I’ve had issues with tree roots blocking the main drain in the past. Drains have been running slow so I requested a service call online. They called first thing this morning and had a technician out within 30 minutes. Juan was very professional, explained what he was finding and did a very thorough job cleaning the line. I highly recommend this company for their great service and very reasonable prices

Nelson showed up promptly and did a fantastic job a figuring out my problem, even going above and beyond to figure it out, excellent customer service and despite the smell of the drains and the cold had a awesome attitude and was amazing to work with.

Definitely reccommend!Main line was clogged with tree roots, and I couldnt use the plumbing for weeks. My drain system is a headache, with a very long main line and no outdoor cleanout.Nelson and Juan installed an outdoor cleanout at a very fair price, augered out the problem, got a camera in there and were able to identify where my line is broken.Feels so good to be able to use my plumbing again AND not have to stress too much about it financially. Thanks guys!

Emailed them with an issue draining. Got a call less than 30min later and got an appointment same day. They were professional and fast. Drained 2 lines and did my sink. Everything is draining great! 10/10 service! (May)UPDATE:Had to call them again because my basement was backing up again. They came out same day and (not sure if first or last name) Curtis arrived. He went straight to work and even told me stuff to buy to help keep the pipes clean. Again 10/10 service! (October)

They unclothed several drains in the house, including the main. Several weeks later, but after their 30 day guarantee, I was having a related (but minor) problem, and they came by and fixed it with no charge. The plumber, Matt, was also very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Cant say enough how happy I was with my service from Roto Rooter. I had a severe backup in my basement and their 24 hour service was able to get out to me on a Sunday in only a few hours. My repairman, Mark, was an expert and very professional. There was nothing he couldnt fix. I am a first time (dumb) home owner and he took extra time out of his day to teach me all about my plumbing while not only fixing my blockage issue, but identifying other potential issues I could address to save me money in the future. So GreaTful for this service and the man who came to save the day for us 😂 after coming home from the bar one if our friends clogged our toilet so bad that me and my other friend tried for an hour to unclog it and were not getting anywhere (mind you we were the only ones sober whole our drunk men were passed out) eventually me and her had no choice but to call a plumber, he came out and we had a good laugh , by the time he arrived our toilet was open and he didnt mind at all that we wasted his evening
