Dan M. was here within 30 minutes. He had us up and running in another 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable, too.

A+++ rating!! Mr Rooter did an amazing job in fixing our plumbing issues! They were prompt to respond when we called. Whoever the original builders of our house were, they installed plumbing that was subpar so that we couldnt snake the drains properly. Travis was very knowledgable and detailed oriented. He was able to quickly locate where the blockages were and unclog them. He also meticulously installed a new system so we could better access any clogged areas for future. Travis was very professional, courteous and friendly and took great pride in his workmanship. We were very impressed. If we should ever encounter any plumbing problems down the road, we will gladly use their services again. HIGHLY recommend them! -Thanks so much!

Mr Rooter, specifically the plumber Dan Malinowski ROCKS!!! I Purchased a new stove from Lowes with installation arrived on a Saturday. The lowes installer wasnt knowledgeable and wouldnt perform the work. I called Mr Rooter that same day on a Saturday; within 40 minutes Dan Malinowski showed up and had my stove connected!!! Although the installation was difficult due to tight and old fittings, Dan was relentless with making sure the job got done right! He was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and above all went above and beyond what the typical installer might do!!! I would highly recommend this company and specifically Dan for all your plumbing needs! The level of service AND pricing cannot be beat!!! Ill be recommending Dan and Mr Rooter to all my family and friends!

I cant say enough good things about these guys. They were all incredibly professional and went above and beyond. They were upfront and honest and worked harder than I could have asked for. Jermaine was the man in the trenches (literally) and he worked diligently and I cant thank him enough for the work he put in. I called Mr. Rooter when I discovered a sewer backup in my basement. I got a call back in minutes and a technician named Travis was at my home within an hour. Travis was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed his companys policies and procedures and carried through as promised. The work was completed timely and he cleaned up after himself. He even gave me helpful clean up instructions and suggested things such as other services and maintenance that can be done by Mr. Rooter that can prevent future issues. No high pressure to sell up. I can say as a direct result of the customer service provided by Travis, I would use this company again.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issues. We have a very old house (96 yrs) with a house trap that tends to get blocked. Mr. Rooter was available within a few hours to help clear the blockage and get our drains working again. Travis Brenot was very helpful and provided some tips and maintenance to help avoid the issue coming back.

Stephen, made life much easier for me. After going through another company and almost having a disaster, I soon realized that Stephen and Mr. Rooter were the real deal. Stephen did a very thorough diagnosis of my sewage system and quickly found the problem. Within no time all was back to normal. I couldn’t be any happier with my service from Stephen and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

We had an issue with our water heater leaking and called Mr. Rooter around 7 pm, the lady on the phone was extremely nice and took our information and let us know that they would be able to have someone come in immediately the next morning to help us out.The service was amazing, Jermaine was extremely friendly and patient with us and all of our questions as first time home owners. They are very knowledgeable and were able to help us by letting us know what was wrong, how they could fix it, giving us multiple options on how we would like to proceed, and thorough explanations of each option with the cost breakdown. We had a problem with our main line on Thursday. We called so many places and no one could come look at it. We called Mr. Rooter and they said they can send someone out tomorrow-Friday.I got a call before 10 stating Travis and Dan will be there within the hour. They let me take a look at the camera images and solved the problem. Gave us estimates and told us what to do.They were friendly with our kids and did not mind our crazy dogs.
