Our shower handle burst super early in the morning and water was spraying out of the handle. We had to shut all the water off! Church’s sent someone out right away and we had everything fixed by 10am. Their technician gave us multiple options and pricing and didn’t try to oversell us with the pricier option. John the consultant was very helpful and thorough explaining equipment options for both furnace and air conditioner and what was needed to keep our home comfortable without purchasing a top of the line system. Church also had very good financing options for such a major purchase. Although I was able to repair our A/C, my wife and I were both impressed and will consider them down the road for any future needs.

With the repair done, they were willing to answer questions about my thermostat and propose good options to replace a hard to read and operate thermostat. Then, without requiring another visit (and another service charge) they installed the new thermostat and patiently went over the instructions multiple times to ensure i understood how to use it.

Church furnace technician Joe came to the house to check our furnace after we had smoke over the kitchen ceiling and the front front of the furnace was really hot yesterday. Joe spent about an hour here running the furnace, checking the blower motor and checking the motherboard. He was not able to re-create the situation of yesterday, but gave considerable time and attention to what happened. I am very pleased with Joe’s time and attention toward this situation.

Had to call the overnight emergency guy and Caleb said he would be sure to get us on the schedule and we would get a call the next morning. I stayed home from work and by 9 I got nervous and called, there was no record that I had even called the night before. The lady on the phone was nice though and got a very friendly plumber out the next day. Its just too bad I had to miss work for an extra day when we already have an unexpected expense to deal with. Not to mention the inconvenience of turning the water on and off to do dishes, laundry and take showers until the work is done

Had my plumbing inspection completed as part of my service contract purchase. It was completed in a timely fashion and well worth the expense. I feel good knowing my plumbing, water heater, sump pumps, and main clean out are all in great condition. Church Plumbing does great work & are very good! In the past they have installed a water heater & put in a new shower drain. Both jobs were completed right the first time!! I recommend them!

They were able to accommodate us quickly, and gave us a couple of options on how we could approach the problem. David, Sage and Chad were OUTSTANDING in their desire to do the job well and in a timely manner so as not to further inconvenience us. We needed our outside central air unit replaced and Church was one of the companies we called to come give a quote. We went with another company but still had a positive experience with Church.Mike was prompt and courteous and explained everything very well. I used to turn a lot of wrenches so Im familiar with how air conditioning systems work. He was knowledgeable, kind and didnt talk down to me. He made sure any question I had would be answered and encouraged me to text with any questions I may have in the future.We did not go with Church because of the spiral fins on the American Standard units (built by Trane) and how they would collect a lot of debris that would compromise cooling and shorten the life of our unit thanks to the amount of airborne stuff around here (we have helicopter trees galore as well as cottonwood tree dandruff on our screens).I can absolutely say had we not gone with another company because of the unit features we would have gone with Church for our central air needs. I was totally happy with the time given to us by Church and Mike to give us a quote and will continue to recommend them based on my experience with the company as a whole.

What an Awesome group of people from the office staff, to the 24hr service techs, to the installers. I bought my home and 4 mths later a computer board got fried. Called the after hours line, promptly was called back. They explained it would need ordered and could have it on monday. They were there first thing! Mike, the service tech was great. 24 hours after installing the computer, my home flooded. I called, they came right away..... gave me a quote for the insurance company and even a letter. Making it so easy, unlike other companies that were working on the house. When i called to schedule an apt for them to put in the new furnace and hot water heater, they were there the next day. We had a major plug up of the sewer drain in the laundry room and it as determined that those to probably went into an old dry well in the yard . they came out and mapped all the back yard. had to cut out small section of the patio and install a replacement to the broken sewer pipe in the yard and re route the kitchen sink and laundry drain . they scheduled it to be a five day project but it only took three days. the crew was very hard working and they clean up all their messes. . we were so impressed with them that we signed up for the yearly boiler and air conditioner maintenace with them . we would recommend them to any plumbing or heating problem you may have.
