His furnace broke on Sunday, 12/22, and after many attempts to get service from the local techs who originally installed this furnace, he called you at my suggestion. Made an appointment with H Jack and they came out the following morning. Very professional and timely. They walked through the house and yard then checked the septic system They made sure to explain what they observed and found to be the problem. Got out their shovel and dug up a filter that needed to be rinsed off and replaced it. Then covered up the digging.All this was done within an hour. Very helpful and willing to explain each detail. Will use H Jack again if needed.Highly recommended this company.

Called H Jack Plumbing to deal with a 90 year old galvanized plumbing pipe that wasn’t draining. He sent two guys over within a half an hour of me calling. They gave me an estimate and then went to pick up some supplies. Within an hour they were busy fixing my drain problem. Took them half a day but finished up with them doing more than they were required. Cleaned up when the were finished and hauled away the 90 year old pipes. The best part was their final bill was less than they had quoted me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I was told by my brother who was up for a visit that there was no hot water. They came three days early (with permission) while I was in Louisville KY taking care of a grandson while my daughter and her husband went to NYC for a week of R&R. The night they got there they had hot water but not after. When I got home on Sunday I called H Jack Langer because they did a superior job on a furnace problem a couple of years ago. A team was at my home 8.30 Monday morning. They determined (probably from the water on the floor) that the unit needed replaced. They went to get a new one and were back in less than an hour. I live 30 minutes from Erie. I asked them how they got it so fast and they said a truck met them half was. They finished it 11.00 and I has hit water by 12.00. Very professional.

Cant say enough about this service center.I called a different Plumbering company first, upon which that company told me what part I should replace to fix my problem and also told me it sounded like I was competent to do it myself .. huh?So I called H Jack Langer and within hours they showed up, fixed my problem and without replacing at parts. Replaced indoor well pump and related plumbing and components. It would have taken me at least two days they had it finished in about 5 or 6 hours. You never know what youll run into in a 70 year old home. There was an issue or two at least. They fixed those, they had to go get parts so that added to the time but it was still a reasonable cost. Very professional. I used to service equipment with the same components and 20 years ago the cost my company charged was about what their cost was. They installed quality components. They came quickly. Recommend. I just had them do another job, I could not get the correct parts for it. I spun my wheels on it for a week. They were here in about fifteen minutes and had everything I needed, and took less than an hour. Just a great company.

Im very impressed with the service from H Jack Langer! After already paying Roto-Rooter a few weeks prior (which resulted in our plumbing issue getting worse), we contacted H Jack instead. Service started within an hour of my phonecall, the plumbers completed a thorough assessment to find the issue, they called Erie Water Works to get them to fix the issue that was on the citys end, and waited for the city service to be completed to make sure we didnt have any additional issues! After all that, what we had to pay was way lower than I anticipated! I would definitely recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs! This summer we had 3 emergency plumbing issues related to the old pipes we had. H Jack came out very quickly and fixed all 3 separate issues. They were affordable for the emergency issues. We later had them put to replace the hot and cold water pipes so they could be updated. They fixed our water pressure problem in the process. Updated me with every change they had. Very communicative which is a big deal for me because I am plumbing-illiterate. They made my home significantly better I will definitely be using them again.

Come to find out it was a wiring problem where a wire nut had been removed and fell off. He traced it down, wired it up and boom HOT WATER COMMETH. Every so often, I hear grumbling about H. Jack Langers reputation for being expensive. Their services may or may not be the cheapest in town, but they certainly provide the greatest VALUE. Heres what I mean:We have had Jack Langer Plumbing and Heating out in all weather and at all times of the day and night to fix all kinds of things--but never the same thing twice because they always get the job done, period.I have never felt uneasy about having any of Langers crews in the house, and I have never had to explain basic plumbing to any of them. (I moved to Erie from places where these things would be cause for wonderment.) Even when I called on a holiday Sunday, with the basement flooding because a water heater had given up in spectacular fashion, I got good service, reasonable pricing--and a dry basement.Langers guys have good suggestions--they have recommended new technology that solves some of our old problems, though they also have been forthcoming about when it makes more sense to nurse some of the equipment along for a while.Bottom line: We call H. Jack Langer for top-notch service, reliable expertise and fair prices. Langer has never failed to deliver.
