Service was great. A technician came out very quickly after placing the initial service request. The tech was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. We had one unexpected faucet that dripped a little the next day and the same technician came out right away and resolved that issue. Service could not have been better with our old plumbing. Great service all around. I was able to get my AC looked at today even though I called this morning for an appointed. Rachel was very speedy with getting me on the schedule and updating me of when the team would be heading my way. Adam and Jhonner were friendly, and very informative. They took the time to explain what steps they were taking, why they were they were taking them and what was going on with my AC. They walked me through my repair and replace options until I felt comfortable in making the right decision for myself. Great service from the team!

I am from Georgia so one might think I can handle the heat, but growing up without AC in that heat set my standards high for my adulthood. I absolutely refuse to go without AC so when mine stopped working this October, I called BW Cook for help. Not only did Brad and Scott get here early, they were kind, thorough and went out of their way to spend the extra time to explain the issue and offer advice on preventative options without any pressure. Being the lady of the house, you often have to be prepared for someone to sell you on a full replacement instead of a repair and sadly most places will over charge someone that doesnt know any better. Both Brad and Scott were genuinely honest, good people who understand that simply doing the right thing and a good job hold the most value to us hard working home owners

I called on a Saturday and the Technician Scott called me 15 min later. He arrived a short time after that and quickly discovered the issue with our Furnace in the basement. He was very polite and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Not only was the service impeccable but because it was a simple fix it was very affordable. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. More responsive than other plumbers/hvac people I called.Only thing Id recommend is including drywall patching service after youre done cutting it open for pipe repairs. This appears to be a common issue in this industry though, for some reason. Not a huge deal for me, but some people might not be able to repair their own drywall.

Ethan, the technician, was on time, pleasant, and went about the maintenance check professionally. He gets the 5 stars. However, the company itself would get half that. Weeks ago, I called and requested that an old email address be removed from my BW/Cook account, and yet I received a reminder at that account as well as the account I had requested. These emails were in addition to a telephone call three days before the appointment AND a text message the day before the appointment. The online scheduler is non-functional and has been for some time. The emails and text messages indicate a four hour window, whereas a two hour window is what was scheduled. When I mentioned this to the person sending text reminders, they said, oh, we know, but corporate wants it that way. So much for being responsive to customers needs. The technicians are always great, office not so much.

Had a new Lennox furnace installed this week by the team of Denis and Kirk. Consummate professionals: knowledgeable, efficient, meticulous. Besides all this, they were delightful, easy-going, pleasant individuals, great to work with.I also want to applaud BW/Cook for offering a service contract. For only 15/month theyve come out twice a year to service the furnace/AC. Thanks to this, weve had peace-of-mind and enjoyed many uninterrupted decades of trouble-free heating & cooling. Invaluable :)

Our service person for plumbing from BW/Cook was Brandon. He was excellent. Not only was he experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, but he was also very courteous and efficient. He identified, explained, and fixed our problem with our shower very quickly. Additionally, he left us with several affordable options in writing to consider for improving our overall plumbing system. We would definitely use BW/Cook in the future largely due to Brandon’s expertise and focus on good service.

Tim has fixed my drain under the house which was damaged by another company who retired last year. I had no idea my house was flooded with water underneath! Once the drain was repaired the sinks and the dishwasher backed up due to a clogg. Tim fixed the clogg and flushed the water hoses. Now my sinks & dishwasher drain properly. The toilets flush and fill back up quickly. Everything works and the house is dry. I appreciate Tim calling and being on time. Plus, he explained everything he was going to do and the cost. I’m so glad I became a member last year. It’s worth (84.00 for Plumming ) every penny, and it’s already paid for itself 4 times over! 01/02/25 I had a new furnace put in and they cleared/cleaned out the area before installing the new furnace. Kevin and Zeke are friendly and professional! They even cleaned up their mess before they left, and checked my AC and added Freon with no extra cost! This is a great company, they may cost a little more, but you DO get what you pay for, and the insurance is worth it (they do stand behind it). Thank you Steve (does the financial end) for all your help (phone calls, texts, emails, and keeping on top of everything).

Had a cracked toilet tank in one bathroom and a bad wax ring on the toilet in the other bathroom. Logan Mitchell was the tech who came out. He was very pleasant and professional in all of his dealings. He found that the toilet with the bad wax ring also was leaking from the bottom of the tank. Since this is a mobile home from the 1990s of course it was not possible to find just a tank to replace the cracked and leaking one. Logan explained what options there were for replacement toilets for both toilets. He then completed an estimate and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly and replaced both toilets and removed the bad toilets. I would recommend Logan Mitchell for your plumbing needs.

I had my AC stop cooling my house in this very extreme temperature since starting this month. I choose BW/cook as my service and only one call and get instant reply with arrival of technician at my door Kyle Emigh and diagnosed the problem. His expertise suggests that installing new AC units instead of repairing the 22 year old AC unit with very costly Freon as refrigerant in the compressor unit, repair and filling freon which will cost me the same as installing new AC.Once I decided to put in a new unit and ordered it for installation the very next day, Dennis and Kirk arrived early in morning as scheduled. Unfortunately that morning was with heavy rain, still both technician didnt stop and installed new unit within 5 hours. Dennis and Kirk were incredibly professional and responsive.They did an amazing job on Rainy day. They took care to make sure it was done properly while setting up a new unit with the Old furnace wasnt that easy in a very confined space. Still Dennis uses his expertise technique to set it right without any extra wear and tear. I highly appreciate their job and including Brad who helped me to schedule my appointment.During all this, my other problem with running very rusty water in my house was solved. Iron filter as my new water filter was also installed by Jeremy Fey. He aslo did very effective job to installed within an hour. Thank you BW/Cook to provide me expert service. Our technicians, Dylan G. and John K., were very friendly, informative, professional and respectful of our home. The technician who quoted us originally was also nice! Service was thorough and everything was handled very smoothly, from arrival notification to everything done at install. Price was very good and with excellent service, compared to other companies who quoted us. Highly recommend!

We were completely pleased with our 1st time experience with BW/Cook. Our appt was scheduled within a week of calling. I received a text and phone call letting me know the techs were on their way. They were very thorough in checking our furnace and A/C and gave a complete report complete with photos. We will call them again when needed!
