    We used Absolute Services to re-plumb our entire home. Everyone we met/spoke to was friendly. There was some miscommunication when the technician wrote up our quote. This led to a large discrepancy in what the job was supposed to cost, and what we were quoted. Absolute Services agreed to continue to do the job at the quoted price, despite the several thousand dollar difference. The company could have easily pushed this price difference onto us, but they made the situation right, which says a lot to me. Our installers were absolutely amazing. Courtney and Kurtis were supper friendly, and helpful. Once I got the wall tore out to allow access to the plumbing, we realized that nothing was up to code. So they had to add a lot more piping, drilling more holes for the piping, and just overall being more work than was originally thought. Despite all this, Courtney and Kurtis stayed late several nights to make sure the job got done for us. They answered any questions I had, and even offered helpful information on was to maintain our new plumbing and water heater. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the services I received.

    Absolute Services provided a professional and timely installation of a new garage door opener. Jacob Diehl was excellent. He listened to my issues and proposed a solution to our problem. Jacob is very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

    Kevin Harrison provided 5-star service to replace the torsion springs in my garage door. He arrived within three hours of my initial call for service. He inspected my entire garage door, explained what he was doing and how it all worked, and gave me the options for the type springs I would need. Kevin was friendly and professional.     Mr. Andre Davis came to our home to give us a quote on a Generac whole home generator. His demeanor was refreshing and his attitude outstanding. His knowledge of the product and the installation was competent and he could answer all of our questions about the generator, service, and a service plan called Service Membership which covers many household needs for taking care of everything from your heating and cooling to your garage door. I would be proud to recommend this company and the agent Andre Davis for all your needs. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, no hard sale tactics. A truly customer service first man.

    I called there E-town location looking to replace a 24 year old HVAC unit. The operator promptly sent out a young man by the name of Frankie Stevenson . He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful.He informed us on all of there options and we decided to go with Absolute on this purchase of a new HVAC unit we even took advantage of there zero percent financing option. Thank you Mr. Stevenson and Absolute.. Update to my review…..Shawn Morris and his crew did a wonderful job on the installation of the new unit. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very organized and professional.

    I am a electrician who works with absolute services. My family and i was in desperate need of a new hvac system. Drew worthman was the comfort advisor who assisted us with getting the best system for our house at a reasonable financing rate!The gentleman who installed our new system was Bailey Johnson, Sam Swan, Justin Hatton, Preston Pearl. They did an amazing job. They arrived to my house at 8:30A.M and stayed until 8:30 pm to make sure my system was running that day!! They did a great job explaining the new benefits of our new system. Our new system in 100x more quite then the last system we had. I couldnt be more happy with this company as a customer and a employee.Heres how great of a employer they are to work for. My electrical system failed in April of this year and we where without power. Absolute services let me take the next day off to install my system and they helped me out with with the expense and let me pay it off over time. Though, we didn’t have a huge project (I have no doubt that Steve would have tackled it like the pro he is), we needed an exterior dryer duct replaced.He arrived on time, explained the process, removed a bird’s nest, and quickly completed the task.Absolute Services has completed a number of projects in our home in the past several years.     Alexander Haley and his partner Mike Woods were the HVAC techs from Absolute Services that came to my house to rebuild our Dryer Vent and Ductwork. Absolute gave me an appointment window of 8 am to 11 am. they arrived at about 8:04 and were ready to work. Their professional attitude was only surpassed by their knowledge and ability.Within minutes they accessed the best route for the vent to go, which was not the old one that spanned the width of the basement, and the amount of material that would be needed. Essentially, they built us a hard HVAC Duct with a flex tube on the end to connect to the dryer. Once done they made sure that everything was put back in place, shopvaced and all debris removed.For something that would have taken me days, they finished in a little under 2 1/2 hours. Yes I absolutely would call on this company again for my next major home project. They were very impressive and built us exactly what we described as the type of vent we wanted.On a side note: I have 5 grown daughters, and all of them asked me to scan and send them a copy of the business card I had after they saw pictures of the work.Thanks for the wonderful and expert job Alexander and Mike.     Jacob was awesome! He was curteous, professional and took the time to listen to all of our concerns with our garage doors! He showed us all the different options and didn’t try to get us to buy or pay for anything we didn’t need.     A great company with great people. After getting another quote for a 2 ton mini Split, Absolute quoted a 4 ton double head unit for the same price. That’s not the good part, the entire transaction from quote to installation was 2 days. My technician Samuel was knowledgeable and incredibly polite and courteous.     Jacob did a wonderful job. Was able to make several recommendations on a replacement opener after troubleshooting the issues with my existing one (2009 model). Gave the Pros and Cons of each type. Did not feel pressure to purchase which is so unusual now a days.Installation of new opener took less than an hour and he even took all the old parts without leaving me trying to find a way of disposing them. Highly recommend this company to others (repeat customer) and so very pleased with the technician that came out to do the work.Will definitely ask for Jacob by name and make sure to refer him to others when the need arises.

    Jacob Higgins absolutely saved the day. My husband started to install a garage door opener and got frustrated with the project. He worked on it for about a day and a half. My husband called Absolute Services and Jacob arrived about an hour after my husband called the company on a saturday! Jacob was extremely professional and finished the installation in 30 minutes.     I highly recommend Absolute Services. My neighbor recommended them to me a while ago, so when I saw their add on Facebook, I clicked on it. Joe contacted me and gave an estimate on a complete HVAC system. The very next day Andrei came and snookered me into an upgrade. Joking, he got me into 20x the warranty and a more efficient unit for not much more money. Well today Alex and Alex and another guy showed up to install my new system. It turned out to be a more difficult job because of my old system being composed of dinosaur components. They steadily worked until they got the job done! No extra charges either.They were very professional, courteous, and very hard workers. I no longer have any worries about my 62 y/o unit blowing up!

    We gave them a call because my kitchen sink was clogged. They came out to fix it and even warrantied the work for a week. Which was AMAZING because it wasn’t completely unclogged at first and they had to come back out. They even called to make sure it was good and we were satisfied.     Brandon Couch came out 9/12/23 and did an inspection of the drainage problem. Found the problem and explained in detail what was going on and what needed to be done. Was totally helpful & professional. 👏 He didnt rush and took his time to make sure everything was in working order. This guy is awesome, friendly, and we appreciate him. He will also come out and do a camera inspection to find out about roots from trees that may contribute to the drain stoppage. Job well done! He goes the distance to find the problem. Great guy. Hopefully we have no more problems with this drainage; but, if we do please send Brandon. He also gave us tips on what we could do to try and resolve future problems.     They were right on time within the timeline specified. Freddy could see the exact problem with our garage door before stepping into the garage.     After having a terrible experience with one of their competitors, “Custom overhead doors” in Louisville, I decided to call Absolute service as a back up. From the moment I called them, I knew I was dealing with professionals. The person who answered the phone was polite, friendly, and was able to schedule a service visit the following day. Jacob showed up on time. He went over all my options and was very thorough and professional. He diagnosed my issues and offered some other maintenance services. Even though their cost was a bit higher than the competitor, I was willing to pay for the quality of work. I would highly recommend them for garage door services and will definitely use them again.     I called Tom drexler first and he had me ready to sell my house saying that my water heater could be replaced, that I needed a contractor and had to remove walls and undertake a massive renovation to replace it.     I request that Absolute Services check my electrical panel and the associated wiring within the house for phase problems and uneven current in some of the outlets. Their representative, Mason Scherzer, did an excellent job at verifying the wiring of our distribution panel, checking all of the wiring, answering questions about the wiring of the panel, finding some simple errors that had been made by the previous owners during remodeling of the house. Mason did a very thorough inspection of the distribution panel followed by an inspection of the associated wiring in the box. He determined that there was wiring for neutral and grounds that were touching in some of the cluster wiring that was causing reduced current flow in some of the outlets. After clearing the contact wiring, Mason also took the time to check all of the outlets in the house to verify that they all were showing the proper voltage. He also took the time to inspect the outside electric box and determined that it was not sealed properly, which he remedied. Following a discussion on what he had done, and what may also need to be done, he advised me of the current cost, and what some of the following items may cost.Overall, i consider this trip to have been a very good check and repair for several of the items that we have had lately, a chance to clear some items that should have been remedied during the pre-sale inspection, and to look ahead to what might be needed.I would absolutely recommend Absolute Services to anyone else looking for quality home services or repairs and Mason Scherzer as a well recommended service expert.Jordan Brown

    I had Absolute Services come out and do a total HVAC install. These guys are so professional, I never had a doubt in my mind about them. I signed the paperwork and they installed the whole HVAC the next day and they were done by the time I got home from work. I highly recommend Austin Hobbs and Justin Hatton. I give them both 5/5. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. These guys have a better turnaround time driving from 2 hours away then all of the local HVAC companies near me. I had several people come out and consult me about this project and nobody compares to how professional and good these guys made me feel about it. When it comes down to it, if you know you are going to have to get a new HVAC I would rather go with these guys that know what they are doing, have great personalities, and can get it done as soon as you need it.Thanks again I will definitely be using you all again and hope that everyone that sees this post does the same.

    Jon Morrison came out to Service our HVAC and very professional. He performed extensive tests and recommended a hard start kit for our compressor. We had it installed and immediately could tell the difference. We had work done previously on our system by a different company and was told that the hard hitting sound that the compressor would make when it started was normal. We didnt know the difference due to this being the first heat pump my wife and I had ever had. Jon took great care of us and our system. We dont hear the condenser start in the house any more.

    We had a power loss in our garage, kitchen, and outside electrical outlet, plus, wanted two indoor electrical outlets replaced- I called several local places and they either didn’t respond, told us the job was too small, or told us COVID prevents them from coming out. Fortunately, we received a few mailings from Absolute Services and decided to give them a call. It took one call and they quickly setup an appointment for an electrician to come out. Absolute Services even showed tremendous flexibility by rescheduling the appointment, per our request, and sent electrician Garett Crawford out to see us. Mr. Crawford was both courteous and professional- providing us with a thorough explanation of what was needed, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take to complete. I would easily use Absolute Services for any future electrical job - they are fast, efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. Oh, they also do HVAC work and plumbing, too!

    Brendan O’Conner from the Louisville area came to my trailer in Grayson County. He was able to fit me within a day or two after I called. He bought and put in a new breaker box for me.
