    Great experience with these guys! Super nice - took on a big job for me quickly and solved the issue. The price was reasonable and the service and speed were top notch. They have an effective admin system for quotes and billing and making payment was simple and clear. This is my second time using them and they will get a call if/when I have other issues.

    Noah and Josh were wonderful! My water heater began leaking and they showed up promptly and fixed the leak by replacing my water heater. I will definitely call Hornback Plumbing again if I have any plumbing needs. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family. Very nice people and they know what they’re doing.

    Having to replace a water heater right before Christmas sucks, right? But the team at Hornback Plumbing delivered great customer service from start to finish. They really did make the best of an undesirable situation. From my initial afternoon phone call with Tatiana (if you see this and I butchered the spelling of your name, girl I apologize) and the NEXT DAY appointment and install I don’t think I could have asked for more. Noah Underwood and Will were knowledgeable, kind, patient, focused, respectful, and personable. They replaced the water heater and installed a water softener system swiftly and without incident. Afterwards, they were sure to educate me on how to operate the water softener system, bypass, shut off valves and offer suggestions for care and basic maintenance. Five stars guys, seriously. Keep up the great work!

    We had a great experience with Hornback Plumbing. We had a water heater go put and they came out the same day. They didn’t use any pushy sales tactics and accommodated our requests. They were even able to quickly exchange an our main water shut off from an old gate valve to a ball valve. Even better they had a military discount. We would highly recommend Hornback Plumbing!

    Its hard to get good customer service these days but Hornback Plumbing is the best in every aspect. I called them with a clogged kitchen sink drain and they offered to come out the very same day. A very nice, young man named Sam showed up right on time and went right to work on it immediately. He had the problem solved quickly and was off to serve another customer. I cant say enough good things about Sam. Its refreshing to see a young man with his personality and work ethics!

    Great job! Super fast response time . I love that they send a quick little text ahead of the technician and let me know he’s on the way. The technician (Erick) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Came in and diagnosed the issues, went and got what he needed and got it fixed quickly. Cleaned up after himself and it’s like he was never there.

    Stephen is extremely personable . He’s very patient, he answers all questions, and explains clearly what needs to be done ad well as the options. I highly recommend Hornback Plumbing, but Stephen in particular is a standout. I had a few different issues this week, and they were taken care of professionally.

    My sinks hot water had stopped working and Stephen found the problem quickly (which did turn out to be a new faucet). He showed me my options and returned quickly to install it. He even took the extra time to make sure I wouldn’t have any other problems by checking my water heater downstairs. Great service, very friendly, and would highly recommend.

    Great Company, Great Prices. Hornback does quality work. Did great job replacing two toilet flanges and one after, I had to replace subfloor. Few years ago, did a great job replacing all plumbing pipes for a family member with old leaking metal pipes, while also replacing over 100 feet of outside sewage line. Quality work on both projects.     What can I say about our Technician Dalton Johnson. From the previous job done for us to tonights fiasco with new sink installation He has has demonstrated what a employee should be.     Stephen immediately diagnosed the reason for my kitchen sink leak which had been misdiagnosed by another company. We are in the process of replacing the sink. He also replaced my bathroom faucet beautifully. I got a next day appointment with follow up texts and notifications of his arrival. Reasonably priced as well. They’re the best!     I had a great experience, we had a leak in our crawlspace and they were able to show up the same day. Stephen was really personable and I didnt feel like we were being oversold on the work that needed to be done. Competitive pricing, they were my 3rd quote I had gotten.Drexler said we needed to replace our main water line. When in fact we did not.He made sure our water meter wasnt still running, with the main water valve turned off. Reassurance that the issue was fixed, I would recommend Hornback plumbing.

    Noah was GREAT! 10/10! We had a leak in our main water line under the house and he had it fixed in no time. He also went above and beyond and fixed our spare bathroom toilet shut off valve. He recommended a few items we’ll need to consider in the future for our older home. Our pooch was extra interested in what he was up to and he was so patient with her.Price was very reasonable!     I hired Hornback Plumbing to come out today and install two new toilets, that I provided. The person on the phone that made the appointment was very polite and professional, she told me exactly what I would be charged before the plumber even arrived which is rare.     Called Friday afternoon for a non emergency situation and was scheduled for the following Monday morning. I received a text to let me know the name of the technician and that he was on his way. Dalton was friendly and knowledgeable and had my issue fixed in about 15 minutes. My only negative comment is that I didnt receive an itemized bill which isnt a big issue, but it would have been nice to see how much I paid for parts and labor. Very satisfied with the service I received.

    My mother’s basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump. We called Hornback Plumbing, and they were their first thing in the morning. After seeing 3 feet of water Carlton assured me we can get this taken care of, and install a new pump with a backup. Carlton was really funny while professional , and up to the task at hand.     Dalton conducted my free plumbing inspection and found a few things that needed attention. He replaced my kitchen sink with sprayer, replaced both outside hydrants, flushed water heater, and replaced the toilet stop in bathroom downstairs. All my plumbing is now up to date thanks to Dalton. He did a great job with explaining everything plus the cost to get items fixed.     Our water heater started leaking random amounts of water at random times, and although it wasnt urgent (its in a tiled room with a floor drain), we knew it was time to call a plumber. I love that I was able to message this business late in the evening (on a weekend!) and someone messaged back within minutes to schedule an appointment.Erik arrived as expected a few days later, and within minutes he confirmed that the whole unit needed to be replaced. Luckily he had a compatible one on his truck, and gave us the option to replace it then and there (which we did). He swapped it out remarkably fast and the final cost was exactly what he had quoted up front. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and he graciously humored our curious 4yo.No one likes having to spend a chunk of their savings on house repair, but a great service experience really takes the sting out of it! 10/10, would absolutely use Hornback Plumbing again!

Called this morning and the service man, Dalton Johnson, was out here this afternoon. He was very helpful, attentive and patient with all my questions. He was able to get the clog cleared and now the drain is working. He did give me some information about possible issues in the future and said they offer free estimates if needed. My bath tub has been stopped up and the water drained extremely slow, and filled up extremely fast so I was having to shower somewhere else. Now I can finally use my own shower!     My kitchen sink was clogged. I snaked it myself, and could not clear it. It was plugged up pretty bad! I called, Hornback. The receptionist was friendly, took my information, and said she would send someone right away! A company truck showed up about 15 minutes later. The young man told me his name was Dalton, and wasted no time gathering his equipment, and getting right to the job! He was very skilled, and proficient! When he finished, he cleaned up, and wrote up the work order. The cost was reasonable! I am completely satisfied! No fuss! No mess! No surprises! I completely recommend Hornback!

    I am so thankful for Hornback Plumbing and Carlton. He was very polite and friendly. I called them to get a second opinion after my sewer lines had gotten clogged and another plumber had told me that they needed to be replaced without even trying to unclog them and it would cost me $11,000. Carlton had my sewer lines unclogged in thirty minutes and even fixed my slow draining tub for a very reasonable price. My sewer lines will eventually need to be replaced and his rough estimate was less then half the cost. I will definitely be using them from now on and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

    Would technically give a 4.5 if I had the option. I had narrowed down and knew I had a leak on my main service line. Stephen and his trainee came out. They were on time and even sent notifications via text. They quoted me what I may be looking at for repair or replace. They were able to locate the leak and it was repairable, so I have the go to do the repair. The leak was in the crawl space near where the line came out of the ground. I was able to message Stephen and get pics of the repair even. The reason they missed the last start unfortunately is after the repair, they did not wrap my heater back around the line and did not replace the insulation on my line that he did state afterwards (after he was gone) that it needed replaced. Leaving the heater off and not insulating the line left me susceptible to another leak or frozen line. Not to mention Im pretty sure its code that it should be insulated due to its location. If I hadnt inquired about his repair I may have never known till it was to late. I will use Hornback again, but next time make sure the tech is 100% complete with his repair that it gives your customers that sense of security knowing they choose the right company.     Best service Ive ever had, hassle free. The technician did his best to save me money. The first initial quote was between 7 or 800 dollars. After he work his magic I ended up only paying 266 dollars. I got a brand new septic tank pump because the technician check on the warranty on the damaged product. I only paid for labor.     Carlton did an excellent job taking care of a clogged kitchen drain, and after listening to my complaints with water pressure (which a previous plumber ignored) he took the time to discuss the issue and raised my water pressure and tested to ensure we were in a better range. I’ve lived in this house for 10 years and finally got the pressure I needed. Very professional and would highly recommend!

    Our 2nd time using Hornback in 5 years for different plumbing issues and both times we have been satisfied.The technician we had this time was Carlton and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our leak quickly and left our home with no signs of a mess.In the future we plan on using Hornack to have a water softener put in and we will request Carlton to install it.Thank you!!!     I call on Hornback Plumbing any time I run into a plumbing issue that I can’t resolve. They are always prompt and knowledgeable.My latest call involved what turned out to be a partially collapsed main line to a septic tank. Stephen was incredibly helpful and patient in locating and mapping the route of the entire system from under the basement slab all the way to the tank enabling us to repair the damaged portion without digging out the entire line.
