Really happy with the overall experience with the team. Starting from order intake to scheduling to the service performed. We had a failed sump pump which was replaced. Anna took the time to ensure that we were getting immediate service.Edgar did a great job of explaining the options and meticulously working to replace the sump and returning the installation back to its original form with a new sump. 👏🏽👍🏽

Awesome experience. J. Blanton and Arturo were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They installed a clean-out access in the front yard to properly hydro-jet root blocked sewer line when we learned that basement access was limited due to unusual configuration. The recommendation was smart and will save money to maintain proper water flow.Arturo and crew arrived promptly and completed the job in two days as scheduled. He answered my many questions and seemed interested. Super nice guy.Pricing was competitive. Wow I cannot say enough about the great service we received from Alex at J. Blanton Plumbing! When he arrived at our home he quickly went to work and as sometimes happens, uncovered other issues that werent visible during the initial assessment. He immediately troubleshooted and they called a partner HVAC company out to remove some ducting that was preventing Alex from completing the work. In 30 mins they had the other company out and within another hour Alex was able to complete all the original and new repair work. This was above and beyond service, partnering with another company on my behalf rather than telling me it was my problem to solve, wow I feel like that never happens these days. Cannot recommend Alex and J. Blanton Plumbing enough!

Our technician Dave Mindy was great. He explained all he was going to do and gave an accurate estimate before the work began. The clogged main drainage pipe was cleaned out and video taken to show the before and after. He also gave us an estimate for what could be done in the future to prevent such a problem. Really happy with my experience. The whole team was professional and very polite, our technician Lou went above and beyond, completing the work quickly and even answering my DIY husband’s random questions. I was hesitant about the price, after not shopping around on an estimate and it coming in higher than I expected, but we were really happy with the work and level of service. I’ll definitely call these guys out if I need a plumber again in the future!

We are very happy with the service provided by J. Blanton. We had an issue with our kitchen pipes that were issuing a very unpleasant smell. J. Blanton came the next day we called them and scheduled us promptly for the next day. Our technician Chase was very professional and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and made further recommendations. He and his partner cleaned up everything after they left. I recommend this company!
