My A/C was stop working few days ago. There is no cold air come out from vent. I called TOTAL HVAC REPAIR INC and talked to CESAR. He is a very nice owner. He came to my house to find the problem with my A/C systerm. Cesar checked out everything within few minutes and found that the capacitor has burned. And he replaced it then turned the system on again. The cold air just started blowing again. Cesar checked the system pressure to make sure freon is no leaking. I’m so happy for the quick and nice service.

Total HVAC has been out to my house a few different times. First to add some Freon to my AC unit, second to fix a sensor on my Furnace & clean the furnace and also install an Ecobee thermostat for me. Cesar and Jose are two of the nicest, most genuine honest guys! Great to work with. They were here quickly and worked efficiently to get the job done. Additionally, they are very fair with their prices. Highly recommend them in the Chicagoland area for all of your HVAC needs! Ceser is the owner and he runs a very professional business! They will now be the sole company I call for anything HVAC!Update on 2/25: Cesar and Jose came out to install a new RunTru by Trane Furnace for me! (pictures below). Its a 2-stage units and runs AMAZING! My old Carrier furnace gave out after only 4 years (Carrier is terrible by the way....) and I could only go with a Trane manufactured product! They are the best and I would only have the best company install for me! They also cleaned my ductwork and made sure everything was perfect before leaving the job. Ceaser and Jose came to my place to replaced my old water raditaor to a new furnance. New ducts were added thoughtout the basement, 1st floor, and attic and I couldnt be any happier. They also installed a smart theromstat, so now I have total control of my heat. Good peace of mind knowing that he offers a 10 year warranty on all the parts of the furnance. Highly recommend Ceaser !!

My furnace started running intermittently during the recent cold blast. I called Total HVAC Repair on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out and get my furnace running reliably that afternoon even though it wasnt the easiest repair, which of course was a great relief. I agree with the other reviews here, my experience was prompt, efficient, friendly service. I will be happy to use their services again and would recommend.

Cesar was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about boilers and was able to help me understand and answer any questions I had. He replaced my boiler and also installed a Relay Multi Zone Valve Control that was never installed. Very friendly, knowledgeable and responsibly priced. He will be servicing my home from now on. Cesar and Jose were amazing. They did a complete kitchen remodel for me that included a wall removal, added electrical outlets, moving of a gas line, new plumbing and cabinet installation. They are jacks of all trades, plumbing, electricity and carpentry. I was beyond pleased with their work. Cesar is very transparent and easy to talk to. He gives very well informed suggestions regarding the original ideas you may have on your project. Each day they worked diligently and left the work site very clean and organized. They communicate each step of the project and keep you involved each step of the way. I was very glad to have contracted Total HVAC Repair. I would and have referred them to friends and family. He had previously gotten a quote from ABC and they wanted to charge 4 times the amount for parts that he didnt need. His house is now cool and comfortable. On 10/14/2022 it was below 45⁰f overnight and my heat stopped working was really cold in the house I called Total HVAC repair Inc. And Ceasar came out right away he inspected the furnace for no cost and said he needed to order couple sensors that were bad and said he will be back the following day before leaving he had managed to keep the heat running at a certain temperature which we were comfortable with, he came back the next day and put the new parts in and did a full through inspection and made sure everything was working properly.Thank you!!!

Cesar from Total HVAC Repair is nothing but professional and very knowledgeable. I have installed 2 brand new HVAC system in my 2-unit property which was old and had no central air or heat. I have installed the vents throughout the home and in the attic. It was a massive job and he did it perfectly. You could tell that Cesar knew what he was doing.
