We came upon Mikes services after being scammed by another plumber and left with an incomplete job. A bad situation resulted in us finding the best plumber. Any time we have a plumbing need, large or small, Mike is the person we call. Hes installed new faucets, toilets, valves, and fixed clogged sinks. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. We recommend him to everyone in need of services. You wont be disappointed.

I am quite impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and high quality of work from Mike. I called on a Monday morning and he was at my home the same afternoon to evaluate the problem. He returned a few days later and corrected the situation in a timely matter. He was so patient in answering all my questions and explaining how to prevent future problems. I will recommend Mike to my friends and will call on him if other plumbing situations arise in the future.

He communicates well, and I highly recommend him.

He is awesome. I brag about him to all my friends. The first time I called him was on a Sunday.I like how he answers any questions you have. He took the time and still does to explain what he is doing and why issued occurred.Every time I called he answered and was at my home fixing it within that day.When I get off the phone with him I consider it fixed.

Morrison Plumbing came highly recommended and I now see why. Mike provided me with a practical solution for a leaking shower drain that otherwise would have required demo work. He also used his camera to identify where tree roots have entered my sewer line and presented me with options for my next steps.He was extremely helpful, polite, and made sure to show me what the issues were and discuss all the possible solutions--not just solutions that would benefit him. It was evident that not only does Mike care about his work, but he cares about his clients. It was a bonus that his price was so reasonable.

Michael did a great job getting our gas line extended and connected to our new dryer in a safe, fast, friendly, honest and cost reasonable fashion. We just moved in and needed our dryer connected ASAP and Michael was very understanding of the priority and he made time in his busy day to get us up and running in the same day. We just moved to a new home and were having issues with our main shut off (leaking) We called mike and left message. He responded promptly. He quoted price to fix after assessing issue . He diagnosed problem immediately and began his repairs. Definitely reasonable pricing and had him look at other issue we were having with our sink . Ok so the bottom line calls back, assess, and gives a responsible price . Call Mike if you have plumbing issues.

We spoke with Mike over the phone, and from out of state, regarding a clogged drain at a rental property. He was able to come out in less than 24 hours and fixed the problem. He kept his word on the cost and time, and suggested but did not pressure us into some other needs he saw when there. Responsive and professional over the phone, and also with our tenants. Everything we had hoped for when contacting a plumber. Highly recommended, and we will be sure to use Mike again, when the time comes!

Mike was fantastic. We called him just to fix a nagging clogged drain in our kitchen sink. He didn’t only fix the drain, but he took the time to show us how the pipes run in our home, the best way to set up our basement in case of a flood, what equipment is needed to deal with a flood, how to replace a faucet, and he showed us how to save money by being able to reset our garbage disposal instead of calling him again. 10/10 great guy. Mike answered the phone without me needing to leave a message. I was able to explain my problem and he gave me his input over the phone and scheduled me the same day. When he was running a few minutes late, b/c he squeezed me in, he called me to give me an ETA. Then he helped me and also plugged a pipe in the basement that he noticed had duct tape on it (I hadnt noticed that). He charged me a fair amount for his visit and I was very happy with him. I could hear dipping between the walls which I had no access to. I called Morrison Plumbing for service at 8:00 AM and within the hour, he was at my door (travel time is 45 minutes). He located the leaky pipe and repaired it. We agreed, leak was fixed and he left. 10 minutes later, I heard the dripping again. I called him back and he returned immediately to my home to find yet another leak in a different pipe. Again, he located and repaired the leak and didnt charge me a dime for the return trip. Wow, who does that? I will use Morrison plumbing for all my plumbing future needs. Thank you Mike!

I was very impressed with Mike’s professionalism during his visit to our home. When we talked on the phone, he was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me clear expectations in terms of price, time, and scope of work. This is especially noteworthy because I know I have a tendency to ask for too many details which can be abrasive especially for contractors. On the phone, he took the time to understand the scope of our (seemingly straightforward) problem and, through asking pointed questions, started revealing that this might actually be a tougher and more expensive job than it seems on the surface. Some people I talk to won’t bother going that far on the phone; they’ll just set a time to come visit and sometimes include a service fee and possibly an hour of labor. Mike offered to stop by our house that same day 45 minutes later after his final job wrapped. When he arrived, he confirmed the details that truly make our situation worse than it seems on the surface. He took time to listen to how we’ve been considering alternatives in terms of scope and cost. In short, we thought we could avoid a full remodel by attacking a smaller part of the bath. It turns out, as he explained, it won’t work that way. Had we trusted another person to “just come in and do the work”, we may have found ourselves spending more money than we expected on a band-aid fix that doesn’t actually solve the problem. He was very forthcoming with suggestions and the delicateness of the situation. Mike gave me the opportunity to talk to a tradesman and hear real, first-hand advice without feeling like that’s being hidden to protect the sale. This is the exact kind of interaction I want from local businesses, and it isn’t easy to come by. Our family is still deciding exactly what we are going to do with our bath, but I couldn’t be happier with the assistance Mike gave us and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs work to be done and values honesty and transparency.

He stands by his work. He first came out on a weekend to unclog and replace plumbing to the kitchen sink. We thought this would be expensive but were very pleased with his quote and overall cost. The sink eventually backed up again about a month and a half after his initial fix. He came back and cleared the issue again at NO CHARGE. He has his guarantee and sticks to it. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I walked into my house to the sound of rushing water. A pipe had burst in my basement...on the coldest day of the year...on a Saturday. Just getting someone to show up on a weekend was going to cost up to a couple hundred bucks. But then I found Mike at Morrison Plumbing. He was booked solid (pipes have a habit of freezing in the winter) but he took the time to walk me thru the steps of isolating the leak. Let me say for the record I am one of the LEAST handy people alive. Mike didnt condescend, he didnt direct me back to Youtube, he was patient. He wasnt concerned with compensation, he was concerned with helping us. Once we found the problem and determined there was no separate valve just for that pipe he walked me thru the tools I would need and just what to do. He told me I could send him pictures or call him back if neccessary as I worked thru the problem. And I did it! As a homeowner its great to have that feeling of self reliance. The next time we have a plumbing problem maybe Ill try to see what I can do first. But if it becomes clear that I need a professional Morrison Plumbing will be the only company I call!!!

Mike provided feedback for us regarding the relocation of a powder room. After careful inspection of the existing drains, etc., and speaking with our contractor, he advised that we not relocate due to a lack of slope for pipe for the commode. He offered that a pump could be a possible solution.. with a cost of $3k.... but advised against it for our situation. While we werent able to use his services this time, well definitely call him in the future. He returned our calls and was prompt and texted about 30 minutes before his arrival. Professional and honest.
