This is my second time using this company. The first time the experience was great. Which lead me to use Erick again. On this second use, he came out for the repair of my toilet, leak under my sink & to get a quote on a new installation for a man cave. Erick repaired my toilet. He tightened a fixture under the sink & said it fixed the leak. Well I went to bed woke up the next morning & water is all over my floor from his repair. I called twice, left a voicemail & texted him the video of the issue & haven’t gotten a response back as of yet. I still haven’t received my quote. This truly breaks my heart because my husband & I try to support the smaller business. Every time we do. We get the short end of the stick. I constantly try to encourage my husband to use the smaller independent contractor. But this is the result we get every time. It cost us $125.00 for Erick to come out and do those repairs & we r still having issues. I am getting no response & I feel betrayed & disappointed. I hate to say it but I am now done using these contractors. All Erick had to do is respond, to let me know that he see my calls, voicemail & / or text. But I got CRICKETS…Update: Erick gave me a call & will be coming back out next week to look at our sink…Thank you for responding…because of this response I will change the stars to a 4 & will update after he come out to check on this repair.

Erik came first thing this morning exactly when he said he would when he was fully booked. He had our tankless water heater fixed in no time, for a decent price and now we have hot water again!! He’s the best!!

Erik was a life-saver! Our outside spigot completely broke off and we had water flooding the backyard. Called and he was there within 20 minutes! He was able to replace and fix the issue in no time. My pipes burst at my home and luckily I found Erik on Thumbtack to repair the issue. He came out as soon as I said I would be home and fixed the pipes at the price quoted (no extra fees like other contractors tried to add on) He helped me understand why it happened and was a very polite and respectful young man. My overall with this company was fantastic and I have recommended Imperial Services and Contracting to all my church members, co-workers, and neighbors!

Erik is by far the best guy in Columbia to tackle all of your plumbing and electrical needs. I called up Erik for a complete re-pipe of my 80 year old home and to move my washer and dryer hook-ups. He completed everything in one day and came back once my washer and dryer was delivered to make sure everything was installed correctly. It’s refreshing working with someone who is a nice and friendly person, rather than a corporate plumber who just wants your money. I’ll be recommending Erik to everyone that needs plumbing or electrical help. Looking forward to working with you plenty more in the future!

What a great find. During an emergency you search and hold your breath hoping you chose the right person and company to help. I called at 8:05 A.M. was at my home by 8:15 A.M., fixed broken pipe installed a new piece and was completed within 30 minutes, faster than my oil changes. Very informative and knowledgeable about his skill and explaining the why the break happened. Provided a warranty for his work and option to pay online. Will definitely call again if plumbing services are needed.

Eric responded to an ad we posted on thumbtack to repipe our home, he offered a quote which he did not exceed, despite finding and fixing a few odd plumbing surprises in our older home. He said it would take 4 hours, and he was done in less. He was very respectful, kind, and professional. We immediately asked him to help us replace our master shower. Again, he gave a fair, affordable quote that he did not exceed. After dealing with lots of servicemen while fixing up our house, Erik is easily one of the best weve dealt with.
