These guys are great. They came out to replace an old leaking water heater and fix some shutoffs and pipe issues I’d been sitting on for a bit. It was a sub zero weather week and they were busy, but they were there to get things done. Nick did the work and it is awesome. I highly recommend this company our furnace wasnt acting right so we called them and they were here the very next day we had a crack in the heat exchanger new furnace was needed. Exceptional service all around !!! Single parent with a busy schedule and limited budget JD Plumbing was sensitive to keeping charges at a reasonable rate. Both gentleman installed water softener very quickly and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I was very impressed that the next morning Nick messaged me making sure everything was running smoothly, he also came by as I was unsure that it was running properly. He and not only took time out of his day to ensure the system was running and filling up with water properly but he also called me at work to explain what he did and gave me piece of mind. I have had JD P&H replace a well pressure tank on one occasion, a frostless faucet on another so this being the third time I have called on JD for needed repairs or replacement I think speaks for itself. This call for replacement of our old furnace which was existing on life support. JD and staff are expert in their trade, take pride in their work and that shows. They are very consious of the clients home taking care to protect flooring etcetera and when the job is completed its like nobody was there except of course in this case the new furnace!

I called by reading reviews like this and all I can say is that I was even more surprised after having work done by JD. He was professional at not only his work but also as a person and contractor. He went out of his way to explain the issues and fixed what needed to be done to highest standard. He installed multiple shutoff valves, ran lines to a wash sink in the basement, installed new lines to a bathroom vanity, and installed a new sewage pipe and toilet. He explained things even outside of what he was working on and made really good suggestions of things that might be needed in the future. I would recommend his services to anyone who asks and would without a doubt use JD Plumbing moving forward.

I cant say enough good about JD Plumbing and Heating. We just had Jason install a new HVAC system, and it was a nightmare for him, but he was able to get the job done and done right this time. The previous system (installed by Cooks) was definitely not installed correctly.He was on time each day and texted when he was on his way, which was great! If you need a new HVAC or any repairs or replacements, dont hesitate to call Jason he will do a wonderful job. I highly recommend Jason and will definitely would use him again.

Love the job JD has done! He responded promptly and showed up on time and even moved a few things around to get to our behind the wall water leak as quickly as he could. He had to rework and eliminate A LOT of old copper lines in our home and he was very thorough in both communication and deed. We ended up opting for him to remove and rework much more than the original “issue” area as to save from possible future call backs for more leaks. It costed us much more up front, but in the long run it will save us a lot of money, time and frustration. We are doing renovations to an older home, which is never easy, but both plumbing and electrical are two major areas you do not want to skimp on. He’s coming back to help with our main floor bath reno and I can’t wait! If you’re looking for fast and inexpensive…look elsewhere! JD is a PROFESSIONAL and does top notch work, that is worth the money ,and he stands behind it! Jd did a great job we developed sulfur in our tanked water heater after a previous plumber messed up our tank so it became a complete redo!! Called JD plumbing first thing and were able to come that day. Everything went great, fixed everything, and tested good. They even gave us a 10% off military veterans discount and stand by their work with a 1 year warranty. Very pleased and honestly glad we caught it when we did or it could of been so much worse. Called them about a leak under kitchen sink that needed repaired they came out next day to quote the job and I hired them to replace all the plumbing under kitchen sink and install a brand new dishwasher..they did a great job will definitely get ahold of them if anymore plumbing issues happen in the future

We called JD Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, they gave us a Tuesday morning appointment (it was Labor Day weekend) because we had no water pressure in our bathroom shower. We had pressure everywhere else just not the shower, thinking we had to have all new pipes run throughout the house, we were quite worried. Upon their inspection, it was discovered that it was the main valve unit leading to the shower itself. They said they could replace the valve unit, put a new faucet and new larger knobs (which will help my grandmother turn them, shes almost 88 years young). I asked them if they would be able to install a shutoff handle (for our outside faucet) in our laundry room at the same time. They said not a problem and went outside to work on the quote. My Grandma and I were very hesitant to see the quote but when Nick & Noah came back inside, to go over the pricing which included a discount (due to my Grandmas age). I researched prices and found their quote to be the best price around even without the discount. We called a couple days later and were scheduled for the following Monday morning. I had a question about the shower head so I called the office to see how much it would add to the quote to have a brand new handheld showerhead installed and was a little shocked to have JD himself answer the phone. He said, You get the one you want and well put it in for you. No charge! On that Monday, Nick arrived on time and went right to work. He was friendly, efficient, extremely neat and very professional.
