We LOVE Meetze Plumbing! They’re the best. Marshall and Raleigh are invited to Thanksgiving after taking care of the major, scary issue we had with a main pipeline. They took care of it in record time at an affordable price. Oh and Marshall was so professional and friendly. He was here in a minutes notice working in the dark. A BIG THANK YOU goes out to Coley L. Metze for solving my clogged up bathroom pipe issues! He sent a camera down the sewer line and was able to see the build up of grease! His crew jet and cleaned the main sewer line from the back water valve going under my house! I highly recommend these skilled technicians to solve your plumbing problems and wash your worries down the drain!

Austin Dallis and his intern assistant were great in handling all aspects of trouble-shooting, recommending course of action, removal and replacement of my defunct 40 gallon water heater with a new one. All work was done on the same day, start to finish, and to my complete satisfaction. Mr. Taylor was prompt and very professional. What I thought was going to be a simple install required a bit more work and Suthern took the time to explain everything that was needed. We have an older home so it’s never usually a quick fix unfortunately. Suthern took time to give me multiple options and answered all of my questions before and during the installation. Everything was done perfectly. We’ve used Meetze multiple times and will continue to simply based on him. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Sage was very knowledgeable and we felt very confident with him repairing our problem. He located it quickly and he explained everything thoroughly! He thought it was gonna be a little more difficult repair, but it turned out to be easier than expected which made everyone happy! The service was a little more expensive than expected, but worth every penny for having the repair done correctly! Sage explained everything that was being done step by step and it was exactly as he thought it would be. He also set us up on a program so that we could have service for the whole year without a service call fee.We would definitely recommend Meetze plumbing to other people and are longtime family friends of the original Meetze family. I had a big problem with a busted Refrigerator ice maker line while installing a new refrigerator. I had used Meetze Plumbing before for another recent job & was pleased with their work, so they were my go-to for this sudden problem. The customer service rep. was very responsive & let me know they would have the 1st available technician on it (It was a Saturday, by the way). I was lucky enough to have Derek Tennant respond. He had done the work on my previous job & I was pleased with his work. Derek quickly assessed the situation & had a solution figured out in short order. He was very thorough in explaining the work to be done & provided an estimate up front which I appreciated. It only took a couple of hours before Derek had me fixed up. I was impressed that he actually took the time afterward to make sure all of the new install connections & the water supply to the new refrigerator we’re working properly after the water was turned back on. To me, that’s added value & peace of mind that’s worth the money. I’ve already told a couple of friends & co-workers about my experience. From now on, I won’t call anyone but Meetze Plumbing for my plumbing needs. Derek is the man!

Turned out it had cracked, was 20 years old, needed to be replaced. We decided to go with a tankless heater, upgrade. Offered excellent financing, easy approval process. Completed the entire installation all in the same day. Our technician was Jarrett who was so kind, professional and polite, my husband and I are impressed with his work ethic. I would like to start at the great communication by the company calling when the technician is on the way and also sending text message and email reminders about upcoming. I have been waiting 3 weeks for another company to come and diagnose why my pilot light wont stay lit. 3 weeks without hot water. I called yesterday and they were able to assign me a technician for today between 10-1. David arrived at 11 and was very professional, kept me updated on each step of the process, provided different options based on the assessment of what needed repaired. The company has a runner who brings parts from the shop to the technician, so he did not leave until the initial repair was completed, and we had a resolution for a follow up repair. They even recommended that I get my chimney swept before lighting any wood or at least have it inspected by a Chimney Service. I called a Chimney Service right away before they left my house and got an appointment luckily the next day to have my chimney inspected 😊. The technician, James Bolton, arrived on time, he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. An apprentice, Jason, was with him and he was also courteous and respectful. James was able to speak to my warranty company in order to expedite approval of outside reimbursement. He stopped the leak and turned our water back on then prepared us for the next days visit to complete the repair. James was also observant and empathetic, realizing I had a health condition he was familiar with and provided useful information that the repair process was done in a way as to not aggravate that condition. All in all, James was outstanding in every respect, adding humor and congeniality during his visit. He is a top-notch professional!Our plumbing issue continued into a second day and once again, a plumber, Dayshon Timms, was dispatch to complete the repair by replacing the missing pipe which would restore use of the shower located in the master bedrooms bathroom. Dayshon was also very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient; the warranty company took an unusually long time to authorize reimbusement for the job. The experience with him during the repair was totally positive and he is welcome in our house anytime plumbing repairs are necessary. Overall, my experience with Meetze Plumbing earns it the highest praise from a very satisfied customer.

The Technician D Timms, did a great job. Meetze plumbing sending someone to repair my shower which required the Technician to cut a hole in my ceiling. And i was told that their policy is they dont fix the holes that was cutt to fix the problem.So now Im out of $900 plus, and now I have to find and pay someone to repair my ceiling 😡😡😡. I think if Im paying for a service and a companys employee cut, or break something it should be the companys responsibility to repair what they caused!!!!
