I ended up having another issue that needed more help, but he got me connected with someone else who was able to fix it the following business day.He was also a good sport when I got my camera out and asked if I could take a picture.

If you have a sewer drain blockage Dale from Klines is the man to call. He literally saved the day! Had several different plumbing companies come out and couldnt get it unblocked. I was told I had to pay 6000 to replace pipes to get it fixed. Dale came out after hours and got it unblocked within an hour. I wont call anyone else. If you see any bad reviews on here dont believe it! Honest and fairly priced! Very experienced and knowledgeable about what hes doing! Thank you Dale!

I was having an issue with smells coming from my guest bathroom and Kline helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He took his time and answered all my questions. He could have come out and charged a fee but instead he walked me through possible issues quickly and professionally. When it comes to home repairs I have a hard time figuring out who I can trust to tell me the honest truth without trying to up sale me. After my talk with Kline I feel confident that this is a business I can trust with that.

My experience with this company was eye opening. I had been using a different company for the last 8 years and had assumed that what they charged was the going rate. You know how they say ignorance is bliss? Yeah, that doesnt apply here! This other company came out to clear my sewer lines and told me that the line was unrepairable, so the city sent these guys out. I dealt with Dale (excellent customer service, by the way). Not only did he have my line cleared within 45 minutes of knocking on my door, but he did it for less than half what the other company charged. I will call these guys every time from here on out

We had a sewer back up on a Sunday afternoon so Monday morning I called around 8 different companies and left messages. Dale called me back in around 2 hours (he is a one man band so I get it), another company called me back that evening, and one called a day later. Still waiting on the other calls. We scheduled the work and Dale came out and fixed our problems, he knew exactly what to do to get us going and explained what he thought was going on with our system and gave us advice on what to do next. He was professional and knows his trade. Will definitely recommend his services.

If I could give Dale 20 stars I’d give him all 20. We’ve got on pickle of a situation going on with our home right now. Dale showed up, worked until we thought we had the problem solved. When things went crazy about an hour after he left he came right back to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately our issue is bigger then he can do & we have to get the city involved to get it rectified. Dale stayed helped clean up & even talked to the city worker that came out. I will definitely always recommend Kline’s to anyone who is in need of some Roto Rooting from here on out. I have to give praise where praise is due. Dale with Klines Ready Rooter was here first thing this morning, assessed my toilet clog and fished it out. If you have a problem somewhere in your plumbing just give them a call. The price was reasonable and it took less than an hour.

Dale and his son have helped us many times now over the last few years due to issues we have had in the home we purchased. Every time they have made a visit, they have been kind, courteous, and extremely fair. They never fail to arrive on time, and even return calls we have made over the weekend to get us fixed up. Kline’s Ready Rooters make a point to ensure the customer is always put first and it most certainly has not been lost on us. I refuse to use any service other than Kline’s and I hope that anyone in need of their services ends up feeling the same.

Dale was nothing but awesome! I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday. I called and left a message and he responded right away. Although he couldnt come the same day he guided me to potential issues and how to stop the water flow. I have never had this issue before so I was nervous about my basement flooding. The next day they came on time and fixed my issue. The price was reasonable (way less than expected) and I got great customer service. I didnt end up using Kline because I found another service that was quicker, but they were very responsive and called me within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. They were available the next day to clear my main drain, and put me down to call to schedule and understood that I would keep searching to find someone else. I would definitely use them again if I had to, and they were recommended by 2 of the bigger commercial plumbing companies in Elkhart.

Lefever plumbing couldn’t unclog my kitchen sink and recommended I hire someone with a jetter, which he warned was very expensive. Scared to death of the cost, I tried Kline’s for a second opinion. The problem was fixed immediately. I also had a second property where EVERYTHING was backing up and again, problem solved quickly. They fixed the issues with both properties in 15 minutes or less and for an excellent price. Very kind and understanding people too.
