josh and Matt were very proficient. They completed the installation quickly and cleaned up appropriately. This was a slightly different style water heater, and they explained the new features of the heater. They were also sure to provide us verbally with the warrant information both for the work completed and for the heater itself. We have utilized plumbing services before who we felt were not as proficient or professional as Jackson Plumbing. Jackson Plumbing is our new plumbing service.

We couldnt be happier!Our shower became clogged and we called out reeves twice.Reeves sent out an inexperienced kid that didnt help saying theyd need $390 to run an auger and maybe even a contractor (?) on TOP of the 140 I paid just to have them come look.BUT THEN I HEARD OF JACKSON PLUMBING! No charge to come see if they could fix it, he showed up early with a call ahead (and an ok from me) and in about an hour after some mild swearing while he wrestled the tools (I thought this was really funny and wasnt a problem for me at all LoL) it was fixed and we had a running shower for less than half of what reeves wanted.From now on Ill just call Jackson Plumbing first.

I called Jackson on a Monday morning, regarding a shower drain that clogged over the weekend. (Drano did not work, even when left sitting overnight.) The tech was at my house about an hour after I called, and he did what needed to be done. He was very professional and courteous. I also took the opportunity to ask him about a sink drain that runs slowly from time to time, and he showed me how to remove the plug (very easy once you know how), which revealed the mechanism that was collecting debris and slowing the sink.Ive used Jackson for larger projects in the past (they removed and replaced an old collapsed drain pipe, installed a new sump pump, and installed a kitchen sink) and I have always been happy with their service.

Having dealt with numerous plumbers in the past, and having less than favorable experiences, I decided to try Jackson Plumbing. Our old hot water tank had been leaking and needed to be replaced. Karen provided fantastic information about a Navien tankless hot water heater, and while I was on the phone with her, Seth walked into the office from another job he had just finished. He offered to immediately come over to investigate our situation (literally 10 min wait) before he ran off to his next job! Without delay, they scheduled the installation and was very professional when he arrived - answering all of my questions along the way. Seth rerouted and replaced everything (copper piping, gas lines, etc.) and the work he did was immaculate - just look at those pictures! Thank you Karen and Seth!

I will be using Jackson Plumbing for all future plumbing needs in our home. I called late on Tuesday and they came by noon the following day. We’ve had a problem with an odor whenever someone showered. We’ve been dealing with it for a long time and had a few different “big name” plumbers here. Those plumbers were very expensive and didn’t fix the problem. Jackson Plumbing (specifically Chris) diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour, at a VERY reasonable cost. I am so relieved and grateful! Chris was fantastic. Very polite and knowledgeable, and he answered my many questions and concerns. I also had another issue that I thought needed repaired, but Chris told me it didn’t. He could’ve easily did the repair and charged me a lot of money for it, but he was honest and told me it wasn’t necessary. I definitely recommend them and will for sure call them if needed in the future.

I have been trying to find a good plumber in the area for over 2 years after the company we had used for many years began having issues with quality and responsiveness. On this occasion I had an issue with my Navien tankless water heater and called Jackson after deciding to look for a different Navien certified plumber and saw their consistently good reviews. Being a Bed and Breakfast, having hot water for our guests is absolutely necessary and Jackson was able to send Seth Jackson out the same afternoon to get the problem corrected. While taking care of the problem Seth discovered an issue with the heat exchangers on both units and got new heat exchangers (under warranty) on the way before he left. He also discovered that the original installing plumbing company missed something in the installation and also never registered the units with Navien which he took care of. He returned the following week to replace the heat exchangers and correct the installation issue. I am very happy with the work that Seth did and his explanation of the issues he found and what he was going to do to correct them. I feel confident that I have finally found a new plumber that I feel I can trust, communicates well, is knowledgeable and does a top quality job. I will be calling Jackson from now on for any plumbing needs that I have.
