Got the job done but probably won’t use again if we need a plumber. Showed up almost 30 min late to our set apt without an apology, I understand apts can run late but didn’t bother even calling us to let us know. Did about 20 min of work then was out in their van for another 5 or so, I think getting paperwork ready. Charged us for the full hour of work, the least you could do is charge your work appropriately. 25 min of work should not be charged your full hour rate especially after being so late to our apt.

Tim at Orth Plumbing came highly recommended from 2 of our neighbors. We contacted him when we realized we were in over our heads with remodeling our bathroom. He fit us in as soon as he could, answered all of our questions, was professional and did excellent work. He even had the parts that we needed on hand when the hardware store was out of stock. We will definitely use Orth Plumbing in the future.

Tim is great. We got his info from a neighbor and he came highly recommended. He was able to come out the same day and fix our sink drain. He did it for less than the Roto-Rooter guys. Will use again.

John is the best! He goes above and beyond. I had no water - He was determined to find out the root cause instead of just replacing pumps. In the end, turned out my pipes were frozen and I know he did everything possible to ensure I was not replacing working pumps. We need more honest people like him in this trade. I highly recommend him....I wanted to give him 10 stars but they’ll only let me give him 5 ;)

My water heater stopped heating and I called around for estimates. I didnt catch the guys name but he came to the house and gave me an honest free estimate. He told me to try something myself before spending more money on a new heater. He could have just said you need a new water heater. Whenever I do need work done I know who Ill be calling.
