    My mothers water heater reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. I called Toms on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning to replace it. Our plumber, Bob, was incredibly nice and did an excellent job replacing the old with the new in a matter of 3 hours - and for a totally reasonable cost! And this company did a great job of communicating. I received a confirmation email with all of the details shortly after booking the appointment. Roughly 30 min prior to Bobs arrival, I received a text that he was on his way. As soon as I paid I received a detailed receipt and thank you text message. Would highly recommend!

    I selected Toms because they are a local small business with experience. Plumbing jobs in an old house can be challenging and produce surprises. Toms provided great up-front communication, next day service with an experienced professional. Bob figured out the problem, addressed it appropriately, and dealt with the surprises. Toms isnt the cheapest option, but most often you get what you pay for. I did.

    I have a 220 year old house. The shower valve in the upstairs bathroom was shot...it leaked, no water pressure, etc. Bob from Toms Plumbing provided two estimates, one for the water mixer cartridge and another in case they needed replace the valve too. Bob worked diligently to remove the old crusty cartridge and was able to complete the job and keep cost to a minimum. The honesty and the expertise was refreshing. Top Props.šŸŽƒ

    Tomā€™s plumbing comes through for us once more! We discovered an upstairs toilet was leaking again. This time I called Tomā€™s Plumbing and Tammy was able to get Bob out an hour later. Bob fixed the leak and also replaced all the cheap and incorrect parts that another company had used only a year ago. Tomā€™s gives you quick, clean, honest, reliable service.     The plumber arrived on time and I showed him the problem with the water on/off valve in my shower. I had attempted to change it myself so access to the valve was already cleared.     The receptionist, Kathy, was very pleasant and promptly scheduled an appointment for us the following day.The plumber, Mike, sought our permission and arrived much earlier than expected, which was great. Once he arrived he took the initiative to wear shoe covers to protect our carpeted home, demonstrating his proactive and considerate approach, which was highly appreciated. And the plumbing issue was promptly resolved, showing his proficiency.However, there were some drawbacks regarding the plumbers demeanor.Initially, he displayed a hint of impoliteness and it appeared that he was displeased or disturbed by the issue for which he was contacted. His rudeness was apparent to the point where it made me uncomfortable when I needed to ask him questions.Nevertheless, once he understood the difficulties we were experiencing, he became slightly more understanding.Despite the plumbers mannerism, my husband asked the plumber about additional concerns we had, and the plumber assured us that he would send us an estimate via email. Regrettably, we are still waiting for that estimate to be received.

    Called Toms Plumbing for a basement re-pipe and new water service line, most of which was still in use from 1924. Mike was out the next day to provide the estimate and the re- pipe was completed in about 5 hours 4 days later. He installed the new service line as soon as the city did their part. Kept my basement clean, worked quickly and did beautiful work. Im an engineer and know quality materials and work when I see it. Toms Plumbing definitely does quality work with quality materials.

    Bob was great. He was on time, listened to my concerns and proceeded to identifying the problem with my drain. While searching with the camera for the problem he explained what I was seeing. When the area where the clog was located he proceeded to rooter and break up the clog. He conducted test runs on the drain to verify the clog was gone and no further backups were occurring. Great job all around.

    Very happy with the service that Allen provided! Had an issue with the water shut-off valve for my toilet, which is above my skill level, and Allen got a new (better quality) one swapped in there quick! He also checked to make sure there wasnt any other issues with the toilet. Hopefully I dont need to call a plumber again anytime soon. But if I do, Im calling Toms Plumbing!

    After calling the office and speaking with Tammy yesterday, she scheduled my service for 10 this morning. Alan, the, tech, showed up promptly a little before 10 and went right to work. In a few minutes he removed the toilet handle and assembly and replaced it with a new one. That solved my problem - there was no charge since I had the toilet repaired a few months ago and it was still under warranty. Great, prompt service - and, with a smile.

    Fantastic service. This company has great communication and they are so accommodating. I called them for a clog in the bathtub. Got the job done Iā€™ll probably end up replacing the tub.     I woke up to a leak in my shower. I called Toms plumbing and the lady on the phone was very helpful. She told me they would be out between 11am and 2pm that day. Brian arrived at 11:15am. Within 5 minutes, he found the source of the leak and knew what to do. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts needed to repair the shower on his truck, due to my old style system, but told me he would pick up the parts and be out between 9am and 11am the following morning. Adam arrived at 9:30am and had the shower fixed within an hour. Very professional all the way around. I was at work when they fixed the issue, but they called me and told me they had finished and what they did to fix the issue. Certainly a 10 out of 10 in my book and I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs. Im sure your experience will be as wonderful as mine!!!

    Toms Plumbing, replaced my water pipes, water shut offs and installed the new shower base, and two shower walls. Tammi schedules their appointments, she was prompt returning my calls, very nice and professional.     Toms Plumbing is a family business. I have used them for over 15 years. They are very responsive, it was easy to set appointments. We got scheduled for a date and time less than 24 hours after calling. Notifications of appointment and arrival of personnel were very timely, particularly through text messaging. Mr. Mike Curce arrived promptly at the designated hour. He had also taken care of obtaining the required permit for the work, and had also requested a picture of the existing water heater the previous day so that he could acquire the new heater and bring wtih him to the jobsite.He completed the work very quickly and also removed the old water heater to the street where it was picked up promptly. I would highly recommend this family business and continue to use them for future plumbing related projects.

    Iā€™ve used Toms a few times now. My husband worked in plumbing for a little while years ago, so we had a plumber we could trust for years. But we havenā€™t used that plumber for a while and lost touch with him.Knowing what we know about the industry....and how some of the ā€œhighly advertisedā€ plumbing companies operate - I was worried about how to find a really honest & good plumber. I didnā€™t want to get caught using someone who would tell me I needed things I didnā€™t just to ā€œraise the billā€ and overcharge me.ā€ As we all know, once they are in the middle of the job at your house and ā€œmore things need to be doneā€ to add to the bill - youā€™re kinda stuck now. And not in position to bring someone else in, because that would cost more too.Iā€™m in the trades, so I asked around to other trades people for a good referral to an honest plumber. Iā€™ve used Toms now several times over the last few years. And Iā€™ve been very very happy I found my new plumbing guy!     Tammy was so flexible and helpful with scheduling the 2 appointments we needed. Mike came out and he diagnosed within 5 minutes that we needed new toilets due to the bad design of cheaper toilets installed in newer construction. (We had 3 out of 4 clogging at some point until the master bath got to the point of breaking the seal from us plunging and leaking through the floor into the kitchen.) He explored with the camera and found what was causing it, cleared it up and installed the new toilet. It has been working great and we havent had any problems since. We will eventually be replacing the other 3 with Toms and use them for any other plumbing issues we have. I highly recommend!

    Allan from Toms Plumbing just left. The job to remove a residential hot water heater and associated plumbing from our basement and evacuate the tubes used for and the slab heating system for the family room addition adjacent to our home. The room had never been connected to the main house forced air system, A year and a half ago we purchased an alternative high-efficiency heating/cooling system for the room. It was time to revoke the old system. Allan arrived 30 minutes early, and got right to work, Allan estimated the job would take 3 hours yesterday. He was finished in two and a half hours. The bill is within 4 dollars of Allan estimate. Its work like this that keeps us returning to Toms when we need plumbing work done.
