Clayton and Justin showed up in the morning to clean my dryer vent and later discovered it needed to be replaced. They were able to replace everything same day to ensure I was able to use my dryer. They were very friendly and detailed. Would definitely recommend!

On Thursday evening we found that we had no hot water. We called and got an appointment got the next day. The technician was there at 9:30 am. After an inspection, the recommendation was to replace the heater. The technician was extremely efficient having the old one out and the new one in ,in less than 2 hours. We use Maeser for all of our plumbing needs.

Had a Great Experience with Maeser today!My old water heater was going bad, and I needed a replacement.Maeser sent a technician out, he was very kind, patient, informative, straightforward, and honest with the information he provided.He told me the up front one-to-one replacement no-frills cost, which I GREATLY appreciated!!!He did also provide me the upgrade options for my situation. Some I did spend more money to have installed when he did the work today to future proof my unique situation; yet his original no fluff honesty, and suggestions have made me a lifetime Maeser convert from one of the other big-name local operations.I did get four estimates from other big-name local providers over a few weeks time; and Maeser, even with every reasonable option available, was multiple hundreds of dollars more economical than anyone else. . . My final cost from Maeser, after some of the upgrades I chose was STILL $700 more economical than even the most basic replacement cost from any of the other local companies. . .And during the install today, he did BETTER work than the other, much more expensive operations.Just as during the estimate, today during the installation he was kind, considerate, and performed the work in very timely manner.Once finished today, he cleaned up, answered my bajillion questions with patience, shook my hand, and thanked me for my business….That is respect which has earned my ongoing repeat business.Thanks to Maeser for having team members like the gentleman who performed my work today; I hope that everyone who comes from your company to perform work in my home is as amazing as he was!

Mr Vincent was so very helpful. He explained my hot water tank issues to me so I could fully understand what was going on. Gave me options for making a decision for repair/replace my tank. I had placed a larger tank in my home to ensure I could always have hot water and I could always have it in more than one item at a time. I decided to replace the elements and Mr Vincent did so rather quickly. Made a great recommendation on a different spout so draining my take once a year would move more smoothly and a little faster. My doggie also made friends with him also.

I bought 3 new toilets from Home Depot and Maeser was the installer. The plumber they sent was very good, efficient, and nice. I do think that they should have sent two people instead of one, these are very heavy toilets, and 2 of the 3 had to be carried upstairs. Very happy with the work done!

Not only did they fix the problem, they walked us through our whole system and pointed out the good and not so good things we had going on. Seamless install of a new HVAC system. They were able to get out the day after they came to repair it and found the heat exchanger was cracked. The tech was obviously not happy to deliver that bad news right before Christmas but he showed me the crack with his snake camera and explained why its so dangerous. Shaun was very professional and polite when he came to look at our sump pump. Ended up having to replace our pump! Shaun had old one out and new one installed along with a check valve very quickly and expertly. Two days later Shaun had to come back out due to a leak in our shower. He was not informed about this leak until 3:45 PM even they I called this in the day before. Shaun had just received a phone call that a tree had fallen onto his house. With this information about his house and his two dogs that were in the house he still came to my house to take care of the leak. As much as he was worried and concerned about his house and dogs, he still accomplished the job in a professional and expert manner. Would definitely recommend Shaun to anyone looking for any plumbing issues.

This is the second time I’ve used MAESER Master Service. First was replacing my entire heating and cooling unit and today was our hot water heater. Nothing like working all day coming home to get a hot shower to find your hot water ice cold. I went online last night was able to schedule an appointment for first thing this morning. I got a call about 30 minutes before the technician arrived, which gave me time to put up my dogs, which I really appreciate. Technician came in and assessed the situation and informed us we would need to replace Hot water heater as the current one was unable to be fixed. Given it was 15 years old so we were kind of expecting this. The technician was able to complete everything and under two hours. We had hot water about 30 minutes after he left, which is what we expected. Overall, I would recommend them again and again! Technicians are always very friendly and informative and they don’t give you some weird sales pitch. They try to give you different options, depending on the problem which I appreciate.

My furnace decided it was time to retire after 30 years. I called Maeser late Wednesday afternoon and asked for an estimate for replacement. My wife and I spent a chilly night with temps in the mid to high twenties. The next morning, Codey Reuber comes by and lays out my options. The prices he quoted for different options were about half what another company quoted. After taking an hour or so to mull over the quotes, I called Codey and he had Alex Hopewell onsite within the hour taking out my old equipment. Codey showed up shortly with new equipment and Alex was joined by another technician, Collin, I believe, and they had the new furnace and AC up and running Thursday afternoon. I cant say enough about how professional and friendly this team was, answering all my questions as the install proceded. Luke came out and we assessed the situation of installing an emergency generator. I didn’t want the big one to run the entire house so we looked at what was needed to sustain me if I lost power for 3-4 days. Needed lights, microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, gas furnace fan, refrigerators and freezer (I had lost over $500 in frozen meets, soups and frozen food several years ago, before I bought a gasoline emergency generator). Now that I’m older, I don’t want to have to deal with gasoline engines and starting them. I have natural gas heat so that is a good interruptible source of fuel. He answered all my questions and is preparing me some alternative estimates.

It was a pleasant experience ,which we can say very rarely say ,whenever a housing work needs to be done.I had a plumbing job done,There was a very quick and correct assessment to replace it rather than service it,options were shown and job done as done ,all in less than an hour.Also there is a membership which waives off after hours fee to come on weekends.Definitely would recommend again.

Our first time using Maeser. We had a clogged drain and needed it cleared because of family coming over. Many plumbers in our area do not work on weekends but Maeser works on Saturdays. Brian Alvey was our plumber. He called and gave us a time and showed up on time. He was an excellent tech that shared plumbing knowledge, fixed our problem and now Maeser is our go-to plumbing house. Called this morning very frustrated with another company because we’ve been out of AC for 3 days and we have gotten the run around! Called Maeser’s, and explained the situation and the lady on the phone was really helpful and emphatic about our situation. She got us a technician to go the same day!The technician, Ethan was very professional and thorough with his diagnosis. Turns out the first company diagnosed it wrong and their “fix” was much more expensive. Ethan was able to figure it out and fixed the ac for much cheaper. Really pleased with the customer service and the resolution overall. Glad we went with Maeser’s for our HVAC needs!

He did exceptional work, was very gracious, polite, and real gentleman.He installed a water heater, and hauled away the old 80 gal one from the basement, with no trace left behind. Thanks Freddie! Maeser however gave me an outrageous quote for some additional work I needed to be done. So the rating above is for Freddie and not Maeser.

Shaun Bertraum from Maeser Plumbing came out yesterday for three items. The whole toilet wasnt filling or flushing properly, the bathroom sink was not draining properly and the kitchen faucet was dripping. He fixed all three explained what the problems were, why they didnt work properly and what he did. I am so happy with Shaun. I will be requesting him personally the next time I need plumbing help from Maeser.
