I am very pleased with the work Chris did with my kitchen tile. This was a difficult tile to work with and he handled everything! I highly recommend his company! I have several things that need attention in my home and I will be calling Sowelas Construction LLC again.

I had Chris give me quote on some ceiling work where there was water damage, cracks and/or discoloration. In addition, I had a small bathroom and two basement walls that needed to be painted. I live on a tight budget and assumed I would have to do several things on my list and save the rest for another year. I was amazed when he gave me a quote for ALL of them, and it was within my budgetChris is a super nice guy who communicates clearly, has many years of experience and does his work, with attention to detail, in the time he allotted for it. I couldnt be more pleased. He went above and beyond to find every potential problem. I wanted crown molding to give several rooms that clean and finished look and as a true professional, Chris knew where to get the best price on EVERYTHING. He works efficiently and completed the job on schedule, even adding in a few extras. I will be using him again and highly recommend him.

Chris is awesome. Fast to respond and quick to get the job completed. Chris did a Water heater install project for us.Chris picked up, installed and disposed. Chris went above and beyond every expectation. He was thorough, communicative, and easily approachable. I’ve been through many general contractors, and by far Chris exceeds the rest. He does it all; from gutter replacement to building decks to full scale bathroom remodels. Not only that, his prices are always the best around! I’ve yet to meet anyone who can compare to the quality of his work for the price tag. You are missing out if you decide to go elsewhere for any type of home repair/maintenance work. Im really pleased with how Chris did my drywall. I had hung drywall and muddied it and it was a mess. Chris came in and finished it out and couldnt ever till the mess I did. He does a great job I will be calling Sowela,s Construction if I need any other work done.
