We were very pleased with the quick response we got from Leo Kob Co. They came the same day we called and were well within the time frame they told us. Our technician, Eric Thomas, was both friendly and very professional. He outlined what he was going to do and completed the job quickly. He once again thoroughly explained what was done at the conclusion of the work. We felt the cost was reasonable and the work outstanding.

Mike is a real gentleman he came out in a pinch I needed work because my sink was leaking all over the floor turns out it is a dual outlet sink two sides it comes out the right basin in the left basin and I only had piping in the left face so he gave me the t pipe it comes out from both sides to the middle and then drains out a single pipe and it loops around the trap and then it goes out in an angle with a small elbow aiming it out to the streetSame day service was very generous with pricing and a gentleman I would bring him back again if I ever had any problems with my plumbing or whatever other work he does. I have had multiple great experiences with Leo Kobs team, in plumbing most recently. It was quick and easy to schedule the visit. Kob has enough plumbers to get someone to my home without having to wait for days. Their plumbers know their stuff, were friendly but not chatty, and got my issues addressed quickly but carefully. They didnt make a mess, and cleaned up the worksite well. Kobs prices are reasonable, and they didnt try to upsell me.

I called Leo Kob on Friday after finding out that my septic tank pump needed to be replaced. The employee who answered the phone was very accommodating and friendly. I was scheduled for 1st thing Monday morning - I was not expecting such prompt service. The tech arrived this morning, assessed the situation and had everything replaced before noon. He was very knowledgeable and communicated with me every step along the way. Jason was great!I was VERY apprehensive of using a company I had not used in the past and I was bracing myself to be disappointed. Instead, I was actually delighted. I would use them again and will recommend them to others.
