I was very impressed with the services of the plumbing doctor. First of all, they came when they said they would be there. That is unheard of these days. Secondly, both gentlemen were extremely professional. I cannot believe how fast they made the needed correction. They fully replaced the trap from and old galvanized pipe and improved it with PVC making it much easier for us to clear the trap the next time. They made no mess and were fast and efficient. The guys were so personable along the way. In addition, I feel the price was very reasonable. I would DEFINITELY call them again.very satisfied customer!!

This is an incredible family owned company. The owner is very honest, respectful and tells you exactly what the problem is. His employees are also very well mannered and respectful. They fixed my plumbing problems and showed serious empathy for a personal problem I was having. It is a privilege to do business with people that actually care about their patrons and not just the money. This is my second or third time using this company . If I could, I would leave them 10 stars!

CANNOT THANK ANDREW ENOUGH! Our dishwasher was leaking all under the floor. My wife and I thought the leaking had stopped a few days ago but we realized the water under the floor just kept increasing further into the kitchen. We decided to pull out the dishwasher to unhook it. We thought we had shut off the water to the dishwasher with the valves under the sink, but once the dishwasher was unhooked from water line, the water was clearly still on. I had contacted several plumbers and nobody could come out until Monday. We had to shut off the main water supply to our house leaving us without water. Called plumbing doctor and they sent us Andrew (after hours). He found a valve that was actually there and fixed our issue and saved us time and money. We will remember the Plumbing Doctor for our future plumbing needs. Thanks again.

Mike returned our late night call right away, scheduled to come by the next morning, and arrived in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it remedied within an hour. Mike was professional and polite. We came home from vacation and and found water on the floor around the water heater. We called 3 places on a Friday night. One said it wasn’t an emergency so they would put on the list for Monday. The other never returned our call. The Plumbing Doctor returned my call in an hour and said they would get to us in the morning. Gary called us to let us know what time to expect them and an appropriate cost of replacing a water heater on a Saturday. Since mine was in a basement, he brought Curtis to help with carrying the water heaters in and out down the stairs. They were knowledgeable and friendly and made suggestions as to how they could make it easier to service the heater and expansion tank in the future We are very happy with their work and courteous attitude. I highly recommend them.

Gary and Curtis are phenomenal. Came in and found the expansion tank had gone bad due to surge of pressure when electricity was restored after 60 hours. Walked through the issue and replaced in a timely manner. Highly recommend using this company for any plumbing service needed.

We had Plumbing Doctor install a new water heater for us about 2 weeks ago. They were fast and very affordable. While they were out they also replace a water spigget and pipe that had busted over the winter. Then we had a water faucet in a bathroom bust yesterday. Unfortunately, we didnt have a shut-off for just the bath tub, so we had to shut all of our water off last night. I called first thing this morning and left a message. The plumber called within about 10mins. and was at our door in less than 10 mins. from that call. He had the issue fixed in no time. This is a very professional company with an excellent response time. I would highly recommend them for all of you plumbing needs.

Great company. Came out right away and helped with what I needed done. The guys are nice and respectful. Alex and Austin were the ones that came to the house and I would highly recommend using them. I love family owned businesses because they take pride and care about what they do and it shows!
