Working with legacy through the whole process was exceptional. They installed a new ac unit for us a few months ago. Scott, the rep was awesome throughout. He laid out all the options in person and didn’t push more expensive units. He gave great info on ever tier of ac unit then helped us work through what was right for our budget and house.We also had our air ducts cleaned by legacy. Kevin came out to our house to do the duct cleaning job. He was excellent and efficient. This is the company I will go through for everything in their scope or work.

We love Jon W.! He goes the extra mile as well as being so knowledgeable about his work! We’ve also noticed he’s a gentle yet strong teacher, showing the new guys how things should be. It’s also refreshing to have someone who’s forward thinking, anticipating how our units are working and catching any potential costly issues that may be coming so repairs can be made now to save us in the long run. The rest of the team has also been fantastic - shout- outs to Kevin and Darian for also working in the rain and getting the job done so well this week.

Monday morning I woke up to a cold house when my furnace decided to stop working. I went online and scheduled an appointment for 8 am to 10 am and Carlos was here quickly and got everything diagnosed super fast! I requested a quote for a new system and Dave was sent out less than 2 hours after that. When I wasnt able to get financed to get a new system (no fault of theirs), Carlos was back out and got us up and running in no time. I am so impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. You dont find genuine people like them anymore. I also received phone calls and texts before ajd after they arrived at my house - one was even an introduction to who was coming. I think that was so awesome! I cant thank these guys enough for all of their time and help. I also received a follow up text yesterday, which I greatly appreciated. Once I am in a position to get a new furnace, I will no doubt be returning.

Always nothing but the best from the Legacy Team! We needed some commercial plumbing work done at our office every person I had the pleasure of interacting with was TOP NOTCH! I spoke with Emily in the office to coordinate the date and time that would work best with us for our quote. The plumber Nathan came out and spent time with me to explain how the job would best be done and provided a quote right away. We scheduled for the work to be done and thankfully they were able to squeeze us in, as they are in high demand for work. The plumbers Nathan and Brandon arrived on time and got to work right away, they let us know each step they was doing and work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The work looks great, the waterline works as intended and has helped our production facility immensely. Huge kudos to Emily, Nathan and Brandon for taking care of us quickly!!

The entire system in my house was in emergency need of replacement. After calling Legacy, they came out for an estimate the following day. Joe, my comfort consultant, was friendly, easy to talk to and able to show me exactly what my home needed. The level of information was more than I expected and very welcomed. They were extremely busy to to high temperatures but managed to fit me in the following week. Joe made the process smooth and hassle free for me.On install day the men showed up on time and got immediately to work. Andy and Dave ( my installers) were easy to interact with and made sure to answer any of my questions. They spent 12 hours getting the job done. No breaks, no lunch, just busting it out to make sure I had my cool air before I went to bed. Both of these guys were above and beyond my expectations. When they were done, the only sign they had been there was an amazing new furnace inside and a beautiful ac unit outside.There isnt anything they could have done better! Fantastic service from start to finish.

The Legacy team did not disappoint. They provided a comprehensive and competitive quote for a complete HVAC system (furnace and AC) with a reputable made in the USA branded unit. Once we decided to move forward with this quote Legacy promptly provided a reasonable install date just days from our order approval. The instal team arrived exactly on time and professional and courteous from the second they arrived. Also, the instal team was very knowledgeable of their equipment and the installation process allowing them to answer any and all questions. Lastly they left their two respective work spaces for the day in better shape than they found it, cleaning up and discarding all of the items new and old. I thought this would be eight hour job but the install worked through lunch and were able to compete the whole job in just six hour. Thanks again to everyone involved from start to finish.

The Legacy people are absolutely amazing! 2 years ago they were the only ones willing to come and help us when we needed it so bad. We were told then that we would be lucky if our unit lasted another 2 years. One month shy of 2 years and we need a new unit. Legacy has been maintaining and servicing our Geothermal (Water Furnace) system since we purchased this home in 2014. We could not be happier with the service we have received. I would highly recommend purchase of a service plan. They keep track of your maintenance and will call you in the spring and fall to set up your service calls. They are extremely thorough when they check your system and they provide a report to explain the results of their testing. Thankfully we have only once had an issue with our unit and they quickly and cost-effectively resolved it for us. The technicians are highly trained and the technician that they send to take care of our unit has been specifically trained in Geothermal. Nathan Christian performed our service today and he could not have been more professional, thorough, and polite. It was a pleasure to meet Nathan and we hope to see him again in the Spring. Trust me... I am a very critical consumer and when I receive great service I feel like it should be recognized. Legacy is a quality operation.

These people are not the cheapest, but they are certainly the most courteous and efficient at all levels. I had a whole house generator installed by them and everything went exactly as expected. The salesperson was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and this generator has worked flawlessly for the past year. They just left after their annual maintenance appointment and as always they were courteous and let me know when they were coming. Really excellent follow through.
