They even have a 30-day guarantee in case you have any issues with the drains re-clogging after they snake them to remove the tree roots. That’s what happened to me, and we are so grateful that Jerry (the owner) came out on a Sunday to fix it and flush the drains. Thank you!

Back with an update -First of all I pondered deleting the negative part. However, Im going to leave it to show they took care of the issue and made things right.After the owner replied back to the updated review of issues we have had, I reached out to them again yesterday like asked and he came out first thing this morning himself. He spent about an hour and half here and explain so much more and exactly what was going on. He admitted that some of the clog was previously missed on the original call. And that the person who serviced it would be explained what happened and how to prevent issues again in future calls. Honest mistake. Things happen. Kudos to admitting as well, not many companies would.As far as the saggy pipe its not as bad as it was made to sound and shouldnt cause extreme issues. He did take time to give us a few tips on how to help prevent clogs and to maintain it so we arent back in this predicament again so soon. As originally stated in the first half of the review I would use them again in the future. I will probably have them back to do maintenance clear outs to be on the safe side. Thankful they cared enough to reach out and make things right in the end.Definitely have an update.Here we are two months out and my drain has backed up twice now. When the guy came out he snaked it and said my issue was sludge buildup Here we are today talking to them again after they had to review their notes and according to them I have a saggy pipe. But never once was a saggy pipe mentioned when the guy was here at all. Simply sludge build up per the receipt. Two totally different things. Why this saggy pipe wasnt mentioned is beyond me and clearly not good truthful business.A few months back I gave them a call based on recommendations from others. When calling the guy was super friendly and never once talked like I didnt know what I was talking about being a girl. We ended up not needing them at this time.However!Today we ended up with a sewer back up at 5pm on a Friday... a holiday weekend at that.They were quick to come out. Within a half hour of calling. Yes we paid the emergency after hour rate. But it was well worth it. And would pay it again if ever needed. The guy that came out was here for about an hour give or take. Everything is now running smooth. And he even cleaned up most of the backup that came out of the toilet. Which I wasnt expecting when I went down to clean it up.

First let me say why I picked this co. I called 3 places all 3 quoted the same price to come and clear the drain. I picked this one because the man who answered the phone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jr the service fella came right in and did a great job. He explained how it worked and even waited while I checked the washer . He was so nice. I will recommend this company and call them for any further needs. No photos taken.

I called a competitor last yearto do a job, they came out but they said it was too hard for them and could not clear the underground clogged drain . Jerry from AAA Sewer Service was wonderful to work with from start to finish! We called in a panic because our sewage backed up. There were roots in our sewage that he was able to remove within an hour! It was affordable, efficient and the peace of mind made it worth every penny. After trying 2 other companies we heard of AAA service. We had a terrible drainage problems with 2 of our tenants. They called us back within 15 minutes and came to try and unplug the sewer drain. The first plumber was unable to get it open but assured us that another plumber could get it done in the morning. ( Sunday ). He was determined to get it unplugged and he did. We will only use AAA for all of our drainage needs. They are the best.

AAA delivered high quality of service. Austin from AAA knew what went wrong with under-sink clogged drain. He took quick action and made great judgement. The clogged drain was unclogged within 20 minutes. This clog was caused by heavy grease. He even recommended me of using bleach and hot water in the future to maintain the drain pipe. He also helped me connect some pipes. I would highly recommend their service if you need to unclog the drain pipes.

They were professional and knowledgable and did not add unnecessary equipment or jobs to take advantage of a clearly clueless in plumbing person. He left our basement SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner than when he began (and way cleaner than I imagined it would be after the job) and made our mess of an issue completely stress free. He called the city sewer department he waited until they came then he waited until the drain was opened up. Went back into our basement to make sure the water was receding and it was. Price was great too. My back up problem was bad and they took care of it quick as they could and didn’t change the price at all even when things were more extreme then we thought. Ive used AAA in the past for my shower drain and was very pleased. Today I called them about my garbage disposal and before coming out and charging me they told me to try to a few things to see if it was something I could fix myself. It worked! I will continue to use them because I feel this was very honest of them. They could have come to my house and charged me to fix the disposal, but instead said I think you can solve this and if you cant call us back. Its not often in these days you find someone who cares about their customers and is not all about making the big bucks. Thanks, AAA! You also made me feel more confident as a newish home owner!

I would give aaa sewer service a 10 if I could. My dog dropped a ball into an open floor drain that I had uncovered. Well that night it rained buckets causing the water to enter my basement because the drains were plugged by the ball. I called aaa and even tho they were really busy but Jerry understood my situation and knew I was worried because it was going to rain again. Aaa said on short notice they would be there in a couple hours and was on time. Now its really raining hard but Jerry kept going even in the rain snaking my floor drain sitting on a stool in the flooded water. He must have used a couple hundred feet of snake and finally i was saved from more flooding because of the prompt service. And to top it off aaa plumbing was very reasonable. I highly recommend aaa plumbing to anyone looking for an honest plumber to call them. Thanks AAA
