We recently had to have our Septic system relocated in our yard - A&R Wastewater Management did a fantastic job and was very reasonably priced considering the size of our project. Jacob was great to work with; he was prompt and thorough with any questions we had, and they had the job completed in two days. Jacob also came back the next day to go over all the tasks that were done and to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the job performed. I highly recommend A&R Wastewater Management for any of your septic needs!

Jacob and the team at A&R did a fantastic job remediating our septic system.We talked to other septic companies who told us we would need to replace the whole system, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. Jacob and his guys figured out how to get the system working great at a fraction of the other quotes.The crew explained what they were doing, and why, allowing us to not only get it fixed but know how to care for it going forward.Highly recommended.

After several years of chemotherapy drugs being dumped into my septic system my septic field failed. Jacob designed and installed our new system. From the time Jacob started digging he had our system installed and back filled within 24 hours. Not only is Jacob the owner, but he did the installation too! I highly recommend A& R Waste Management for septic pumping or septic installation.

I submitted a service request using the online form on the website. I received a call in under two hours and was informed that a representative was in my area and could be there in the afternoon. They arrived in about an hour. The representative assessed the problem and it was looking like we needed a new pump. However, the representative continued to investigate and found an easier (and much cheaper!) solution. The problem was solved in the space of five hours.I would recommend A&R to anyone with septic issues. The response was incredibly fast and the integrity was superb. If I ever need such services again, I will not hesitate to call them!

They replaced our septic and remind us when filters need cleaned and when its time to pump! Their employees are responsive, responsible and kind to the grandkids we had watching out the window. They are the only company we will EVER use going forward!!!

Had problems with a grinder pump in very cold temps. They came out the same day and got it running again and informed us a replacement will be needed, but go ahead and run that one to failure and they will have a replacement researched and come up with quotes as our system is a unique set up. A few weeks later it failed and they made it out the same day, which was again very cold and installed the new one. Very prompt, fair, and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend.

I had emergency where my septic was backing up into my basement on a Sunday evening. I called and spoke with Jacob. He was very helpful and had a guy out within 2 2 hours. Sam came to pump the tank and he was quick, very nice, and so helpful.Its not every day that you have a wonderful experience with a company but these guys were awesome and made a very stressful situation more than manageable.And the price was affordable. Especially for being after hours and a Sunday.

I had them come pump septic tank that went well. Was pleased with service. What I am not pleased with is my inquiries about other services I was told they offer. Have called them a couple of times about what the technician told me, I would have hired them to do additional work but they will not call back huge disappointment. This reflects badly on them. a yes or no is all I need. When it comes time to get tank pumped again in a few years this will be remembered.

A&R helped us out tremendously on a holiday weekend, long story short we had a problem and needed to figure out what was going on. Sam, the driver, went above and beyond on a cold snowy Saturday evening for us. We then had two more appointments with Ben to determine what our problem was. After the issue was found both Ben & Jacob went out of their way to help get to a possible resolution, including making contact with another company (as courtesy to both them & us) to discuss the findings. Honest, knowledgeable, & so helpful!! Only wastewater management company we will call from now on!!

Jake and Ben at A&R Wastewater Management were amazing! We needed immediate assistance with our Sewage Pump/float and they were fast, efficient and kind. They saved us a lot of money, whereas another company was looking to get over on us. Ben answered all of our questions & couldn’t have been any nicer. We are very appreciative and will definitely use them for any of our future needs. We highly recommend them to anyone with Septic or wastewater problems. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
