We recently had an internal sewage backup that could not be resolved alone, so we called Restore based on a local recommendation. We have had real bad luck with availability with plumbers, and I feared more of the same, especially for an “I need the help now” situation. From the friendliness and professionalism on the phone, to the 30-minutes-out point of contact, right down to Marco’s work, and his willingness and ability to help with an unrelated plumbing issue while he was there, all blew us away. We now have our permanent plumber, no doubt, and I will be recommending Restore to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Im very happy with the job that Restore did. From the time of the quote (thanks Dave for being so thorough and for explaining everything until I understood) to the end of the job (thanks Luis and John for the quality of work you did), Restore did a great job. They replaced some galvanized piping and fixed a leak. They communicated all the way through the job, did exactly what they said they would do, did it well and were fair with pricing. Cant say enough great things about Dan R from Restore Plumbing and Drain. I woke up to a leaking supply line under my bathroom vanity at 4 am. I took a shot in the dark and contacted Restore Plumbing and drain based on some online reviews. So very glad I did.Dan was extremely knowledgeable, clean, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing. He showed great work ethic and pride in his work. He also tested the quality of my water. My kitchen drain had a huge leak and was pouring water into the basement. Jonathan and team came to the rescue and did a thorough assessment of the damage and were able to come the very next day. They let me know what they were doing step by step and what their findings were. It was a big job involving drilling into concrete but they completed it with ease. Well, i never thought say this about a plumbing service but.. this was great. You can schedule online. The appointment manager appropriately called me 15 minutes before my window was over to let me know they were going to be a bit late. Dan (the plumber) texted me a bit after making sure i was still home and okay with them coming. Super PROFESSIONAL people. Flat rates. 99 day we will freebie you if it doesnt work guarantees. But i also leaned a ton from Dan. I now know what it hopefully was... what it might be and those ramifications if it comes back too soon, and answers to a few random plumber related questions he was gracious enough to answer. Super super happy. There is zero chance of any oh no.. no credit cards we charge more and no chance of you know we can knock dollars off if you go to an atm and i assume help us rip off your bosses). I hope i dont need to call them again any time soon but they have my customer loyalty the next time sh!t hits the fan.... ;)

I have to say I’ve always had such an amazing experience with Restore plumbing and drain company. They’ve always gone above and beyond with their customer service. They give me so many options. They’re very detailed and always super professional. We are loving our new toilet. He did a great job installing it and cleaning up after. Super friendly too. Plus, he had shoe covers on so he wouldn’t get our carpeting dirty. The little kind gestures are very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company. Actually, my neighbors now use this them bow too. I’ve used their services for my kitchen sink twice and now our bathroom toilet. These guys are top notch! I have used many times! Today Water came showering in to my laundry room from above while my wife showered! It was coming from the old connection of cast iron! House is over years old, this cast iron was never connected, had a major blockage and the water backed up to the connection (vent) water never flowed through so never leaked! Luis got her faster than ever imagined. (Not expected but appreciated) and cut it out and replaced the area in less than 2 hours. Pricing was very fair especially on a Saturday night! Kudos to the Restore team. AGAIN!

We are very pleased with all of our interactions with Restore plumbing. We had our basement remodeled, and Restore plumbing took care of moving pipes to a new location in our basement, installing all of our shower pipes and faucets, installed our toilet and all of the vanity needs. We also had Restore install a back up sump pump. Tom was great about being patient with us and explaining everything in depth. He gave us options. Matt did a great job handling all of the pipes being moved and always answering every question we had. He also took the time to look at our upstairs toilet that had been running. Great experience with Luis from here. Called and they were available same day which made the decision easier to use gave reasonable prices as well. We discussed the issues and concerns we had with previous pumps installed and he recommended different routes and prices for what we needed. Once we agreed on unit and price. He began work immediately! Storms are soon to be rolling in on this day. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Restore Plumbing has been out to our commercial property 3 times and I have had an amazing experience with them 3/3 times. Marco was here the 1st time as we were backing up and he also helped diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the main problem was not enough water flow. Instead of switching all of our toilets he allowed us to confirm his theory by only switching out 3 out of the 7 toilets. We backed up again and Luis was here within LESS THEN AN HOUR since I made the call to take care of the blockage. Marco and Konnor came back to take care of the remaining toilets and hydro jet the lines. Not only did they get this done efficiently and quickly, but they pointed out how the previous plumber didn’t even level our toilets correctly. It gave me a peace of mind to have someone so knowledgeable and with such clean workmanship as Marco. He even took the time to draw me a diagram to explain what the plumbing lines in the building looked like, he let mee see the lines through the camera as he flushed lots of toilet paper down the toilets BEFORE & AFTER he completed work. Pricing was also more than fair, but the service is exceptional. I had another plumber who did the buildout for this building come the following day and he complemented Restore Plumbing’s work. He also confirmed it was the cleanest work he has seen in a while, and he had not one bad thing to say. Although I hope we don’t have another reason to call them back- our company is happy and at ease to have found such a reliable plumbing company to call for any issues going forward. The price points were a little above what we could afford at the moment, and we were getting ready to go look for a toilet when Dave came in with a solution that worked out wonderfully. Restore Plumbing and Drain is by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with, and the only ones I call when we need a plumber!Update 3/2023 - once again, Restore Plumbing and Drain came to our rescue! We had a blocked line due to the prior owners incorrectly routing plumbing when adding a powder room. Dan took his time to diagnose the problem and come up with the best and most economical way to fix it. Dan was fabulous and thorough! I had a clogged sewer line to my septic tank. Called Restore and they were able to send Luis out to give me an estimate. This happened one hour after I called them. After the estimate I was happy to agree to have the work done. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable. We were referred to Restore Plumbing by a very good friend so we knew we were getting quality service. However we ended up getting the kind of service that makes you tell EVERYONE you know just how good of a company Restore Plumbing is. Our first service was to switch out the water shut offs in our basement. We ended up not only replacing the shut offs we replaced our whole house filter with a new water softener system. Our second service was to replace our current sump pump system. Jake listened to our concerns as we get a lot of water on our property and we needed a system that would keep up with what was coming in and maintain a dry basement. We discussed different options but his personal experience with a particular system in his own home made the decision easy. Now we have a properly installed 2 pump system that will keep up with the water flow and keep going even if the power goes out.We’ve been very happy with Jake who has been out 4 times to our home; 2 estimates, and 2 service installs. He’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He doesn’t talk you into anything - he provided facts on different options and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was no “you have to decide NOW” kind of pressure.We’ve felt so comfortable with the service and quality of work that we won’t call anyone else with future plumbing needs. In fact we have a master bathroom project coming up and already planning on using Restore Plumbing.

If anyone was going to help us, we felt that it would be them. It started with good communication, then Dan showed up and patiently walked through his analysis. On an old home, I was surprised how accurate his assumptions were once he sent a camera in our lines to confirm. Super, super knowledgeable. I am the type of person who asks a ton of questions because I want to know as much as I can to make the most informed decision and to prevent what I can in the future. Dan always took the time to answer all questions and never rushed anything. He worked fast but never rushed me. Not only did Dan get the main line clear, he showed me a thorough inspection of the main line, the cause, and several options to consider in the future. He was also able to clear a line that no other plumber has been successful with since we lived here. Each time we washed laundry, water would come up the main floor drain. This has been happening for seven years... But no longer! We were told that it was because of unlevel pipes under the foundation. Dan proved otherwise and fixed the issue. He spent a lot of time on it and didnt give up until as was well. Though it was costly, I was happy with every dollar we spent. Very happy with Restore Plumbing... Jake was extremely patient, spent a long time explaining potential solutions and products, and gave us confidence in the option we chose. And, were happy to learn Restore does not up-charge for Saturday service. From my initial call with Erika, to Dan coming out and quickly assessing the problem (which several other plumbing companies failed to do), to Dan returning with Chris to perform the necessary repairs, I could not be more pleased. When I first called Erika and explained the problem, she really listened to me and understood everything I was telling her. My confidence went up when she informed me she was one of the owners. Another company had just left my house after attempting to rod out the sewer pipe and left me with a 3x4 foot hole in my kitchen ceiling because their equipment got stuck and they couldnt pull it out. They had to cut the hole in the ceiling to remove the chain portion. They did not put up plastic to reduce the drywall dust going all over my house. Then they just left and did not attempt to clean up anything. Erika assured me her company would take better care of me.Dan and Chris came out and fully respected my home by putting booties on as soon as they came in to putting down clean drop clothes. They completely surrounded the area they were working on with heavy plastic to eliminate any dust going all over my house. If I can say that fixing a plumbing issue was painless, Restore Plumbing came as close to that as possible. Everything was perfectly clean when they left and both Dan and Chris were so nice to have working in my home. I am now a big fan of Restore Plumbing and will not use anyone else if I ever have a different issue. I know I wont have the same problem again because I have full confidence it is now finally repaired. Thank you, Restore Plumbing and your pleasant, competent staff.

I would give 10 stars if i could. We had a problem with our sump pump. Restore took care of the problem even though they did not do the original installation of the pump.Whats more, the pump that failed (installed by another company) was replaced for free, even though it was a Friday night. Luckily, the pump that failed was still on warranty. Heres the thing, Restore is going to handle the manufacturers warranty issue and credit instead of making it my problem. Talk about outstanding customer service. The original company refused to do anything.If you need a plumber, call these guys. They do quality work and dont leave until youre satisfied.

I have used Restore plumbing twice. Both times, Dan R came out to take care of my issues. I had clogged drains in the basement bathroom and the floor drain by the washing machine. Dan quickly opened the sink drain but wasnt able to get his router thru the laundry floor drain. Dan asked very detailed questions about the problem, my house, walked the yard to figure out where my sewage drained to,was very thorough in his assessment of what my problem was and how to best remedy it. He told me that what he found wasnt able to be repaired that day, he would have to come back and jackhammer the drain out to repair the P trap that had either collapsed or was clogged by concrete. Based on his level of professionalism and knowledge, I decided to proceed with an upgrade to my water system (adding an Ironbreaker & new softener from Crawford Supply) that I had been contemplating for a few years.The second time, he came out with a second Restore plumber, Chris. They were very professional and courteous, taking time to put on shoe covers which I nixed as I have LVP flooring on my first floor which mops up easily and they were going to have to make a hundred trips up from my basement, out to their truck and the job they were doing wasnt going to make their feet that messy. They must have mopped before they left as my house seemed cleaner than when they started, LOL. They even took my old equipment with them so I didnt have to figure out how to dispose it.I popped in to ask questions and observe them several times throughout the day. They were always cautious not to harm any of my belongings by taping up plastic, they told me what they were doing and why, how to maintain the new products they installed...too notch professionalism, through and through.I recommend you hire Restore for any plumbing job, large or small.**UPDATE - RESTORE IS STILL AWESOME!!**Ive used Restore Plumbing 3 more times in the last several months, once for a clogged sink at home and twice for a business. I help run The Riverfront Playhouse in downtown Aurora, situated in a building that is well over 100 years old. Restore installed a patron toilet for us, then came back a few months later to deal with the actors toilet in the basement. They quickly determined the issue, rodded out the main line, reset the toilet and had us back in business for a fair price. (DONT USE THOSE FLUSHABLE WIPES, PEOPLE! THEY ARENT!)My sink at home was draining very slowly, so they came out to rod that out, quickly & efficiently.10 stars!!
